Who they are
A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.
- Brand: ZFX Trade, presented on the site simply as ZFX.
- Legal entity: ZFX Global Holdings, a name that appears only in the website footer. We found no corporate registration for it in any registry.
- Registered: not disclosed. The contact page places the head office in the primary international financial district without naming a city or a country.
- Website: zfxtrade.com. The client portal address on our file, member.zfxtrade.com, does not resolve.
- Only licence: none. The site names no regulator, publishes no licence number, and offers no verification link.
- Offers: page titles and descriptions advertise an algorithmic, AI-powered trading platform across more than 180 global markets. No instruments, spreads, account types, deposit page, platform or risk warning are actually shown anywhere on the site.
- Not accepted: no restricted-country list is published, and the site is served in 21 languages including German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese and Chinese.
- Age claim: none stated beyond a 2026 copyright line. The domain was registered on 27 July 2026.
Regulation
Who really oversees this broker, and what each licence is worth to you.
Proof of regulation on an official register: No
We could not confirm this broker on any genuine regulator’s register.
No licence claims on record.
Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
Five findings drive this verdict, and the first one is a regulator speaking about this exact address.
- A regulator has named this website. The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles published a notice headed Alert: Unauthorized use of website, listing www.zfxtrade.com and stating that it does not relate to any entity licensed or regulated by the FSA in any capacity. The notice is dated 20 July 2022 and remains published on the FSA site today.
- No licence exists and none is claimed. The FSA securities dealer register lists Zeal Capital Market (Seychelles) Limited, the genuine holder of the ZFX trade name, and contains no entry for ZFX Global Holdings, ZFX Trade or zfxtrade.com. The site itself names no regulator at all.
- The site sells trading while hiding who it is. Every page title and description markets an AI-powered algorithmic trading platform to traders, one of them promising execution across more than 180 markets. The visible pages carry no legal entity number, no address, no jurisdiction, no phone number and no risk warning, and the only contact addresses published are template placeholders ending in example.com. A business that asks traders to trust it with market execution but will not say what company it is, or where it is, is not a business a retail client can hold to anything.
- It is one of at least two identical builds. The site zedveiltxtrade.com runs the same kit as zfxtrade.com: the same shared asset path and version string, the same instruction to search engines, the same claim of more than 180 markets, and the same corporate-filler structure behind an algorithmic trading platform title. Both domains use the same registrar and the same name servers, and both records were last changed on 13 August 2026 about an hour apart.
- The address has a history. Archived copies of zfxtrade.com from 2023 and 2024 show a blockchain smart-contract scheme under the ZFXTRADE name, promising earnings credited instantly to a private wallet, tracking the growth of a recruited team, and describing itself as absolutely no risk and risk free, forever live. Independent scan records show the domain serving a suspended-hosting page by April 2023. The domain later lapsed and was registered again on 27 July 2026. The registration behind both periods is privacy-shielded, so we cannot show that today's operator is the same people, and we do not claim it is. We also cannot show the two are unconnected, and a public regulator notice attaches to the address either way.
On the brand itself, be precise about what we did and did not find. ZFX is an approved trade name of Zeal Capital Market (Seychelles) Limited, which holds Seychelles licence SD027, and of Zeal Capital Market (UK) Limited, which is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. That group operates at zfx.com and does not list zfxtrade.com among its sites. This website takes the ZFX brand and the same line of business, but we found no attempt to reproduce Zeal Capital Market licence numbers, company numbers or addresses. So we record brand appropriation, not a copied set of credentials.
Two limits on our confidence, stated plainly. No client has reported losing money here, because the site shows no sign of having taken deposits yet. And the regulator notice pre-dates the current registration of the domain by four years. That is why this is recorded as a likely scam rather than a confirmed one. It is also why the timing matters: this address is being rebuilt into a trading front now, before any victim exists to complain.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles published a notice headed Alert: Unauthorized use of website listing www.zfxtrade.com and stating that it does not relate to any entity licensed or regulated by the FSA in any capacity. Published 20 July 2022 and still live on the regulator's site.
E2The FSA Seychelles securities dealer register lists Zeal Capital Market (Seychelles) Limited, the genuine holder of the ZFX trade name, and contains no entry for ZFX Global Holdings, ZFX Trade or zfxtrade.com.
E3The contact page publishes only placeholder addresses partnerships@example.com, press@example.com and office@example.com, gives no phone number or street address, and places the head office in the primary international financial district without naming a country. Its page title markets an AI-powered trading platform.
