What ZITA PLUS legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by ZITA PLUS itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

ZitaPlus guarantees same day withdrawals on its website. Its own withdrawal policy says three business days, and its client terms let it refuse or delay any request. Deposits are advertised at 0% commission with no hidden charges, while a footnote on the same page takes up to 6% when you withdraw. If ZitaPlus moves you out of the retail category, a call it makes alone, the money you sent becomes its property.

What the documents say

20 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from ZITA PLUS's own files

01

ZitaPlus promises a guaranteed same day withdrawal on its deposit page. Its own withdrawal policy gives itself three business days, and only when a list of conditions is met.

Why this matters

You may plan around the guarantee and wait three business days or longer. Clause 6.15 of the client terms also lets ZitaPlus refuse or delay your request outright, in whole or in part.

What it costsA request made on Thursday can be paid the following Tuesday and still sit inside the three business day window.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must pay a retail client's money out promptly and cannot park it behind an open ended review. This contract lets ZitaPlus refuse or delay a withdrawal at its own discretion, with no outer time limit written anywhere.

ZITA PLUS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 6Refusing a withdrawal is also listed as a Reserved Action, so the same decision can be taken under two separate clauses.
02

ZitaPlus tells you on its client protection page that it keeps your money in segregated accounts, separate from company funds. Clause 6.2 of the client terms says money you send becomes ZitaPlus property once it treats you as a professional client.

Why this matters

ZitaPlus makes that classification alone under clause 4.5. If it moves you out of the retail category, your deposit stops being client money and it can spend it in its own business.

ZitaPlus safeguards client funds by keeping them in segregated accounts, separate from company funds, ensuring they are protected and easily accessible.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA, CySEC and other ESMA regimes must hold retail client money apart from their own and cannot take title to it. This contract keeps that protection for retail clients only, and lets ZitaPlus decide who is retail.

ZITA PLUS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingTitle transfer of collateral is a wholesale market device. Pointed at a retail trading balance it means the cash in your account is the firm's asset rather than yours, and the switch depends on a category the firm assigns itself.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 1Money that is no longer client money sits behind a withdrawal ZitaPlus can already refuse at its discretion.
03

The deposit page leads with 0% commissions and says ZitaPlus has no hidden charges. A footnote at the bottom of the same page takes up to 6% when you withdraw.

Why this matters

Withdrawing to a Pakistani rupee account costs 6% of the amount. Nine countries carry these rates, and not one of them appears beside the 0% headline.

What it costsA $1,000 withdrawal in Pakistani rupees leaves you $940. The $60 goes before the money reaches your bank.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must show a retail client the costs and charges of a service before they trade, in one place and not in a footnote. Here the headline says 0% and the charge sits below the payment tables.

ZITA PLUS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 4The rates that are published cover nine countries, and the policy sends everyone else to a fee schedule only account holders can open.
04

ZitaPlus can take bonus credit off your trading account without telling you, at any time, at its absolute discretion. It can also cancel the whole credit programme without giving you any reason or warning.

Why this matters

Bonus credit holds up the margin on your open trades. If ZitaPlus removes it mid position, your equity falls and your trades can be closed out.

ZitaPlus sells in Arabic and contracts in English. Clause 11.1 says the agreement runs in English, and that choosing another language is entirely at your own risk.

Trades can be cancelled as though they never happened

Clause 9.3 of the ZitaPlus client agreement lists cancelling your trades as though they had not occurred among its Reserved Actions, alongside refusing your withdrawals. Clause 9.1 triggers the list whenever ZitaPlus believes action is appropriate to protect itself. The refund policy then rules out any refund for a client judged to have breached the agreement.

Reversing trades2 clauses flagged

ZitaPlus can cancel your trades as though they had not occurred and show that on your account. Clause 9.3 calls these Reserved Actions, and the same list covers refusing your withdrawals.

