Klips was a retail trading brand associated with Cyprus, promoted around a mobile application offering currencies, commodities, indices and shares. As of this review it does not appear to be operating: the brand's website at klips.com no longer serves a broker site at all and instead resolves to a domain-sale parking page, and no live client-facing pages, account documentation, pricing schedule or funding information could be reached.

Regulation. No forex or CFD licence could be verified for the Klips brand or for the Cyprus company behind it. Marketing material circulated in the past associated the brand with European and South African supervision, but nothing available to us substantiates a live trading authorisation, and this profile treats the broker as unregulated until a licence can be confirmed against the issuing authority. A company registration is not a licence and must not be read as one.

The company behind it. The operating company is registered in Cyprus. The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property records company HE 431041, incorporated 11 February 2022 and currently active, but under the name VSMARKETS LTD; KLIPS CY LTD is recorded there only as a previous name of that same company. Two further Cyprus companies carrying the Klips name, KLIPS PA LTD (HE 432595) and KLIPS CY SERVICES LTD (HE 451362), are both recorded as being in Members Voluntary Winding Up. The registered office of HE 431041 is Rigas Fereou 11, Ground floor, 3095, Limassol, Cyprus.

Trading conditions, platforms and funding. None can be documented. With the website offline there is no published account comparison, no spread or commission schedule, no leverage limit, no platform download and no deposit or withdrawal table to report. Rather than repeat unsourced figures, this profile leaves those sections empty.

Who this suits. Nobody, at present. There is no route to open or fund an account, no verifiable regulator to complain to, and the corporate group behind the brand is partly in voluntary liquidation while the brand's own domain is listed for sale.
