Ask for your money back before you have traded 3 lots since your last deposit and Quantix FS can take up to 10% of the amount you asked for. The same clause adds a $50 KYC fee before the payment goes out.
Why this matters
Ask for $1,000 back after a quiet month and $150 of it can stay with Yadix. The fee also applies where the firm finds or suspects any other form of abuse, and the contract never says what that means.
Exhibit 1Every flagged clause gets its own number so you can point at this one. The number does not change, so a link to it keeps working.CriticalHow much this clause can cost you, in our reading. Critical can take your money or your profit. Warning can delay or limit it. Notice is simply worth knowing before you sign.Rarely seenHow ordinary this wording looks next to the contracts we read. This is our reading of the clause, not a count of other brokers.10%The figure this clause puts a number on, taken from the broker's own words.
In case the Customer performs a withdrawal request without completing a minimum volume of three (3) lots on Forex and/or Commodities, or 30 lots of Indices from the last deposit made or if any other form of abuse is found or suspected, QFS will levy the Customer’s account with a fee of up to 10% of the total withdrawal sum.
Where it sits: section 39 of 158 in the Customer Agreement, near the start. We counted the numbered sections in the Customer Agreement. This clause sits in section 39 of 158, about 25% of the way through. A fee written on the first page and the same fee written near the end are not the same disclosure.
What it costsThe same clause worked out on a round number, so you can see it in money or in days. It is an example, not a quotation.A $1,000 withdrawal after less than 3 lots of trading returns $850. Yadix keeps $100 as the fee and $50 as the KYC charge.
Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must set out all costs and charges to a retail client before that client trades. This charge sits in the customer agreement, and the funding page says only that additional processing fees may apply.
YADIX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.
Our readingOur own comment on the clause, not the broker's words. Anything we quote is marked as a quotation.Volume conditions attached to a bonus are common. A percentage charge on your own deposited money for not trading enough is a penalty on the withdrawal itself, and it applies with no bonus anywhere in the picture.
- Worse together with Exhibit 7Read these two clauses together. Each one costs more because the other exists. The firm picks the method and the timing of the payment, and this fee comes off whatever it decides to send.