E4The homepage is titled as an algorithmic trading platform and its description promises execution across more than 180 markets with an AI-powered trading system, while the visible page shows no instruments, account types, deposit page, platform or risk warning, and names no regulator or company number.
E5zedveiltxtrade.com runs the same build as zfxtrade.com: identical shared asset path and version string, identical search-engine instruction, the same claim of more than 180 markets, the same corporate-filler structure and the same algorithmic trading platform title pattern, under a different brand name.
Strongzedveiltxtrade.comE6Domain records show zfxtrade.com registered 27 July 2026 through Dynadot on NS1 and NS2.DYNA-NS.NET and last changed 13 August 2026 at 11:35 UTC. The sister domain zedveiltxtrade.com was registered 3 May 2026 at the same registrar on the same name servers and last changed 13 August 2026 at 12:36 UTC, about an hour apart.
E7An archived copy of this domain from 27 July 2024 shows a blockchain smart-contract scheme under the ZFXTRADE name, promising earnings credited instantly to a private wallet, real-time tracking of the growth of a recruited team, and describing itself as absolutely no risk and risk free, forever live.
E8ZFX is an approved trade name of Zeal Capital Market (Seychelles) Limited, holder of Seychelles licence SD027, and of Zeal Capital Market (UK) Limited, FCA firm reference 768451, operating at zfx.com. That group does not list zfxtrade.com among its websites.
E9Archive coverage of this domain runs from July 2022 to July 2024 and then stops, and an independent scan record from April 2023 shows the address serving a suspended-hosting page. The domain then lapsed before being registered again in July 2026.
E10The site publishes a sitemap and permits full search-engine indexing across 21 language versions, all last modified 27 August 2026, while offering no product, no legal entity and no risk disclosure. The pages also load an international telephone-input component, the element used for lead-capture forms, although no form is present yet.
E11No complaints and no positive reviews of any kind were found for this domain across review platforms, discussion forums and general web sources. There is no community footprint either way.
E12The client portal address held on file for this brand, member.zfxtrade.com, does not resolve in DNS, so no client area is reachable.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The fair case for this website, set out honestly.
- Nobody has reported losing money. We found no complaint of any kind naming zfxtrade.com: no withdrawal refusals, no frozen accounts, no advance-fee demands. Everything here is about structure and disclosure, not about proven harm to a named client.
- It is not currently taking deposits. There is no signup form, no client area, no cashier and no payment method anywhere on the site. Whatever it is being prepared for, it is not operating as a brokerage today.
- The regulator notice concerns an earlier occupant. The Seychelles notice is from July 2022, and the domain was registered afresh in July 2026 after lapsing. A buyer of an expired domain does not inherit the previous owner's conduct, and we have no evidence identifying the current registrant as the earlier one.
- The placeholder contacts may simply be an unfinished site. Emails ending in example.com are what an unedited template ships with. The innocent reading is a half-built corporate page that was indexed before anyone finished it, rather than a deliberate attempt to be unreachable.
- No regulated firm's credentials are being worn. We checked and found no FCA number, no Seychelles licence number and no Zeal Capital Market company details reproduced on this site. That is a real point in its favour and it is why we have not called this a confirmed scam.
What defeats the innocent reading is the combination. A genuine corporate consultancy does not title every page an AI-powered trading platform, does not translate itself into 21 languages, does not hide its country, and does not share a build, a registrar and a name server pair with a second identically anonymous trading brand.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Concrete things that would move this assessment, in either direction.
- Towards safe: publication of a real legal entity with a company number and a registered address that resolves in that country's registry, working contact details in place of the example.com placeholders, and a licence from a recognised financial regulator with a number that resolves on that regulator's own register.
- Towards safe: the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles withdrawing or amending its notice about www.zfxtrade.com, or the operator publishing an explanation, backed by registration records, that separates it from the scheme that ran at this address in 2022 to 2024.
- Towards safe: Zeal Capital Market confirming that zfxtrade.com is one of its own domains, which would make the ZFX branding legitimate rather than appropriated.
- Towards worse: the appearance of a signup or deposit funnel, a client portal at member.zfxtrade.com, or any request for money. The phone-capture component already loaded on the pages suggests a lead form is intended.
- Towards worse: any first-hand report of a deposit taken, a withdrawal refused, or a demand for an extra payment to release funds. One credible, specific instance of that last pattern would settle the matter.
- Towards worse: a second regulator naming the domain, or more sites surfacing on the same build and infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is ZFX Trade (zfxtrade.com) a scam?
