What XeOne legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by XeOne itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: XeOne Prime

XeOne Prime's contract never says how long a withdrawal takes. It does say XeOne can hold your money back until it has every document it wants. Swap free trading is charged unless you email support, and that fee has no price anywhere. Take the 30% deposit bonus and asking to withdraw can close your open trade.

What the documents say

29 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from XeOne's own files

01

Nothing in XeOne's contract says how long a withdrawal takes. Clause 2.3 lets XeOne keep any money it owes you until it has received every document it has asked for, and it sets no deadline on either side.

Why this matters

You have no date you can hold XeOne to. If your payout stops, the contract gives you no period to point at, so there is no moment at which XeOne is late.

Exhibit 1CriticalHarder than usual

You agree that we may withhold any monies due to you until we have received all requested CDD documentation.
Clause 2.3 in Client Agreement, p.5
Read from the broker's site on Archived copyOpen the reference

Where it sits: section 5 of 140 in the Client Agreement, near the start.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must hold client money so it can be returned promptly, and must tell a retail client the terms on which it comes back. XeOne's agreement sets no period for paying a withdrawal and lets XeOne hold money back until it has every document it asks for.

XeOne is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 10Verification closes after five failed uploads, and the clause that withholds your money only releases it once XeOne has the documents.
  • Worse together with Exhibit 9You can register from a country XeOne may not accept, deposit, and then find the money held while the country question is settled.
02

You are charged swap on a swap free account until you email support@xeone.com and ask. Swap free then lasts 7 trading days on most instruments, after which a daily administrative fee starts and runs until you close the trade.

Why this matters

No document XeOne publishes states the amount of that daily fee. You cannot work out what holding a position will cost you, and you pay swap in the meantime if you never sent the email.

Exhibit 2CriticalHarder than usual7 working days

At XeOne, we offer Islamic accounts to clients who hold Muslim beliefs, allowing them to enjoy swap-free trading for up to 7 trading days. After 7 days, any open positions will be subject to an administrative fee charged daily until the trade is closed.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must disclose costs and charges to a retail client before that client trades. XeOne's swap free terms create a daily administrative fee and name no amount for it.

XeOne is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

03

The bonus counts toward the margin holding your trade open. If you submit a withdrawal request or an internal transfer while a position is open, XeOne removes the whole bonus from that account, and it accepts no liability if the removal stops you out.

Why this matters

The step you take to get your money is the step that can shut your position. Close your trades before you request anything, because XeOne says it owes you nothing for a stop out caused by the bonus coming off.

Exhibit 3CriticalRarely seen

More specifically, the submission of a withdrawal request or an internal transfer will cause the removal of any previously awarded trading bonus from that particular account.
Clause General Terms 8 in Terms and Conditions - Deposit Bonus Program, p.5

04

Take the 30% deposit bonus and any withdrawal strips bonus in proportion to the balance you take out. In XeOne's own example, a $700 withdrawal leaves the account $840.01 lighter.

Why this matters

You lose $140.01 more than you receive on that example withdrawal, and the bonus itself can never be cashed out. Moving money between your own XeOne accounts triggers the same deduction.

Exhibit 4CriticalHarder than usual30%

Any withdrawal of funds from an Eligible Client's real Account(s) with XeOne will result in proportionate bonus removal depending on the percentage of balance being withdrawn.
Clause General Terms 5 in Terms and Conditions - Deposit Bonus Program, p.5

  • Worse together with Exhibit 3The proportionate deduction applies when no trade is open; with a trade open the whole bonus goes instead, which can stop you out.
05

XeOne's contract names negative balance protection once, in the clause that nullifies it on suspicion alone. No clause anywhere grants it. Clause 20.5 makes you responsible for any losses after your positions are liquidated.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

If a gap takes your account below zero, you owe the difference and nothing in writing says XeOne will write it off. XeOne's own FAQ says the cure for a negative balance is to deposit again.

Exhibit 5CriticalHarder than usual

You may lose your initial deposit and be required to deposit additional Margin in order to maintain your position. If you fail to meet any Margin requirement your position will be liquidated and you will be responsible for any resulting losses.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC, under rules set across the EU by ESMA, must give retail CFD clients negative balance protection on each account, so a loss cannot exceed the money in that account. XeOne's agreement grants no such protection and reserves the right to nullify it.

