We checked RRFX on 2026-10-19 across its regulation, company record, client terms, trading offer and service, and could verify 92% of its record. Its strongest valid licence is JFX SPAB/169/JFX/05/2018. The score was held at 50 because our investigation rated it high risk and could not verify it. What would move the score: licence held by the onboarding entity, withdrawal rails, all-in eurusd cost. Our published investigation found it is high risk and could not be verified, with 2.3 years of track record. Its client terms carry high risk, with 3 critical clauses. Trading EURUSD costs about 0.1 pips all-in, spread and commission together.

2.5/5Safety rating 2.5 out of 5
The Wikilix safety rating, from 1 to 5 stars. It mirrors the scam risk (5 = safest, 1 = riskiest), so a higher risk percentage means fewer stars.
We found no evidence that RRFX is a scam. We publish it at 65 percent risk for one reason only: the brand is barely two years old, and a young operation with almost no client track record cannot yet…

What RRFX legally published, but does not want you to read
Wikilix contract reading ·
High contract risk
RRFX publishes three legal documents and no client agreement. The contract exists, in a pop-up on the signup form. It says every payment you make is non-refundable unless RRFX agrees, and it excludes liability when the platform fails. Marketing promises negative balance protection, withdrawals in 24 working hours and no slippage, and none of the three is in the contract.
3Critical clausesClauses that can cost you money you have already earned or deposited, or that remove your ability to challenge it.
13Clauses flaggedEvery clause worth knowing about, at all three severities. Ordinary terms that every broker has are not counted.

7.0/10Contract riskHow far this contract goes overall, from 0 to 10. 3 to 5 means real costs a client should know about; 6 to 8 means several clauses put money already earned at risk.
What Wikilix has recorded about RRFX: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
RRFX is the retail trading brand of PT RRFX Investasi Berjangka, a futures brokerage based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company registers at the Company Registry of the Directorate General for Legal Administrative Affairs, Ministry of Law and Human Rights under number 4025062531201930, with a registered office at Soho Rodeo Drive Nomor 020 (SRD-020), Kamal Muara, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, and a branch office at Mangkuluhur City Tower One in South Jakarta. Both offices, a landline for each and a single client-service mailbox are published on the broker's own site.
Regulation. The broker's lists a BAPPEBTI futures-broker business licence numbered 192/BAPPEBTI/SI/II/2003, Jakarta Futures Exchange broker membership SPAB-169/JFX/05/2018, Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange membership 063/SK/ICDX/DIR/VIII/2025, clearing membership with Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (53/AK-KBI/PA/II/2023) and Indonesia Clearing House (066/SK/ICH/DIR/VIII/2025), plus references to the Financial Services Authority (S-223/PM.02/2025) and Bank Indonesia (No. 27/641/DPPK/Srt/B). This is a domestic Indonesian licence set built for Indonesian residents. It is not equivalent to a top-tier European, British or Australian authorisation, and the exchange and clearing memberships are memberships rather than separate conduct licences.
Trading. RRFX runs on MetaTrader 5, distributed as a branded Windows installer alongside the standard MetaQuotes mobile apps, and it also publishes its own RRFX Mobile Trading app for Android and iOS. Four live accounts are offered, all at leverage up to 1:400 with a 0.1 lot minimum click size, seven days of swap-free trading and negative balance protection: Prime (from $100 / Rp 1,000,000, $1 per lot, forex spreads from 8 points), Easy (from $100 / Rp 1,000,000, $5 per lot, from 5 points), Lite (from $500 / Rp 5,000,000, $15 per lot, from 3 points) and Elite (from $2,000 / Rp 20,000,000, $25 per lot, from 0 points). The instrument range is narrow by international standards: 7 major and 21 cross currency pairs, gold and silver, crude oil and five stock index products. There is no cryptocurrency offering.
Funding. Deposits and withdrawals run through Indonesian bank transfer only, into company accounts held in the broker's own name at BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI and CIMB Niaga for rupiah and additionally CCB for US dollars. The broker states client money sits in a segregated account and that withdrawals are processed within 24 working hours. No card, e-wallet or crypto channel is offered, and no deposit or withdrawal fee schedule is published.
Support runs Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB, by phone, email, WhatsApp and an on-site chat widget, in Indonesian.
Who it suits, and the caveats. RRFX is built for Indonesian residents who want a domestically supervised route into forex, metals and index futures with rupiah funding and Indonesian-language support. Prospective clients should note several gaps. The site publishes no terms and conditions, client agreement or risk-disclosure document at all, and the registration form's own Terms and Privacy link leads nowhere, so the contract a client signs is not visible before signing. The BAPPEBTI certificate for the licence the broker relies on records a different licensee name from the one the site uses, which the broker does not explain anywhere on its pages. The brand itself is new even though the company behind it is not, and support hours on the contact page are shorter than the round-the-clock service the homepage advertises.

