Broker Summary
What Wikilix has recorded about Zenith: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
Zenith Broker Overview
Zenith was a retail forex brand operating under the name Zenith Wealthex Global Limited, offering floating spreads on MetaTrader 5 and marketing itself largely to Chinese speaking clients. The brand is no longer trading. Its website at zenithwealthex.com no longer resolves, and both companies registered under the Zenith Wealthex Global Limited name have been removed from their registers.
Zenith Regulation and License
No financial regulator in any jurisdiction has been found to authorise Zenith or Zenith Wealthex Global Limited, and the brand published no licence number, no regulator name and no register reference. This is the position of no confirmed regulation rather than claimed regulation, because there was never even an unverified licence claim to test.
The two corporate registrations that do exist are company registrations, not financial licences. A company number permits a company to exist. It grants no permission to hold client money, accept deposits or deal in investments, and it brings no compensation scheme with it.
Is Zenith Regulated?
No. Zenith holds no financial services licence anywhere, and none was ever claimed on its own material. The United Kingdom company behind the brand recorded its business as financial services holding, venture and development capital, administration of financial markets and financial management, none of which is a permission to deal in investments with retail clients.
Zenith Wealthex Global Limited
Two separate companies carried this exact name, and both are now dissolved.
- United Kingdom: company number 12522271, incorporated on 17 March 2020 at 50 Grosvenor Hill Mayfair, London W1K 3QT, and dissolved on 23 August 2022 by compulsory strike-off. The only accounts it ever filed were dormant accounts made up to 31 March 2021, meaning it reported no significant accounting transactions during the period in which the brand was taking client money.
- Canada: federal corporation number 1204296-7, incorporated on 5 May 2020 at 4300 Steeles Avenue East, Markham, Ontario, and dissolved for non-compliance on 17 November 2023.
The sole United Kingdom director is recorded as a Chinese national resident in Japan, and the registered office is a shared serviced address used by more than thirty other companies. A Chinese company name has also been associated with the brand, and it matches neither registration, so the corporate identity behind Zenith was never consistent.
Is Zenith Safe?
No. There is nothing left to trade with and no live company to pursue. The site is offline, both operating companies are dissolved, and because no regulator ever supervised the business there is no authorised firm, no ombudsman and no compensation scheme available to a client holding a balance. The United Kingdom company was removed by compulsory strike-off rather than wound up in an orderly way, which is not how a solvent firm closes a client facing business.
Zenith Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Zenith advertised floating spreads on EUR/USD of roughly 0.2 to 0.5 pips and a minimum first deposit of 100 USD. No commission schedule, swap table, inactivity fee or withdrawal fee was published. These are legacy marketing figures and cannot be checked against the broker, because the site that carried them is gone.
Zenith Trading Platforms
MetaTrader 5 was the only platform associated with Zenith. No server names, download links or platform specific account terms remain available, and the terminal cannot now be obtained through this brand.
Zenith Deposits and Withdrawals
Card payments and bank wire transfers were the recorded funding routes, with a stated minimum withdrawal of 50 USD. No processing times, fees or per channel limits were disclosed. Withdrawal is also where the operation drew its complaints, the recurring pattern being clients who were able to deposit and then unable to get money back out.
Zenith Support
The only contact route on record is the email address zenithservice@zenithwealthex.com. No telephone number, office address, live chat or complaints channel was published, and the address sits on a domain that no longer resolves.
Zenith Pros and Cons
Strengths:
- The corporate trail is documented rather than hidden: two named companies appear on public registers with dates, addresses and a named director.
Limitations:
- No financial licence in any jurisdiction, and none ever claimed.
- Both operating companies dissolved, the United Kingdom one by compulsory strike-off.
- The trading website no longer resolves.
- Dormant accounts filed for the period in which clients were depositing.
- A record of clients reporting that withdrawals went unpaid.
- Email was the only published contact route.
Zenith Review and Assessment
Zenith is a closed operation rather than a broker that can be compared with others. It took retail deposits on MetaTrader 5 without any financial authorisation, through two identically named companies that have since been struck off, and its website no longer resolves. The point that matters most for anyone still holding a balance or a login is that there is no authorised firm, no live company and no regulator standing behind the account.
Regulatory Licenses
We have not confirmed any regulation for Zenith. Money deposited with an unregulated broker is protected only by the company itself.
Trading with an unregulated broker puts your deposit at risk.

No processing time, deposit or withdrawal fee, and no per-transaction minimum or maximum was ever published for it, so every one of those fields is left unset rather than estimated; the processing-time bucket is a required field and is not a disclosed service level. A minimum withdrawal of 50 USD was stated for the account as a whole rather than for this channel.