XeOne is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

06

If XeOne believes you exploited latency in its platform, clause 22.3 lets it void all your trades and hand back only what you deposited, minus anything you withdrew earlier. It then closes your account.

Why this matters

Every profit you made goes, including profit from trades that had nothing to do with the belief. The contract gives you no test to argue against and no appeal from the decision.

Exhibit 6CriticalHarder than usual

Where we believe, in our reasonable judgment, that latency in the trading platform is being unfairly exploited by you, we may at our absolute discretion void all trades and return to you only funds deposited net of any earlier withdrawals - and then close your account.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 11Once trades are voided and a balance is owed, the set off clause lets XeOne take it from any account you hold, for a debt owed to any group company.

XeOne can void every trade and hand back only what you paid in

Clause 22.3 of XeOne Prime's client agreement lets XeOne void all trades on a belief about latency, returning deposits net of earlier withdrawals. Clause 17.1 lets XeOne take money from your balance for a debt owed to any group company, without notice. A clause added to the partner agreement also freezes a referred client's account in read only mode on suspicion.

When profit is removed3 clauses flagged

XeOne can take money from your balance at any time, without telling you, for anything you owe it or any Group Company. The debt can be a future one, it can be unquantified, and it need not arise under this contract at all.

Why this matters

Money you can see in your account is not reliably yours. XeOne's own definition of Group covers sister companies that have not been incorporated yet, so the list of companies whose claims can reach your balance is open ended.

Exhibit 11CriticalRarely seen

We may at any time, without notice to you, set-off any liability we have to you against any liability (including without limit any loss) you owe to us or any Group Company, whether any such liability is present or future, liquidated or unliquidated, under these terms or not and irrespective of the currency or its denomination.

A sentence added to XeOne's partner agreement since 2023 puts a referred client's account into read only mode on suspicion of fraud, until an investigation XeOne does not time finishes. The same clause lets XeOne recover rebates it has already paid by any means necessary.

Why this matters

Read only means you can see your balance and cannot act on it. You never signed the partner agreement and cannot read the rule that stops you trading or withdrawing.

Exhibit 13CriticalRarely seenNew

The company will also revoke any rebates generated, and recovering the paid rebates by any means necessary. Client account that are suspected in doing the fraudulent will be placed in a read-only mode until further investigation is complete.

A section added to XeOne's partner agreement since 2023 pays no commission on a referred client's trade unless the position stays open for at least two minutes. Partial closes, hedges and reversals inside that window all count as ineligible.

Why this matters

You cannot control how long the people you refer hold a trade, so a scalping client earns you nothing. XeOne also reserves the right to amend or suspend the rule whenever it likes.

Exhibit 23WarningHarder than usualNew

If the position is closed within two minutes (including partial close), the trade will be deemed ineligible for any fee, and no commission will be paid to the IB for that trade.

One business day to dispute a trade, one year to sue

Clause 18.1 of XeOne Prime's client agreement makes a trade confirmation binding unless you object within one business day. The terms of business then bar any action brought more than one year after the cause arose, and waive your right to a jury or another venue. XeOne's own documents give two different deadlines before you may go to the regulator.

Time limits4 clauses flagged

You get one business day from the moment XeOne sends a trade confirmation to object in writing. Miss it and the confirmation is treated as conclusive and binding on you.

Why this matters

A wrong price or a wrong size becomes final before most people have checked their statement. Spot it on Wednesday for a Monday trade and the contract says you already agreed.

Exhibit 7CriticalHarder than usual1 working days

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must accept a retail complaint long after the event and investigate it. XeOne treats a trade as agreed if you have not objected in writing within one business day.

XeOne is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 8One business day settles whether you agreed to the trade, and one year settles whether you can still sue about it.

You cannot bring any action against XeOne more than one year after the cause arose. The same clause makes you waive a jury trial and waive the right to move the case anywhere other than Mauritius.

Why this matters

A problem you discover in year two cannot be taken to court at all. Even inside the year, you would be suing in Mauritius, whatever country you live in.

Exhibit 8CriticalHarder than usual365 days

XeOne is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

XeOne's complaints policy promises a final answer within 30 business days, then points you to the Financial Services Commission. Its anti money laundering manual says you must wait 60 working days before you can take a complaint there.