What our check found
A separate BAPPEBTI permit allowing the broker to operate on the alternative trading system (Sistem Perdagangan Alternatif), which is the framework Indonesian brokers use for forex and index contracts. Client protection: Same domestic framework as the main licence; it defines what the broker may offer rather than adding protection. Effective: 2007.

Compensation schemeIndonesia deposit insurance covers up to IDR 2 billion per depositor
These are the rules BAPPEBTI sets for the firms it licenses. They are not a statement about how RRFX applies them, or about which of its companies would hold your account.
A licence record describes what an authority published. It is not an endorsement, and Wikilix does not issue authorisations.

How we know — 6 sources
1Site-wide footer disclaimer, reproduced on every page including https://rrfx.co.id/contact-us and https://rrfx.co.id/live-account: the broker states its website information is not intended for residents of British Columbia, Quebec and Saskatchewan, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, the United States and Hong Kong. North Korea (KP), Iran (IR), the United States (US) and Hong Kong (HK) are named as jurisdictions and are recorded as confirmed blocks.
2British Columbia, Quebec and Saskatchewan are Canadian provinces, not sovereign jurisdictions with their own alpha-2 codes, and Canada as a whole is not named. No code is written for them; the wording is recorded here instead.
3The same clause adds that the broker will not transmit or use its information in any country or jurisdiction where doing so would breach local law. That is a general reservation naming no country, so no code is inferred from it.
4The broker publishes no terms and conditions, client agreement, AML policy or dedicated restricted-countries page: /terms, /terms-and-conditions, /client-agreement, /restricted-countries, /documents, /faq and /aml all return 404. The signup page's Terms and Privacy link is a dead anchor.
5The registration form at https://app.rrfx.co.id/signup has no country-of-residence selector, only a closed telephone dialling-code list of 30 codes. Dialling codes do not map one-to-one onto countries and the list is not an onboarding country policy, so no whitelist code is derived from it; the list is recorded here as the only onboarding-side signal found.
6The broker's regulation page at https://rrfx.co.id/legal states permitted supervision and exchange memberships in Indonesia only; a licence's scope is not an onboarding block, so no code is derived from it.

