What XTrend Speed legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by XTrend Speed itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: Rynat Capital (Pty) Ltd

kyc freezesole discretiondeemed acceptancemarketing claimprofit voidingunilateral amendmentcountry restrictionforum waiverhidden feeoffshore

Rynat Capital's app listing and its contract describe two different products. The listing promises 20% cash back, investment advice and an insurer carrying your capital risk. The 57 page client agreement promises none of that, and clause 14.10 lets the broker reverse any trade for any reason. Until you finish identity checks, clause 2.8.4 says the profit in your account is not yours to claim.

What the documents say

26 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from XTrend Speed's own files

01

Rynat Capital can undo a completed trade whenever it decides the trade went against your interest or its own. Clause 14.10 asks for no reason beyond its own view.

Why this matters

A profit you have already banked can be taken back. Clause 15.2 cancels profits from what the broker calls Abusive Trading, while your losses from the same trading cannot be reversed.

Exhibit 1CriticalRarely seen

We reserve the right to reverse any transactions which we deem to be contrary to your interest or ours, for any reason.
Clause 14.10 in Client Agreement, p.19
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must act in a client's best interests and may cancel a concluded trade only on grounds set out in advance. This clause names no grounds and includes the broker's own interest.

XTrend Speed is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingReversal clauses normally name a trigger such as a pricing error. This one needs only the broker's own view that a trade was against its interest.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 19The prohibited actions list decides when the reversal power is switched on.
02

The XTrend Speed app listing tells you an insurer carries the capital risk. Your contract says the opposite, and caps everything Rynat Capital can owe you at whatever its own indemnity insurer would pay.

In plain words

Indemnities are money it says you owe it.

Why this matters

Professional indemnity cover answers for the broker's mistakes, not for your trading losses. Clause 17.4 also rules out any liability if the institution holding your money fails.

Exhibit 2CriticalRarely seen

the Client agrees that the Company’s maximum aggregate liability to the Client whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the higher of the amount that would be recoverable by the Company under the Company’s professional indemnity insurance if the Client’s claim had been satisfied in full
Clause 28.5 in Client Agreement, p.42
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingBrokers rarely claim an insurer stands behind client capital. This one does so in its app store listing while its contract limits recovery to its own indemnity policy.

03

Until you have both paid in money and finished identity checks, clause 2.8.1 treats your account as a demo. Any profit in it has, in the broker's words, no legal or financial validity and cannot be claimed by you.

Why this matters

You can trade live for up to 30 days before the checks are finished. Miss the deadline and clause 2.6 closes your positions, while clause 2.3 resets the profit.

Exhibit 3CriticalRarely seen30 days

Any profits, losses, or balances generated within a Demo Account shall have no legal or financial validity and shall not be claimable by the Client.
Clause 2.8.4 in Client Agreement, p.6
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC complete identity checks before a client trades, and a trade the firm has executed binds both sides. This contract allows up to 30 days of live trading and then treats the profit as unclaimable.

XTrend Speed is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingBrokers commonly restrict an unverified account. Defining it as a demo so the money made in it has no validity removes your claim to the profit rather than delaying access to it.

04

Rynat Capital can turn down any deposit or withdrawal it believes may breach a legal or regulatory duty, including where your documents do not satisfy it. The same clause says it may be unable to tell you why.

Why this matters

Your money can stay where it is with no explanation and no deadline. Clause 18.22 calls the processing times on the website indicative only.

Exhibit 4CriticalHarder than usual

You understand that there may be instances where we will be unable to provide you with an explanation as to why we cannot proceed with your request.
Clause 18.19 in Client Agreement, p.28
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must pay a client's money out promptly on request and tell the client why a payment is being withheld. This clause reserves the right to give no explanation.

XTrend Speed is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 18A refusal bites harder when the broker also holds a lien over every balance you have with it.
05

Your client agreement promises that losses will never exceed the funds in your account. The risk disclosure says you may be called to pay losses that go beyond your balance.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

One of those two sentences is wrong and nothing in the contract says which. If the broker relies on the risk disclosure, a gap in the market leaves you owing it money.

Exhibit 5CriticalRarely seen

For example, in case whereby due to extreme volatility of the underlying instrument the Client has sustained losses that exceed his balance with the Company (i.e. he has generated a negative balance with the Company), the Client may be then called to pay an amount equal to these losses.

Our readingA negative balance promise and a liability for losses beyond the balance rarely sit in one document set. Here they do, in two documents clause 1.3 tells you to read together.

