Risk scorecard
Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
7/10 · HighNo genuine trading licence; only company registrations (BVI one struck off); a public regulator warning; and an FSCA number that belongs to another firm.
Identity & transparency
9/10 · CriticalOffshore shells registered 2024, one struck off; borrowed FSCA credential; dead legal links and fabricated scale. Entities are named but the disclosure is misleading.
Withdrawals & conduct
10/10 · CriticalFund-integrity pattern: deposits taken, withdrawals blocked, and 'tax'/'release fee' demanded before payout. Advance-fee demand is decisive.
Reputation
10/10 · CriticalOfficial BVI FSC public statement plus multiple independent reports of large-scale fraud and blocked withdrawals; no credible positive footprint.
Website claims
10/10 · Critical'Since 2016', '$1.3 trillion managed', '1M+ users' and 2019 to 2022 awards on companies registered in 2024. Outright false claims.
Operational history
8/10 · CriticalReal operating age about two years (entities 2024, no content before 2026), yet advertised as nearly a decade old. Young and misrepresented.
Who they are
A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.
Who is behind XPO, based on its own website and public records:
- Brand: XPO (Xeno Portfolio)
- Legal entity: Xeno Portfolio LLC (Belize) and Xeno Portfolio Ltd (British Virgin Islands)
- Registered: Belize LLC reg. FSC/200/LLC 2298/24 (registered 2024); BVI Business Company no. 2129747 (struck off 9 February 2026)
- Website: xpo.ru (also xpo.markets; client portal at clients.xpo.ru)
- Only 'licence': none. Company registrations only; the FSCA FSP 23497 on record belongs to a different firm (Rynat Capital)

- Not accepted: Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Israel, Iran, Myanmar, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Central African Republic (per its own footer)
- Age claim: 'Since 2016' and '$1.3 trillion managed' – contradicted by 2024 company registrations and no web presence before 2026

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We reached CONFIRMED_SCAM because several independent, high-weight findings all point the same way.
- A regulator has already named it. The BVI Financial Services Commission's Public Statement 4 of 2026 names Xeno Portfolio Limited and the xpo.ru and xpo.markets addresses, and states the company was struck off on 9 February 2026 and was never authorised for financial services.
- No real supervision exists. A BVI Business Company registration and a Belize LLC registration are company filings, not trading licences. Investigations found no financial-services authorisation for this operation in either the BVI or Belize.
- It uses another firm's credential. The FSCA licence FSP 23497 associated with this broker on record is held by Rynat Capital (Pty) Ltd, an unrelated South African company. XPO has no FSCA authorisation of its own.
- The money does not come back. Users describe deposits accepted, small test withdrawals paid, then larger withdrawals blocked while agents demand a 'tax' or 'release fee'. A demand for extra payment to release funds is the advance-fee mechanic and is decisive on its own.
- The marketing is fabricated. 'Since 2016', '$1.3 trillion assets managed', '1M+ users' and awards dated 2019 to 2022 sit on companies that were only registered in 2024.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1BVI Financial Services Commission Public Statement 4 of 2026 names Xeno Portfolio Limited and the xpo.ru / xpo.markets websites, states the company was struck off on 9 February 2026 and was never authorised to conduct financial services.
E2Investigations found no record of Xeno Portfolio in the financial-services registers of either the BVI FSC or the Belize FSC; the operation is unregulated.
E3The FSCA licence FSP 23497 associated with this broker on record is held by Rynat Capital (Pty) Ltd, an unrelated South African firm – a borrowed credential, not XPO's own licence.
Hard proofFSCA authorised-FSP recordsE4Withdrawal trap with advance-fee demands: small withdrawals are paid, larger ones are blocked, and agents demand a 'tax' or 'release charge' before releasing funds (e.g. a Rs 30,000 withdrawal blocked after a Rs 5,000 one succeeded).
Hard proofVictim reports / scam-report siteE5Reports describe large-scale losses, including hundreds of thousands of investors in India and losses running into the hundreds of millions of dollars, consistent with a Ponzi-style operation.
E6The xpo.ru site advertises founding 'since 2016', '$1.3 trillion' assets managed, '1M+ users' and awards from 2019 to 2022, while its own footer shows the Belize LLC (reg. FSC/200/LLC 2298/24) and BVI company were registered in 2024.
StrongBroker website (xpo.ru)E7The domain xpo.ru was created 2018-11-13, but there is no archived content before 2026 and the operating companies date to 2024, so the current operation is about two years old.
ModerateWHOIS / Wayback MachineE8The broker's only disclosed registrations are a BVI Business Company and a Belize LLC – company registrations, not financial or forex licences – and the BVI one has been struck off.
E9Independent review platforms classify XPO as high-risk and unregulated and conclude it 'appears to be a scam', advising investors to stay away.

