Trade less than half of what you paid in, and XINHUIBAO takes 6% of the deposit when you withdraw. Meet the volume and you get three free withdrawals a day. The fourth costs 5% of that withdrawal.
Why this matters
You can put money in, decide not to trade, and get back less than you sent. The page that explains how to withdraw never mentions this charge.
Exhibit 1Every flagged clause gets its own number so you can point at this one. The number does not change, so a link to it keeps working.CriticalHow much this clause can cost you, in our reading. Critical can take your money or your profit. Warning can delay or limit it. Notice is simply worth knowing before you sign.Rarely seenHow ordinary this wording looks next to the contracts we read. This is our reading of the clause, not a count of other brokers.6%The figure this clause puts a number on, taken from the broker's own words.
Buried at section 87 of 94 in the 使用协议 (鑫汇宝客户协议书), 93% of the way through. We counted the numbered sections in the This clause sits in section 87 of 94, about 93% of the way through. A fee written on the first page and the same fee written near the end are not the same disclosure.
What it costsThe same clause worked out on a round number, so you can see it in money or in days. It is an example, not a quotation. You deposit $1,000 and trade $400 of volume, under the half required. XINHUIBAO keeps $60 and returns $940.
Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client the costs and charges of the service before they trade. XINHUIBAO puts this one in an appendix at the end of the client agreement.
XINHUIBAO is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.
Our readingOur own comment on the clause, not the broker's words. Anything we quote is marked as a quotation. The charge is calculated on the deposit, not on the amount withdrawn. It does not shrink when you take out less, so a client withdrawing in parts pays it on the full sum they paid in.
What happens, and whenThe Trigger column is what has to happen first. Once that point is reached, the broker may do what the next column says. Every rung names the clause it came from, so you can check it.
| Trigger | What the broker may then do | Clause |
|---|---|---|
| Traded under 50% of the deposit | XINHUIBAO takes 6% of the deposit as a withdrawal fee. |
| Volume met, first 3 withdrawals in a day | No handling fee. |
| Fourth withdrawal that day | XINHUIBAO takes 5% of that withdrawal. |
- Worse together with Exhibit 3Read these two clauses together. Each one costs more because the other exists.Trading fast to reach the volume can be read as scalping, which lets XINHUIBAO cancel the trades and freeze the payout.