Why this matters

You cannot tell from XeOne's own documents when your right to escalate begins. On the longer of the two figures, that is about three months of waiting before the regulator will look at it.

XeOne promises to surpass regulatory standards on client funds, then disclaims the shortfall

XeOne Prime's about page promises the utmost security and protection of client funds. Clause 32.3 says XeOne is not responsible if the bank holding your money fails. The site footer suggests only professional clients can lose more than they deposit, while clause 20.5 makes you responsible for any losses after liquidation.

Claims against clauses1 clause flagged

XeOne's about page promises the utmost security and protection of client funds by surpassing regulatory standards. Clause 32.3 says XeOne is not responsible for any shortfall or loss if a bank or broker holding your money fails.

Why this matters

Your money sits in a pooled account with other clients, and you would get a share of whatever is left. No compensation scheme is named in any XeOne document, so a shortfall has nobody behind it.

Exhibit 14CriticalHarder than usual

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must keep client money separate and sit behind a statutory compensation scheme that pays out if the firm fails. XeOne pools client money, disclaims responsibility for a shortfall caused by a bank failure, and names no compensation scheme.

XeOne is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

XeOne advertises 1:2000 leverage and can cut it to 1:100 for using it

Clause 22.5 of XeOne Prime's client agreement treats full margin usage as leverage abuse. The penalty is a leverage cap of 1:100 or 1:200 across all your accounts, against the 1:2000 the site advertises. XeOne also tells you to check an acceptable country list before registering, and publishes no such list.

What XeOne can change3 clauses flagged

XeOne tells you to check the latest acceptable country list before you register, and publishes no such list. Its partner agreement defines Restricted Regions as any country XeOne does not accept clients from, and then never names one.

Why this matters

You cannot tell before depositing whether XeOne will keep your account. The registration form offers Iran, Syria, North Korea and Cuba in its country menu, while the anti money laundering manual promises screening against the OFAC, United Nations and European Union sanctions lists.

Trading the way the advertisement invites you to is the behaviour the clause calls abuse. A cap landing on every account you hold can force you to add margin or watch positions close.

Why this matters

Two people in one house trade from the same connection, so a partner or a sibling taking the same bonus can cost you yours. XeOne's FAQ meanwhile invites you to open five accounts on one profile.

XeOne's PAMM agreement answers to Seychelles law and a court that does not exist

Clause 11.3 of XeOne Prime's PAMM agreement picks the substantive laws of the Republic of Seychelles. It then names the courts of FSA and the Grenadines as the exclusive forum. The client agreement for the same client picks Mauritius law and the courts of Mauritius.

Which court1 clause flagged

The PAMM agreement picks the law of Seychelles and names the courts of FSA and the Grenadines as the only place to bring a PAMM dispute. The client agreement for the same client picks Mauritius law and the courts of Mauritius.

XeOne's fees page leads with zero withdrawal fees. Its deposits page says crypto transfer fees are not covered, and its FAQ adds international bank wires to that list. Clause 26.1 makes charges XeOne incurs payable by you.

If XeOne's hedging is disrupted, clause 13.2 makes you liable for the increased costs, including the cost of unwinding or rebuilding the hedge. XeOne can take those costs straight out of your account.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Why this matters

Getting paid1 clause flagged

XeOne's deposits page says the available methods change by country and tells you to look in your client profile. You have to register and verify before you can see how money would reach you.

Clause 27.1 of XeOne Prime's client agreement treats your account as inactive after 180 calendar days with no trade. Clause 27.3 then allows a monthly fee, with the amount left blank in every document. At six years without movement, clause 32.8 lets XeOne stop treating your balance as client money.

In plain words

Dormancy means an account left unused.

Dormancy1 clause flagged

After 180 calendar days without a trade or an open position, XeOne treats your account as inactive. Clause 27.3 then allows a monthly fee, and no document XeOne publishes says how much it is.

Why this matters

You cannot budget for a charge with no number. At six years without movement, clause 32.8 lets XeOne stop treating your balance as client money and release it from the client money account.

Exhibit 17WarningHarder than usual180 days

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must disclose a dormancy charge, including its amount, before a retail client signs up. XeOne states the trigger at 180 days and leaves the amount blank in every document.