We assess it as a likely scam and recommend against depositing. The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles has published a notice stating that www.zfxtrade.com does not relate to any entity it licenses or regulates. The site advertises an AI-powered trading platform but names no company, no address and no regulator.
Is ZFX Trade a fraud?
No court or regulator has made a finding of fraud against this website, so we do not state that as fact. What we can state is that a regulator has publicly disclaimed it, that it holds no licence, and that it conceals its corporate identity. On that basis we assess the risk of fraud as high.
Is zfxtrade.com regulated by anyone?
No. The site names no regulator and publishes no licence number. The Seychelles regulator has gone further and issued a public notice that the website is not connected to any entity it licenses. There is no supervisor standing behind this operation.
Is this the same as the ZFX broker at zfx.com?
No, and the distinction matters. ZFX is an approved trade name of Zeal Capital Market (Seychelles) Limited, which holds Seychelles licence SD027, and of Zeal Capital Market (UK) Limited, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. That business operates at zfx.com and does not list zfxtrade.com among its websites.
Can I withdraw my money from zfxtrade.com?
We found no client reports either way, because the site shows no sign of having taken deposits yet. If you have somehow deposited, contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback straight away and keep all your records. Without a licence there is no regulator to order a payout.
Is my money safe with ZFX Trade?
No. There is no licensed entity, no disclosed jurisdiction, no segregated-funds statement and no compensation scheme. If money were to go missing there would be no supervisor to approach and no company you could reliably identify to pursue.
Who owns ZFX Global Holdings?
Nobody is named. ZFX Global Holdings appears only in the website footer, and we found no corporate registration for it in any registry. The site does not disclose directors, owners, a company number or a country of incorporation.
How old is zfxtrade.com?
The current domain registration dates from 27 July 2026, making it about seven weeks old at the time of writing. The address existed earlier under a different occupant, but that registration lapsed, so the present operation has no track record at all.
What was at zfxtrade.com before?
Archived copies from 2023 and 2024 show a blockchain smart-contract scheme under the ZFXTRADE name, promising earnings paid instantly to a private wallet, tracking the growth of a recruited team, and calling itself absolutely no risk. That is the scheme the Seychelles regulator warned about in July 2022.
Is ZFX Trade a clone of a real broker?
It appropriates the ZFX brand of a genuinely regulated broker and operates in the same line of business, which is why we record it as a suspicious clone. To be precise, we found no attempt to reproduce Zeal Capital Market licence numbers, company numbers or addresses, so this is brand appropriation rather than a copied set of credentials.
Why does the site look like a corporate consultancy rather than a broker?
The visible pages are generic corporate text with no trading product, while every page title and description markets an algorithmic AI trading platform. The contact page lists only placeholder addresses ending in example.com. It reads as a site being staged for a trading funnel that has not gone live.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Find the licence number on the broker's own site, then look it up on the regulator's official register, not on a link the broker gives you. Confirm the entity name and the website recorded there match the site asking for your money. If no licence number is published at all, that is the end of the matter.
I was contacted about ZFX by message or phone. What should I do?
Stop the conversation and do not install anything sent to you. Unsolicited approaches pointing at an unlicensed, anonymous trading site are the standard opening of an investment scam. Report the approach to your national financial regulator.
Someone offered to recover money I lost. Should I pay them?
No. Victims of schemes like this are routinely approached a second time by people promising recovery for an upfront fee, and that is simply a follow-up scam. No legitimate recovery service asks for payment in advance to unlock your own funds.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Our advice for anyone who has encountered this website.
- Do not deposit and do not send identity documents. There is no licensed entity behind this site, so there is no regulator to complain to and no compensation scheme if money goes missing.
- Do not assume it is the ZFX you may have heard of. The established ZFX broker operates at zfx.com under Zeal Capital Market. If you intended to deal with that firm, go to its own site directly rather than through any link that brought you here.
- Treat unsolicited contact as the warning sign. If somebody has approached you about ZFX by message, call or social media and pointed you to this address, stop the conversation. Do not install anything they send you.
- If you have already paid: contact your bank or card issuer immediately and ask about a chargeback, keep every receipt, message and wallet address, and report it to the financial regulator and police in your own country.
- Refuse any offer to recover your funds for a fee. People who lost money to schemes like this are routinely approached a second time by supposed recovery agents. That is the same trap wearing a different coat.
- Verify before you ever deposit anywhere. Look up the licence number on the regulator's own register and check that the entity name and website there match the site asking for your money.
