No. Both klips.com and www.klips.com redirect away from the broker's own host to a registrar's domain-sale parking page. We tried an ordinary request and then a full browser, and both ended at the same sale page. There is no live Klips site, no client login and no signup form.

No regulation could be verified. We found no forex or CFD licence in force for the Klips brand or for the Cyprus company that traded under it, and no verify link to an issuing authority is published anywhere we could reach.
