If White Forex decides your trading breached its rules, clause 10.9.2 lets it treat your profitable trades as void. The same clause lets it enforce the trades where you lost money against you.
Why this matters
You keep every loss and White Forex keeps every gain. Clause 10.9.4 then turns the burden around: unless you prove no breach happened, all your profitable trades become null and void.
Exhibit 1Every flagged clause gets its own number so you can point at this one. The number does not change, so a link to it keeps working.CriticalHow much this clause can cost you, in our reading. Critical can take your money or your profit. Warning can delay or limit it. Notice is simply worth knowing before you sign.Harder than usualHow ordinary this wording looks next to the contracts we read. This is our reading of the clause, not a count of other brokers.
Treat all of the Clients’ Open Positions and Trades under this paragraph as immediately void even if they are Open Positions or Trades under which the Client has made profits
- Worse together with Exhibit 2Read these two clauses together. Each one costs more because the other exists. One clause voids profits after a breach, the other decides what counts as a breach, so White Forex controls both ends.