Why this matters

Profit from a cancelled trade disappears with the trade. Clause 9.1 opens this up whenever ZitaPlus believes action is appropriate to protect itself, which is a test it applies to itself.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 19A cancelled trade removes the profit, and the refund policy then rules out a refund for anyone judged to have broken the agreement.

Any breach of the ZitaPlus client agreement or partner agreement disqualifies you from a refund. The refund policy opens with that line and extends it to any profit or loss from your trading.

Why this matters

The policy never lists which breaches count or who decides. ZitaPlus reads its own agreement and rules on whether yours qualifies.

The Arabic legal documents page tells you that you will find on it all the essential documents governing your relationship with ZitaPlus. It then names six of them and gives you no way to open any.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must give a retail client the costs of a service before the relationship starts, not after sign up. This policy places the numbers behind the account you have to open first.

ZITA PLUS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

ZitaPlus can convert any currency in your account without telling you first. It then charges you for the conversion and leaves you carrying the exchange risk.

Why this matters

No rate and no margin over the market rate appear anywhere in the policy. You pay whatever the conversion costs, on a conversion you never asked for.

Exhibit 9WarningHarder than usual

The company has the right to convert any currency in the client's account without prior notice to comply with its obligations or complete any transaction. The company will charge the client for expenses related to currency conversion, and the client will bear all foreign currency exchange risks.
Clause 4.1.f in BEST EXECUTION POLICY, p.6
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

The client terms let ZitaPlus change or waive its charges at its discretion without prior notice. The best execution policy says new charges go on the website at least 7 days before they take effect.

Leverage, positions and eligibility all move without you

ZitaPlus can change your account leverage without prior notice, and when margin runs short it can close every position you hold, not only the losing ones. Its documents refuse customers from more than 20 countries, yet the signup form on those same pages still offers North Korea, Palestine and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Unilateral control2 clauses flagged

ZitaPlus can change the leverage on your account without telling you first. When your balance falls short, it can close every position you hold, not only the losing ones.

Why this matters

A leverage cut raises the margin your open trades need on the spot. If you cannot cover it, your profitable trades close alongside the rest.

Exhibit 15WarningHarder than usual

The company has the right to change the leverage of a client's account without giving prior notice, as long as it is in line with the conditions outlined on the company's website.

Every ZitaPlus page says it will not take customers living in or holding citizenship of a list of countries. The account form on those same pages still offers North Korea, Palestine and the Democratic Republic of the Congo as choices.

Why this matters

You can start an account from a country ZitaPlus has already refused in writing. The mismatch surfaces when you ask for your money back, not when you pay it in.

Exhibit 16WarningHarder than usual

ZitaPlus records are final unless ZitaPlus agrees

Clause 7.2 of the ZitaPlus client agreement makes the platform's own account information conclusive. Your written objection only counts if ZitaPlus agrees with it. Complaints are aimed at a 60 day internal answer, and no document names an independent complaints scheme you can turn to afterwards.

Challenging a trade2 clauses flagged

Your account statements and order records count as conclusive under clause 7.2. Your written objection changes nothing unless ZitaPlus agrees with it.

Why this matters

You carry the burden of proof and ZitaPlus holds the veto over your own evidence. If it disagrees, its record of your trade becomes the final word.

Exhibit 10WarningHarder than usual

ZitaPlus aims to settle a complaint within 60 days of receiving it. No document we read names an ombudsman or any independent body you can go to after that.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 12With no independent scheme named, the only route left is the British Virgin Islands courts named in clause 13.2.

Your claims go to Tortola, theirs go anywhere

Clause 13.2 of the ZitaPlus client agreement sends disputes to the courts of the British Virgin Islands under British Virgin Islands law. The same clause reserves the right for the company to bring proceedings in other jurisdictions. The obligation runs one way.

Where you sue1 clause flagged

Your disputes go to the courts of the British Virgin Islands under clause 13.2. The same clause keeps ZitaPlus free to start proceedings in other countries.

