Risk scorecard
Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
9/10 · CriticalNo financial or forex licence in any jurisdiction while taking client deposits; a Saint Vincent company registration is not regulation and Peru supervises no forex.
Identity & transparency
6/10 · HighA real Peru entity and address are disclosed, but the brand quietly rebranded, spans three jurisdictions, leans on a cancelled SVG shell, and offers no phone for handling client money.
Withdrawals & conduct
6/10 · HighFund integrity complaints on the successor brand describe upfront fees paid, no service, refunds refused and repeated card charges; pattern is credible but mostly on one platform and tied to the recruitment funnel.
Reputation
7/10 · HighOne page shows a near total five star flood of generic Spanish praise (planted pattern); the successor page shows 11% one star with substantive complaints, and Spanish review sites flag it as a possible scam.
Website claims
6/10 · HighNo fabricated tier-1 licence, but it presents an SVG company registration as legitimacy and markets through 'training' and 'job' adverts that reviewers call misleading.
Operational history
4/10 · ModerateDomain about five years old (2021), but the companies could not be dated and the operation has already rebranded once, so the history figure is an upper bound.
Who they are
A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.
- Brand: World Traders, now operating as ImpulseWorld (Impulse World Broker)
- Legal entity: IMPULSE WORLD CORPORATION S.A.C. (Peru, RUC 20611371773); historically WORLD TRADERS LTD (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, reported cancelled); Impulse World LLC (Florida, USA) is named for 'technical support'
- Registered: Av. Javier Prado Este 7176, La Molina, Lima, Peru
- Website: worldtradersbroker.com, which redirects to impulseworld.pro/broker

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We rate this broker high risk because of what is missing, not because we proved theft of trading funds.
- There is no regulation at all. The legal pages name a Peru company and a Florida company but no regulator and no licence number. Peru has no authority that supervises retail forex, so this business answers to no financial regulator.
- The main website hides its own move. worldtradersbroker.com now redirects to impulseworld.pro. Both share the same page templates and legal pages, so this is one operator running a rebrand, not two separate firms.
- The Saint Vincent link is not a licence. The operation has been tied to WORLD TRADERS LTD in Saint Vincent. That country only issues company (IBC) registrations and does not license or watch forex brokers, and third parties report the registration is cancelled.
- The reviews do not add up. The World Traders page shows about 65 reviews at 4.7 stars, almost all five star and generic, which is a classic sign of planted praise. The ImpulseWorld page shows 485 reviews with 11% one star, and those describe paying a small upfront fee, getting no real service, refunds refused, and card charges that kept repeating.
- We could not fully confirm the corporate record. The Saint Vincent register search was not usable on the day we checked, and we did not independently open the Peru registry, so parts of this rest on the operator's own disclosures and third party reports.
The evidence based score sits in the high risk band. We did not find a licence, a clone of a real firm, or a confirmed pattern of stolen trading deposits, so we stop short of calling it a confirmed scam.
Note on operating history: the 5.1-year track record rests on domain registration alone. No company incorporation date could be established, so this is an upper bound rather than a confirmed age.

StrongTrustpilotE7An FCA warning dated 12 November 2025 names 'The World Traders' at theworldtraders.com with an Isle of Man address and a UK phone number. This is a different domain, entity, country and language from this Peru based broker, so it is recorded but not attributed to this operation.

The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
In fairness to the operator, here is the case for caution rather than condemnation.
- The business does disclose a real legal entity in Peru with a tax number and a street address, which pure ghost scams often do not.
- Being unregulated is common for brokers aimed at Latin America and is not, by itself, proof of fraud.
- The withdrawal policy on the site promises processing within one business day and does not contain a demand for a tax or fee before releasing funds.
- Most of the sharpest complaints concern a paid 'training' or 'job' funnel, which is a different product from a trading withdrawal, so they may not reflect how trading deposits are handled.
- The FCA warning names theworldtraders.com, a different domain, entity and country. We did not attribute it to this broker.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Our view would move if any of the following turned up.
- Toward safer: a genuine licence from a real regulator, verifiable on that regulator's own register in the name of the entity that holds client money.
- Toward safer: a clear record of clients withdrawing trading balances without problems, on more than one independent platform.
- Toward scam: several independent, detailed reports of trading deposits or profits being blocked, deleted, or held back behind a demand for an extra payment.
- Toward scam: a regulator warning that names worldtradersbroker.com or impulseworld.pro specifically, or proof that this operator ran an earlier brand that already carries a warning.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is World Traders (worldtradersbroker.com) a scam?
We rate it high risk rather than a confirmed scam. It is completely unregulated, its website redirects to a rebranded operation called ImpulseWorld, and its reviews mix planted five star praise with real complaints about refunds being refused. There is no regulator to protect your money.
Is World Traders regulated?
No. We found no financial or forex licence in any country. The legal pages name a Peru company and a Florida company but no regulator. A Saint Vincent company registration is not a licence.
Who owns and runs World Traders?
The live legal pages name IMPULSE WORLD CORPORATION S.A.C. in Lima, Peru, with a related Impulse World LLC in Florida for technical support. It has also been tied to WORLD TRADERS LTD in Saint Vincent, which is reported as cancelled.
Why does the website redirect to ImpulseWorld?
worldtradersbroker.com now sends visitors to impulseworld.pro. The two sites share the same templates and legal pages, so this is the same operator running the business under a new brand.
Can I withdraw my money from World Traders?
There is no independent, verified record of clients withdrawing trading balances smoothly. Some reviews of the related ImpulseWorld brand describe refunds being refused and card charges repeating. Because there is no regulator, getting money back can be very hard if there is a dispute.
Is my money safe with this broker?
No client protection applies. With no regulator, there is no ombudsman and no compensation scheme, so if the firm fails or refuses to pay you are unlikely to recover your funds.
What is a Saint Vincent (SVG) registration worth?
Very little for a trader. Saint Vincent only issues company registrations and openly states it does not license or supervise forex brokers. It gives no real protection, and here the registration is reported as cancelled.
Is this the same 'World Traders' that the FCA warned about?
Not that we could establish. The FCA warning names theworldtraders.com, an Isle of Man address and UK phone number. This broker is a Spanish language, Peru based operation at a different domain. They appear to be different firms sharing a common name.
How old is World Traders?
The main domain was registered in August 2021, so the online presence is about five years old. We could not date the companies behind it, so that figure is an upper bound for the operation as a whole.
Is World Traders a clone of a well known broker?
No. It uses its own brand and entities rather than copying a regulated firm's name or licence number, so it is not a clone.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Confirm a licence number on the regulator's own website, in the exact name of the company that will hold your money. Look for a real phone number and address, and search for independent withdrawal reviews on more than one site. If any of these is missing, treat it as a warning sign.
What can I do if I was scammed by this broker?
Stop sending money, gather all records and screenshots, and if you paid by card ask your bank about a chargeback. Report it to your local financial regulator or police. Be careful of 'recovery' services that ask for an upfront fee, as many are follow up scams.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Treat this broker as high risk and unregulated.
- Do not deposit money you cannot afford to lose. There is no regulator and no compensation scheme behind it.
- If you already have funds there, request a full withdrawal now and keep written records of every request and reply.
- Be wary of any 'training', 'job', or 'account manager' offer that asks for an upfront payment, and check your card statements for repeat charges.
- Prefer a broker licensed by a mainstream regulator such as the FCA, ASIC, or CySEC, and verify the licence number on the regulator's own website before paying anything.
This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears. Review scores are treated with caution when a broker’s reviews look manipulated. Last reviewed August 27, 2026.
