Recorded on the BAPPEBTI register entry for this broker

Finding

A separate BAPPEBTI permit allowing the broker to operate on the alternative trading system (Sistem Perdagangan Alternatif), which is the framework Indonesian brokers use for forex and index contracts. Client protection: Same domestic framework as the main licence; it defines what the broker may offer rather than adding protection.. Effective: 2007.

A licence record describes what an authority published. It is not an endorsement, and Wikilix does not issue authorisations.

BAPPEBTI is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Most Popular Questions

Partly. Every account carries seven days of swap-free trading, after which normal swaps apply. That is a promotional grace period rather than a permanent Islamic account.

We found no evidence that it is. The operating company is real, registry-verified and active at the address it publishes; its licence numbers are published on its own site with links to the regulators' own domains, and its bank accounts are in the company's own name. What we did find are documentation and consistency problems rather than fraud signals: no client agreement at all, a BAPPEBTI certificate whose licensee name differs from the one the site uses, and site markup that points at an unrelated broker's domain. That justifies caution and questions, not an accusation.

The company behind it is older than the brand. The legal entity is recorded on the registry as created on 31 December 2007, but the RRFX brand, its website, its mobile app and its trading servers are all recent, and the ICDX membership dates from 2025. Treat it as a long-standing Indonesian company operating a new retail brand rather than as an eighteen-year-old retail broker.

No, and this is the clearest gap in its disclosure. There is no terms and conditions page, no client agreement and no risk-disclosure document anywhere on the site; the candidate paths all return errors, and the Terms and Privacy link on the registration form itself is a dead anchor that leads nowhere. Only a privacy policy is published. You would be agreeing to a contract you cannot read first.

It is built for Indonesian residents. The broker's site-wide disclaimer states its information is not intended for residents of the United States, Hong Kong, Iran, North Korea, or the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Quebec and Saskatchewan. Beyond that the broker publishes no country policy, and its registration form has no country-of-residence field, so acceptance elsewhere cannot be confirmed from anything it publishes.

Every account charges commission per lot and the spread falls as the commission rises: Prime is $1 per lot with forex from 8 points, Easy $5 with forex from 5 points, Lite $15 with forex from 3 points and Elite $25 with forex from 0 points on EURUSD, USDJPY and GBPUSD. Gold spreads run from 0.29 down to 0.05 across the same four tiers. Cross-rate spreads are identical on all four accounts, so the tier upgrade only pays for itself if you trade majors or gold.

Seven major and twenty-one cross currency pairs, gold and silver, crude oil, and five stock index products, as listed on the broker's spread page. That is a narrow range compared with an international multi-asset broker, and there are no cryptocurrencies, no single stocks and no bonds.

The broker publishes no deposit or withdrawal fee schedule at all, so we do not record any. Because there is also no client agreement on the site, the fee terms cannot be checked before you open an account. Ask in writing before funding.

By Indonesian bank transfer only. The broker lists rupiah accounts at BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI and CIMB Niaga and US dollar accounts at those banks plus CCB, all held in the name of PT RRFX Investasi Berjangka. It states that client funds are held in a segregated account and that withdrawals are processed within 24 working hours. There are no card, e-wallet or cryptocurrency funding channels.

MetaTrader 5. The broker distributes a branded Windows installer and points to the standard MetaQuotes apps for Android and iOS, and it also publishes its own RRFX Mobile Trading app in the Google Play and Apple app stores. MetaTrader 4 and cTrader are not offered.

Up to 1:400 on all four live accounts. That is high leverage; a position sized against a 1:400 allowance can be wiped out by a small adverse move, and the broker's negative balance protection limits your loss to the account balance but does not protect the balance itself.

$100, or Rp 1,000,000, on the Prime and Easy accounts. The Lite account requires $500 / Rp 5,000,000 and the Elite account $2,000 / Rp 20,000,000.

RRFX is a brand of PT RRFX Investasi Berjangka, an Indonesian domestic-investment limited company. The entity appears on the Company Registry of the Directorate General for Legal Administrative Affairs, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Indonesia, under number 4025062531201930, is recorded as active, and holds LEI 9845005938F9B5X99A49. Its registered office is Soho Rodeo Drive Nomor 020 (SRD-020), Kamal Muara, Penjaringan, North Jakarta 14470, which is the same address the broker publishes on its own site.

Yes, within Indonesia. The broker's own legality page publishes a BAPPEBTI futures-broker business licence numbered 192/BAPPEBTI/SI/II/2003, Jakarta Futures Exchange broker membership SPAB-169/JFX/05/2018 and Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange membership 063/SK/ICDX/DIR/VIII/2025, along with clearing memberships at Kliring Berjangka Indonesia and Indonesia Clearing House. This is a domestic supervisory framework for Indonesian residents. It is a genuine licence set, but it is not comparable to a top-tier European, British or Australian authorisation, and it offers no compensation scheme of the kind those regimes provide.

Licence 1519/BAPPEBTI/SP/4/2007 was issued by Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komodit (BAPPEBTI), the financial authority for Indonesia.
RRFX holds this BAPPEBTI licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the BAPPEBTI register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
Wikilix rates BAPPEBTI tier 3. Supervision is lighter-touch and client protections vary.
Yes, BAPPEBTI is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
RRFX has 2 other licences on record with Wikilix, across one jurisdiction. They are listed further down this page.
