Its operating company, Syntex Capital Investment Ltd, was granted brokerage authorisation T2023436 by the Mwali International Services Authority in the Comoros on 28 December 2023, but that authority now lists the company among suspended brokerage companies that are not permitted to continue activity. The broker's own website names no regulator and publishes no licence number.