The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
In fairness, we looked for an innocent explanation. Here is the strongest case for XPO and why it does not survive.
- 'It is a young offshore firm, not a scam.' Offshore registration alone is not fraud. But this is not merely offshore: the home regulator has publicly disowned it, the entity is struck off, and clients report blocked withdrawals with fee demands.
- 'Maybe the licences just are not indexed yet.' Register lag cannot explain a regulator issuing a warning that the firm was never authorised, nor an FSCA number that resolves to a completely different company.
- 'The complaints could be planted by competitors.' The complaints carry transactional specifics (amounts, the small-then-blocked pattern, fee demands) and are corroborated by an official regulator statement, so they are not mere noise.
- 'It is registered, so it exists.' A company registration proves a shell exists, not that it may lawfully take investors' money. One of its two shells has already been cancelled.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
This verdict is strongly evidenced. It would only change if:
- The BVI FSC withdrew Public Statement 4 of 2026 and confirmed Xeno Portfolio was in fact authorised.
- A genuine, in-force trading licence issued to Xeno Portfolio LLC or Ltd (not to another company) appeared on a real regulator's register.
- The FSCA confirmed FSP 23497 was actually issued to Xeno Portfolio rather than to Rynat Capital.
- The pattern of blocked withdrawals and 'release fee' demands turned out to be fabricated and clients confirmed they were paid in full on request.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is XPO (xpo.ru) a scam?
Yes. It is an unregulated investment operation that blocks withdrawals and demands extra fees to release funds. The British Virgin Islands regulator has issued a public warning naming the xpo.ru website.
Is XPO regulated?
No. It holds no genuine trading or forex licence. Its only papers are a Belize LLC registration and a BVI company registration, and the BVI one was struck off in February 2026. Company registration is not financial regulation.
What about the FSCA licence FSP 23497?
That FSCA licence belongs to Rynat Capital (Pty) Ltd, a separate South African firm. It is not XPO's licence. Using another company's number does not make XPO regulated.
Can I withdraw my money from XPO?
Users report that small withdrawals may work at first, but larger ones are blocked and agents then demand a 'tax' or 'release fee'. This is a known trap and paying more does not get your money back.
Is my money safe with XPO?
No. There is no regulator overseeing it, no investor-protection scheme, and a public warning against it. Deposits are at very high risk of total loss.
Who owns XPO?
The website names Xeno Portfolio LLC (Belize) and Xeno Portfolio Ltd (BVI). Both are offshore shells registered in 2024; the BVI entity has since been struck off the register.
How old is XPO really?
The site claims it has operated 'since 2016', but both companies were only registered in 2024 and there is no archived web presence before 2026. The operation is roughly two years old.
Is the '$1.3 trillion assets managed' claim real?
No. That figure, along with '1M+ users' and awards dated 2019 to 2022, is not credible for a company registered in 2024. These are fabricated trust signals.
Is XPO a clone of another broker?
It does not copy one specific brand, but it does display another firm's FSCA licence number (Rynat Capital's), which is a form of credential theft used to look regulated.
What should I do if I was scammed by XPO?
Stop paying any further 'fees', save all records, and report to your local police and financial-crime unit. In India, use the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and SEBI; you can also report to the BVI FSC. Avoid 'recovery' services that ask for upfront payment.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Confirm the licence number on the regulator's own register, check that the licensed entity name and website match, look for withdrawal complaints, and be wary of guaranteed returns, huge unverifiable AUM claims and pressure to recruit others.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Treat XPO as an active fraud and do not deposit.
- Do not send money, and do not pay any 'tax', 'fee' or 'release charge' to unlock a balance – that is part of the scam and the money will not be returned.
- If you have already deposited, stop paying, gather all records (transfers, chats, dashboard screenshots) and report to your local police and financial-crime authority.
- Report to the BVI FSC, and if you are in India, to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and SEBI.
- Be alert to 'recovery' agents who contact victims promising to get funds back for an upfront fee – that is a common follow-on scam.
