FSA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Answered from this register entry and the authority’s own record.

Most Popular Questions

It can. Windsor Brokers' Seychelles client agreement (clause 5.4) applies an administration charge when an account is closed with a balance below 50 USD, and the remaining balance is zeroed out with no refund.

Yes, with limits. The accounts page lists a swap-free option on Prime, Zero and ZERO VIP, but the Loyalty Programme page sets the swap-free period by loyalty tier, which rises with the lots a client trades: up to 7 days at Silver, 14 days at Gold (one tab of the same page shows 7) and unlimited at Platinum and Diamond, on selected assets and subject to regional or regulatory restrictions. Swap-free positions are not free to hold either: the help centre says they pay storage, a fixed fee always charged on positions held open overnight and charged for three days on positions held open on a Friday.

Yes. WB Copy Trading lets Followers copy the trades of Providers, who earn a performance fee on profit above the high-water mark, calculated weekly, and a Follower account follows one Provider at a time. The broker offers it to clients of Windsor Brokers International Ltd and Windsor Markets (Kenya) Limited.

Windsor Brokers is a brand used by the Windsor group of companies. Most international clients of windsorbrokers.com contract with Windsor Brokers International Ltd, a Seychelles company whose registration number the broker gives as 8425783-1 and whose listing in the Seychelles FSA's licensee directory was confirmed on 24 October 2026; the site also names Seldon Investments Limited (Jordan), Windsor Markets (Kenya) Limited and Windsor Global Markets Ltd (British Virgin Islands). The website itself is owned and operated by WIT IT Solutions Ltd, a Cypriot company that, with WB Global Ltd, also acts as a payment services facilitator for the group, and EU clients are served separately by WB Trade EU Ltd at wbtrade.eu.

Send it to support@windsorbrokers.com, call the support line or write to the registered address; Windsor Brokers says it acknowledges a formal complaint in writing within two working days with a unique reference number. Once a complaint is escalated, correspondence goes only to compliance@windsorbrokers.com. Under the Seychelles client agreement the company gives a final response within 21 business days, or up to 90 days for complex cases, and an unresolved complaint can be referred to the Seychelles Financial Services Authority.

Windsor Brokers can be reached by live chat on its website, by email at support@windsorbrokers.com and by phone on +44 1145519650, with office lines in Seychelles (+248 432 11 48), Jordan (+962 6 550 9090) and Kenya (+254 709 295 415). Its contact page promises support 24/7, while its help centre says support is available 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday.

No. windsorbrokers.com says its services are not offered to anyone located in the USA, Malaysia, Europe, the United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, Ukraine, Russia or North Korea, and its Seychelles company serves the rest of the world except the USA and the EEA. Crypto CFDs are also unavailable to residents of Jordan, Palestine and Iraq and to clients of the group's Jordan and Kenya companies.

Windsor Brokers' funding page says withdrawals are processed within one working day, and its help centre says the same day when a request reaches the back office during working hours, otherwise the next working day. The Seychelles client agreement is more cautious: withdrawals are generally processed within a few business days, and larger ones may need up to 7 days. Those are processing times; bank wire transfers may take up to seven business days to arrive.

Prime has spreads from 1.0 pips and no commission on forex, while Zero and ZERO VIP start from 0.0 pips and charge 8 USD and 5 USD per lot round turn respectively. The broker's pages disagree on crypto CFDs: the accounts page shows 0 USD on Prime and 5 USD on ZERO VIP, while the FAQ on the VIP account page, dated February 2026, gives 8 USD for both. The CENT account is advertised with zero commissions.

Windsor Brokers offers four live accounts: Prime, with spreads from 1.0 pips; Zero, with raw spreads from 0.0 pips; ZERO VIP, with spreads from 0.0 pips, lower commissions and a dedicated account manager; and CENT, a cent account on MT5 offered only in some regions. Accounts can be held in USD, EUR, GBP or JPY, and a free demo account comes with up to 50,000 USD in virtual funds.

The minimum deposit depends on the account: 50 USD for Prime, which the help centre calls a recommended minimum, and 1,000 USD, EUR or GBP for Zero (150,000 for a JPY account). ZERO VIP is opened by application, and the broker lists its minimum as custom. The CENT account can be opened with 1 USD, but the broker says it is region-specific and shown in the WB Portal only where it is available.

Windsor Brokers verifies clients before money moves: its help centre says a withdrawal is processed only once the account status is 'Passed'. Card deposits require a copy of the card, with additional proof for card deposits of 2,000 USD or more, and Skrill withdrawals and WebMoney payments need a screenshot of the wallet profile showing the client's name. The sign-up form also asks every applicant to confirm that they are not a US citizen.

Windsor Brokers advertises dynamic leverage of up to 1:2000 on its Prime, Zero and ZERO VIP accounts, depending on the group company and the instrument traded. Its accounts page caps clients of Windsor Markets (Kenya) Limited at 1:400, and clients of Seldon Investments Limited (Jordan) at 1:100 on forex, currencies and metals CFDs and 1:500 on other CFDs. The broker publishes no leverage figure for the CENT account.

Windsor Brokers' funding page lists Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, bank transfer, Skrill and Neteller, and its help centre also names WebMoney; further methods appear in the WB Portal depending on the client's country. Card withdrawals cost 3 USD, EUR or GBP per transaction, while bank, Skrill and Neteller withdrawal fees are shown as variable. The funding page calls deposits free of charge, but the Seychelles client agreement (clause 29.2) says deposit and withdrawal costs are borne by the client. Withdrawals must go back to the card, e-wallet or bank account used to deposit.

Windsor Brokers offers MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, each as a desktop program, an Android and iOS app and a WebTrader, with downloads and web access in the WB Portal after login. It also runs WB Copy Trading, its own copy trading service, for clients of Windsor Brokers International Ltd and Windsor Markets (Kenya) Limited. The separate WB Mobile App is for account management and funding, and the broker states that it is not a trading platform.

Windsor Brokers is regulated, but regulation does not by itself make an account safe. Its group companies hold licences confirmed on the regulators' own registers on 24 October 2026: the Seychelles Financial Services Authority lists Windsor Brokers International Ltd as a securities dealer (the broker gives the licence number SD072), Windsor Markets (Kenya) Limited holds licence 156 from Kenya's Capital Markets Authority, and Seldon Investments Limited (Jordan) and Windsor Global Markets Ltd are licensed by the Jordan Securities Commission and the BVI Financial Services Commission. None of these regulators is in the EU, the UK or the USA, CySEC licence 030/04 belongs to a separate company, WB Trade EU Ltd, for its EU-only site wbtrade.eu, and no statutory compensation scheme covers clients of the Seychelles or BVI companies. The Seychelles client agreement also lets the company withhold or reject withdrawals in listed cases and puts deposit and withdrawal costs on the client.

Licence SD072 was issued by The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), the financial authority for Seychelles.
Windsor Brokers holds this FSA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the FSA register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
Wikilix rates FSA tier 3. Supervision is lighter-touch and client protections vary.
Yes, FSA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
This page links straight to the FSA register. Search it for SD072, and for the name Windsor Brokers rather than the trading brand.
Windsor Brokers has 4 other licences on record with Wikilix, across 3 jurisdictions. They are listed further down this page.