XeOne is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

The document XeOne calls its risk disclosure is its internal risk register

XeOne Prime's registration page asks you to agree to a Risks Disclosure Policy. The file behind that link is XeOne's Risk Management Policy, written about the risks the company faces and how it mitigates them. The agreement also names four policies, including a cookie policy and an order execution policy, that are not on XeOne's legal shelf.

XeOne's registration page asks you to agree to a Risks Disclosure Policy. The file behind that link is XeOne's Risk Management Policy, written about the risks the company itself faces and how it plans to mitigate them.

Why this matters

The document you tick is addressed to XeOne's board, not to you, and it does not explain what trading on leverage can cost you. XeOne's legal shelf also offers its staff IT security rules as a client document.

What changed quietly

This is our first reading of XeOne Prime, so there is no earlier version of this page to compare it against. One of its documents has moved since 2023: the partner agreement now claws back paid rebates and freezes a referred client's account in read only mode, caps commission on trades held under two minutes, and has switched from the law of Seychelles to the law of Mauritius.

  • ADDEDClause 3.2.i · 2023-03-29 to undated

Two sentences were added that claw back rebates already paid and freeze a referred client's account in read only mode on suspicion.

    i. if the Company decides, in its sole discretion, that the IB engaged in any activity in breach of this section 3, the Company reserves the right to terminate these Terms immediately under section 13.The company will also revoke any rebates generated, and recovering the paid rebates by any means necessary. Client account that are suspected in doing the fraudulent will be placed in a read-only mod
  • ADDEDClause 7.5 · 2023-03-29 to undated

A whole new section now withholds partner commission on any referred trade that closes within two minutes.

For all trades placed by clients referred by the Introducing Broker (IB), a fee will be paid to the IB only if the client's position is open for a minimum of two (2) minutes.
  • REWRITTENClause 18.5 · 2023-03-29 to undated

The partner agreement moved from Seychelles law to Mauritius law, while the PAMM agreement still names Seychelles.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius
  • REWRITTENClause 3.2.e.vii · 2023-03-29 to undated

The 2023 copy of this agreement named another broker, Monaxa, in several clauses; those names now read XeOne.

    vii. place links to the XeOne Website (other than the Banners and Text Links that the Company has provided) in commercial electronic messages, display advertising networks, counters, guest books, forums, blogs, chat rooms or other similar internet resources, or in any media publication, forum, website or platform that has not been approved by the Company;

The documents this reading is based on

11 files, all published by XeOne. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording XeOne publishes.

Who the contract is with

XeOne Prime

You contract with XeOne Prime, a private company limited by shares in Mauritius, at registration number GB23201851. XeOne uses that one number for two things. Its own pages say it is authorised by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius with registration number and investment dealer licence number GB23201851. The anti money laundering manual describes the licence as Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer excluding underwriting). No other company in the XeOne Group is named anywhere. The agreement still defines Group to include sister companies not yet incorporated. The PAMM agreement puts PAMM disputes under the law of Seychelles instead. No compensation scheme is named in any document.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

Clause 32.5 states plainly that XeOne Prime hedges with its own money. It says XeOne does not pass client money to hedging counterparties or use it as working capital, and does not take speculative positions. Few brokers put that in writing. XeOne also publishes its full 92 page anti money laundering manual, a margin call level of 60%, a stop out level of 30%, and average spreads and swap rates for each instrument. Clause 23.1 warns you off automated trading robots rather than selling them. Every document downloads free, with no account needed.

We did not read the annexes at the end of XeOne's 92 page anti money laundering manual. Everything else we read in full. That includes the deposit bonus terms and the swap free terms, both published as PDFs on XeOne's licences page. No earlier copy exists for the client agreement, the terms of business, the complaints policy, the privacy policy or the PAMM agreement. For those, this is a first reading with nothing to compare against. XeOne publishes its site in English only, so there was no second language to hold the marketing against. The agreement names an order execution policy, a conflicts of interest policy, a cookie policy and a liquidity guidelines policy. We found none of the four. No document we read gives the amount of the inactivity fee or of the swap free administrative fee.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the XeOne file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document XeOne publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge XeOne on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 5, 2026.

If you represent XeOne and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on XeOne. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
