We have not established fraud, and we do not call it one. What we have established is that the permission the brand traded on did not cover the dealing business it ran, that its site is no longer operating, and that account terms and withdrawal conditions cannot be checked anywhere. That combination is enough to treat it as high risk and unverified, and no new money should be sent to it.

No. The brand's domain no longer serves a working site. It returns a plain hosting error page rather than any broker content, at both the www and non-www addresses and over both HTTP and HTTPS. There is currently no published contact form, terms of business or withdrawal procedure available through it.

The brand is operated by EMPORIUM CAPITAL K.A LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Cyprus on 3 August 2017 under company number HE 372471. Its registered office is Archbishop Makarios III, 41, TOUMAZIS MAKARIOU TOWER, Floor 1, Office 11, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus. The company is still shown as registered on the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.

Not for the business it ran. The operating company, EMPORIUM CAPITAL K.A LIMITED, holds a current Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission authorisation numbered 358/18, but that authorisation covers the reception and transmission of client orders, not dealing on own account. A firm needs a dealing permission to act as the counterparty to a client's CFD or forex trades, and 358/18 is not one.