06

The app listing promises you 20% cash back on every deposit. The rules for it are not in any document Rynat Capital publishes, and clause 39.3 lets it cancel both the benefit and the profit you made with it.

Why this matters

You cannot read the conditions before you take the money. The copy trading terms point to an XTrend Speed Loyalty Program document that is not on the broker's disclosures page.

What it costsA $1,000 deposit is advertised as earning $200 back. Clause 39.3 lets Rynat Capital cancel that $200 and any profit made with it.

The XTrend Speed app and the Rynat Capital contract describe different products

Rynat Capital's app listing and its contract describe two different products. The listing says an insurer carries your capital risk, while clause 28.5 caps everything the broker can owe at its own indemnity cover. It advertises investment advice that clause 5.4 forbids its employees to give. Its own documents also disagree on whether a loss can leave you owing money.

Two product descriptions3 clauses flagged

The app listing sells investment advice. Clause 5.5 says you may ask Rynat Capital's own representatives for trading advice at your own risk, and that it will not be responsible for the losses that follow.

Why this matters

If a representative talks you into a trade that loses, the loss is yours. The same agreement says at clause 5.4 that no employee is authorised to advise you at all.

Exhibit 8CriticalHarder than usual

Despite any other provisions of this Agreement you may, at your own risk, seek trading advice from our authorised representatives. You agree that you are solely responsible for the performance of your trades and therefore Rynat Capital will not be responsible for any losses suffered as a result of advice offered by our representatives.
Clause 5.5 in Client Agreement, p.9
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FSCA (South Africa)

A provider licensed by the FSCA under the FAIS Act must take reasonable steps to ensure the advice it gives suits the client, and must keep a record of that advice. This clause moves the whole risk of its representatives' advice to you.

XTrend Speed is not licensed by this regulator, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Rynat Capital markets the app in eleven languages. Clause 22.1 says anything not in English is for information only, has no legal effect whatsoever, and carries no responsibility for whether it is correct.

Why this matters

If you read the app in German, Chinese or Italian, nothing you read binds the broker. The version that counts is an English PDF of 57 pages.

Exhibit 9CriticalHarder than usual11

Translation or information provided in languages other than English is for informational purposes only and do not bind the Company or have any legal effect whatsoever, the Company having no responsibility or liability regarding the correctness of the information therein.

The app listing says it supports stock and futures. You never own any of it: the risk disclosure says there is no delivery of the underlying asset and every contract settles in cash.

Why this matters

What you hold is a bet on a price, not a share. If the broker or its execution venue fails, there is no stock in your name to recover.

Exhibit 10CriticalStandard wording

It is understood that the Client has no rights or obligations in respect to the Underlying Assets/Instruments relating to the CFDs he is trading. There is no delivery of the Underlying Asset and all CFD contracts are settled in cash.

You have ten business days to object before a trade becomes final

Clause 16.2 gives you ten business days to question a trade confirmation, counted from when it was sent or ought to have been sent. Silence after that makes the figures conclusive. A notice from Rynat Capital counts as delivered an hour after it appears on its web page, while yours counts only on arrival.

Challenging a trade4 clauses flagged

You get ten business days to challenge a trade confirmation. The clock starts when the confirmation was sent or, in the words of clause 16.2, ought to have been sent.

Why this matters

A confirmation that never reached you still starts the ten business day clock. Once it runs out, your silence makes the figures conclusive.

Exhibit 7CriticalHarder than usual10 working days

If the Client expresses no objections during this period, the content is considered as approved by him and shall be deemed conclusive.
Clause 16.2 in Client Agreement, p.22

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must send a retail client a trade confirmation and cannot cut short the time a client has to bring a claim. This clause runs its ten days whether or not you received anything.

XTrend Speed is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

A change posted on Rynat Capital's web page counts as delivered to you one hour later. Your own written notice to the broker counts only when it actually reaches its office.

Why this matters

A fee change can take effect three business days after it appears on a page you have never opened. The contract makes checking that page your job.

The client agreement keeps your trading records for a maximum of five years. The privacy policy keeps the same records for a minimum of five years, and in another line for more than five.

Why this matters

The Complaints Handling Policy tells you to send every complaint to compliants@rynatcapital.com. Your contract and the broker's own website both give complaints@rynatcapital.com.

Not one fee amount appears in the contract you sign

Clause 21 of the Rynat Capital agreement is headed Company Fees and states no amount at all. Not one fee amount appears in your contract. The clause headed Company Fees sends you to the website for spreads, commissions and swaps, and clause 18.33 does the same for withdrawal fees.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 16Fees that live only on a web page can also be changed on that page with three days' notice.