Company Registration
The operating company is PT RRFX Investasi Berjangka. Registered in Indonesia.
Partly. Every account carries seven days of swap-free trading, after which normal swaps apply. That is a promotional grace period rather than a permanent Islamic account.
By phone on 021-50322008 (head office) or 021-50323318 (branch office), by email at cs@rrfx.co.id, by WhatsApp on +62 811 1977 1818, or through the contact form and chat widget at . Published hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB. Note that the homepage advertises 24-hour support while the contact page gives these weekday hours.
We found no evidence that it is. The operating company is real, registry-verified and active at the address it publishes; its licence numbers are published on its own site with links to the regulators' own domains, and its bank accounts are in the company's own name. What we did find are documentation and consistency problems rather than fraud signals: no client agreement at all, a BAPPEBTI certificate whose licensee name differs from the one the site uses, and site markup that points at an unrelated broker's domain. That justifies caution and questions, not an accusation.
The company behind it is older than the brand. The legal entity is recorded on the registry as created on 31 December 2007, but the RRFX brand, its website, its mobile app and its trading servers are all recent, and the ICDX membership dates from 2025. Treat it as a long-standing Indonesian company operating a new retail brand rather than as an eighteen-year-old retail broker.
No, and this is the clearest gap in its disclosure. There is no terms and conditions page, no client agreement and no risk-disclosure document anywhere on the site; the candidate paths all return errors, and the Terms and Privacy link on the registration form itself is a dead anchor that leads nowhere. Only a privacy policy is published. You would be agreeing to a contract you cannot read first.
It is built for Indonesian residents. The broker's site-wide disclaimer states its information is not intended for residents of the United States, Hong Kong, Iran, North Korea, or the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Quebec and Saskatchewan. Beyond that the broker publishes no country policy, and its registration form has no country-of-residence field, so acceptance elsewhere cannot be confirmed from anything it publishes.
Every account charges commission per lot and the spread falls as the commission rises: Prime is $1 per lot with forex from 8 points, Easy $5 with forex from 5 points, Lite $15 with forex from 3 points and Elite $25 with forex from 0 points on EURUSD, USDJPY and GBPUSD. Gold spreads run from 0.29 down to 0.05 across the same four tiers. Cross-rate spreads are identical on all four accounts, so the tier upgrade only pays for itself if you trade majors or gold.
Seven major and twenty-one cross currency pairs, gold and silver, crude oil, and five stock index products, as listed on the broker's spread page. That is a narrow range compared with an international multi-asset broker, and there are no cryptocurrencies, no single stocks and no bonds.
The broker publishes no deposit or withdrawal fee schedule at all, so we do not record any. Because there is also no client agreement on the site, the fee terms cannot be checked before you open an account. Ask in writing before funding.
By Indonesian bank transfer only. The broker lists rupiah accounts at BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI and CIMB Niaga and US dollar accounts at those banks plus CCB, all held in the name of PT RRFX Investasi Berjangka. It states that client funds are held in a segregated account and that withdrawals are processed within 24 working hours. There are no card, e-wallet or cryptocurrency funding channels.
MetaTrader 5. The broker distributes a branded Windows installer and points to the standard MetaQuotes apps for Android and iOS, and it also publishes its own RRFX Mobile Trading app in the Google Play and Apple app stores. MetaTrader 4 and cTrader are not offered.
Up to 1:400 on all four live accounts. That is high leverage; a position sized against a 1:400 allowance can be wiped out by a small adverse move, and the broker's negative balance protection limits your loss to the account balance but does not protect the balance itself.
$100, or Rp 1,000,000, on the Prime and Easy accounts. The Lite account requires $500 / Rp 5,000,000 and the Elite account $2,000 / Rp 20,000,000.
RRFX is a brand of PT RRFX Investasi Berjangka, an Indonesian domestic-investment limited company. The entity appears on the Company Registry of the Directorate General for Legal Administrative Affairs, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Indonesia, under number 4025062531201930, is recorded as active, and holds LEI 9845005938F9B5X99A49. Its registered office is Soho Rodeo Drive Nomor 020 (SRD-020), Kamal Muara, Penjaringan, North Jakarta 14470, which is the same address the broker publishes on its own site.
Yes, within Indonesia. The broker's own publishes a BAPPEBTI futures-broker business licence numbered 192/BAPPEBTI/SI/II/2003, Jakarta Futures Exchange broker membership SPAB-169/JFX/05/2018 and Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange membership 063/SK/ICDX/DIR/VIII/2025, along with clearing memberships at Kliring Berjangka Indonesia and Indonesia Clearing House. This is a domestic supervisory framework for Indonesian residents. It is a genuine licence set, but it is not comparable to a top-tier European, British or Australian authorisation, and it offers no compensation scheme of the kind those regimes provide.