Why this matters

Taking a claim to Tortola costs more than most retail accounts hold. ZitaPlus keeps the cheaper option of coming to your country instead.

Exhibit 12WarningHarder than usual

The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes arising from the Agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands. Document checks can start when you ask to be paid

ZitaPlus can request source of funds documents at any time and decline a withdrawal when what you send does not satisfy it. A card funded account that has gone 90 days without a withdrawal is locked to that same card, or to whatever method ZitaPlus considers suitable.

Verification timing1 clause flagged

ZitaPlus can ask you at any time for more documents showing where your money came from. Clause 1.3 then lets it decline your withdrawal if what you send does not satisfy it.

Why this matters

A review can start the day you ask to withdraw rather than the day you deposit. Your money stays put while ZitaPlus decides whether your paperwork is good enough.

Dormant account fees exist with no published amount

ZitaPlus reserves the right to charge dormant account fees and deduct them from your balance. No document states the fee, and none states how long an account must sit idle before it starts. After five years without activity ZitaPlus reports any remaining funds to the regulator.

In plain words

Dormancy means an account left unused.

Dormancy1 clause flagged

ZitaPlus can charge dormant account fees and take them from your balance. The client terms never say how much the fee is, or how long your account must sit still first.

Why this matters

You cannot work out what an idle account costs you, because no figure is published in any document. After five years without activity ZitaPlus reports what is left to the regulator.

ZitaPlus takes the other side of your trades

Clause 1.6 of the ZitaPlus best execution policy states that the company is the opposite party in all transactions and acts as principal rather than your agent. Clause 2.3 lets it reject an order without explanation. ZitaPlus writes this down clearly, which many brokers avoid, but no marketing page repeats it.

Who you trade against1 clause flagged

The best execution policy says ZitaPlus is the opposite party in all transactions and acts as the main party, not as your agent. When you lose on a trade, it is the counterparty on the other end.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Why this matters

No marketing page on the site mentions this. It sits in a policy you reach only through the legal documents page, and ZitaPlus deserves credit for writing it down at all.

Who the contract is with

Z Trading & Technology Inc.

You contract with Z Trading & Technology Inc., registered in the British Virgin Islands under number 2111986 and licensed by the Financial Services Commission under SIBA/L/23/1162. ZitaPlus is a trade name of that company, not a separate firm. Every legal PDF carries a Dubai office address on Sheikh Zayed Road, but the licence, the governing law and the courts named in clause 13.2 are all British Virgin Islands. The homepage title calls ZitaPlus a regulated forex broker in UAE, and no UAE licence appears in any document we read.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

ZitaPlus publishes a real document set and gives it away free: a 30 page client agreement, a deposits and withdrawals policy, a best execution policy, a 26 page anti money laundering policy and a risk disclosure. Clause 1.6 of the best execution policy says plainly that ZitaPlus is the opposite party in every trade you make, which many brokers never put in writing. Clause 12.1 gives you 10 business days notice before the agreement changes, and clause 14.2 closes a retail account within one business day of your notice. Clause 6.1 commits ZitaPlus to safeguarding retail client money in a dedicated account.

The client terms and conditions PDF stores its text in scrambled fonts, so we read the document as it appears on screen and quoted the words we read there. Every quotation credited to it comes from those rendered pages. We read the client agreement, the deposits and withdrawals policy and the best execution policy end to end. We read only parts of the anti money laundering policy, the risk disclosure and the payments to partnership procedure. ZitaPlus keeps its minimum deposits and withdrawal commissions inside the client area, which opens only after you register, so no prospective client can see the full fee schedule. Some clause numbers in the client agreement do not run in sequence, and where a number was unclear we cite the page instead. No earlier version of any of these documents is available, so this is a first reading with nothing to compare against.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the ZITA PLUS file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document ZITA PLUS publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge ZITA PLUS on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 22, 2026.

If you represent ZITA PLUS and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on ZITA PLUS. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