Rynat Capital charges its own interest rates on positions you hold overnight. Clause 21.7 says it updates them as often as it deems necessary, and clause 25.7 lets it change them without telling you.

In plain words

Liquidity providers are outside banks and brokers.

Why this matters

An overnight cost you cannot predict comes out of your balance at 23:59 server time. On Wednesdays clause 21.6 charges it three times over.

Every withdrawal is a decision Rynat Capital can decline without reasons

Clause 18.19 lets Rynat Capital refuse any withdrawal it believes could breach a legal or regulatory duty, or where your documents do not satisfy it. The same clause says it may be unable to explain why. Clause 19 adds a general lien over all the money it holds for you.

Getting money out1 clause flagged

Rynat Capital holds a general lien over all the money it keeps for you, lasting until you have met every obligation in the agreement. Clause 18.25 lets it set off liabilities that are present or future, worked out or not.

Why this matters

Money you expected to withdraw can be held against an amount nobody has calculated yet. Clause 18.20 also lets the broker merge the balances across all your accounts.

Rynat Capital can change any term of your agreement on three business days' written notice. It can change its costs and fees the same way, by posting them on the website.

Checks and your data3 clauses flagged

The broker's financial crime policy treats any individual who is not a South African citizen or permanent resident as high risk. That puts you straight into its most demanding checks.

Rynat Capital earns 30% of the commission you generate

Its copy trading terms say the broker and its affiliates may open trades in the opposite direction to yours.

How the broker is paid1 clause flagged

Rynat Capital's whole income as an intermediary is a cut of the commission its clients generate, paid back to it by GBE, its only liquidity provider. Clause 9 of its disclosure puts that cut at 30%.

A South African licence and a Seychelles execution venue

Rynat Capital holds FSP licence 23497 from the FSCA in South Africa. Clause 4.2 says it is not the counterparty to your trades, and the agreement names GBE Global Ltd of the Seychelles as the execution venue. Its risk disclosure then describes where your money sits under Seychelles law.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Who holds your money2 clauses flagged

Rynat Capital holds the South African licence, but clause 4.2 says it is not the counterparty to your trades. The agreement names GBE Global Ltd of the Seychelles as the execution venue.

Why this matters

Clause 18.17 settles your money into a custodial account held with that liquidity provider. Clause 17.4 says the broker accepts no liability if the institution holding your money fails.

Dormancy means an account left unused.

Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording XTrend Speed publishes.

Who the contract is with

Rynat Capital (Pty) Ltd

You contract with Rynat Capital (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2004/005384/07, an authorised financial services provider in South Africa under FSP licence 23497. It is not the counterparty to your trades. Clause 4.2 says it acts on an intermediary only basis. The agreement names GBE Global Ltd of the Seychelles as the execution venue, and clause 18.17 settles your money into a custodial account held with that provider. The conflicts of interest policy names Hooya Plus Ltd as the holding company. The documents give three different addresses for the company and the app listing gives a fourth.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

Rynat Capital publishes its whole legal set in one place and links it from its own site, which many brokers do not. No document in it charges a dormancy or inactivity fee. Clause 18.9 states negative balance protection in plain words. The FAIS disclosure names GBE as the single liquidity provider and discloses the broker's revenue share from it, which most brokers leave out. Two documents give the FAIS Ombud's postal address, phone number and email, so the complaint route is a real one.

We could not read six of these documents. They are the withdrawal policy, the terms of business and the order execution policy. We also could not read the treating customers fairly policy, the complaint form, or more than fragments of the conflicts of interest policy. We quote nothing from them and report none of their numbers. That leaves the withdrawal timetable, the margin call and close out levels and the commission schedule outside this reading. We read the client agreement in full apart from the last page of its definitions, and the FAIS disclosure in part. Two further documents on the broker's own disclosures list we did not open at all, a Our Wallet document and a POPIA manual. We could not reach the brand site's marketing pages. Every claim quoted here comes from a page we opened ourselves, either rynatcapital.com or the XTrend Speed app listing on Google Play. The privacy policy reached us with the spaces between its words missing, so the two sentences we quote from it have the spacing restored and nothing else changed. No earlier version of any document exists to compare against, so this is a first reading.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the XTrend Speed file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document XTrend Speed publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge XTrend Speed on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 9, 2026.

If you represent XTrend Speed and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on XTrend Speed. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
