Broker Summary

What Wikilix has recorded about Syntex Capital: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.

Syntex Capital Broker Overview

Syntex Capital is the trading brand of Syntex Capital Investment Ltd, a company registered in the Union of the Comoros at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Moheli, under registration number HY01223073. The company also publishes a physical office address in Chonburi Province, Thailand. The broker offers foreign exchange, equities, indices and commodities as contracts for difference on a single MetaTrader 5 platform, across four account tiers with leverage of up to 1:500. Its footer names eight jurisdictions it does not serve, among them the United States and India.

Syntex Capital Regulation and License

The Syntex Capital website names no regulator and publishes no licence number. There is no regulation page, and no supervisory authority is mentioned anywhere on the site.

The Mwali International Services Authority, the offshore authority of the Comoros jurisdiction in which Syntex Capital Investment Ltd is registered, carries the company on its published register of entities with brokerage authorisation T2023436, issued on 28 December 2023. The company appears there only in the authority's list of suspended brokerage companies, which the authority describes as firms whose annual fee was not paid and which are not permitted to continue activity. The authorisation is therefore not in force, and it was in any case a low tier offshore permission carrying no segregation requirement for client money, no compensation scheme and no complaints mechanism.

Is Syntex Capital Regulated?

No. Syntex Capital holds no financial licence that is currently in force. Its only recorded authorisation is listed as suspended by the authority that issued it, and the broker advertises no regulation of any kind. Anyone trading with Syntex Capital is outside the reach of any regulator that supervises retail foreign exchange dealing.

Is Syntex Capital Safe?

Nothing in the public record supports treating Syntex Capital as safe to fund. Beyond the absent regulation, the site publishes no client agreement, no terms and conditions, no privacy policy, no anti money laundering policy and no risk disclosure, so a deposit would be made under no written contract at all. The site also carries material belonging to other trading brands, including market widgets tagged for a different broker's domain and a market notifications paragraph written in another firm's name, which points to an unedited template rather than the front end of an established business.

Syntex Capital Account Types

Four tiers are published and they are separated only by their spread floor. ECN starts from 0 pips, Standard from 0.5 pips, and Pro and Diamond from 0.1 pips. All four carry the same maximum leverage of 1:500 and the same 0.01 lot minimum order size. No minimum deposit, account currency, commission or execution model is published for any of them, and the Get started button on every tier is an empty link. The site's menus additionally name demo, joint, corporate and Islamic accounts, none of which has a page or a specification.

Syntex Capital Spreads, Commissions and Fees

Those spread floors are the only cost Syntex Capital discloses. No commission rate, swap table, inactivity fee or withdrawal charge appears anywhere on the site, and the product specifications page explains what swaps and rollovers are without giving a single figure for any instrument.

Syntex Capital Leverage

Leverage reaches 1:500 on all four account tiers. No lower cap is published for any instrument or any jurisdiction.

Syntex Capital Trading Platforms

MetaTrader 5 is the only platform, presented under the Syntex Capital name and served by a single server. Desktop, web, iOS and Android access is advertised. In practice the desktop download button returns to the home page, the web platform link is an empty anchor, and the button labelled for Android serves a Windows executable.

Syntex Capital Deposits and Withdrawals

Syntex Capital publishes no funding information. There is no deposits or withdrawals page, no list of payment methods, no processing times, no limits and no fee schedule, and the FAQ does not address funding. A prospective client cannot establish how money would be paid in, or on what terms it could be taken out, before opening an account.

Syntex Capital Support

Support runs through a single email address, support@syntexfx.com, a Thai telephone number, +66 99 348 8853, and a contact form. There is no live chat, no published opening hours and no linked social media account. The site is available in English only, although its instrument pages advertise multilingual support.

Syntex Capital Pros and Cons

  • A named legal entity with a registration number and two disclosed addresses, which is more than some offshore brands publish.
  • MetaTrader 5 rather than an unfamiliar in house platform.
  • No licence in force, the only recorded authorisation having been suspended by the authority that issued it.
  • No client agreement, terms, privacy policy or risk disclosure published at all.
  • No funding methods, minimum deposit or withdrawal terms disclosed.
  • No working account registration, and dead links across the accounts and platform pages.

Syntex Capital Review and Assessment

Syntex Capital presents as a conventional multi asset broker but publishes almost none of the material a client would need in order to assess it, and the one authorisation attached to its legal entity has been suspended by the body that granted it. The single most important thing to establish before funding an account would be the terms on which money could be withdrawn, and at Syntex Capital those terms do not exist in public form.

    What our check found

An offshore brokerage registration from a self-styled autonomous-island registrar, not recognised financial regulation. Its licences have been publicly disavowed by the Comoros central bank. Client protection: None in practice. Offshore registration only, and this licence is suspended, so it provides no client protection.. Effective: 28 Dec 2023.

How we know — 6 sources
  1. 1The footer restricted-regions clause published on every page of https://www.syntexfx.com states that Syntex Capital Investment ltd does not provide services for citizens or residents of the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, UAE and India. Those eight jurisdictions are recorded as confirmed blocks.
  2. 2The same clause names the United States without addressing its dependent territories, so Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands are recorded as covered by the parent block rather than named.
  3. 3The clause continues that the services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person in any country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. That is a category rather than a list of jurisdictions, so no country codes were derived from it.
  4. 4No jurisdiction is recorded as accepted. The site publishes no working registration form and therefore no onboarding country list: the Register here link on https://www.syntexfx.com/signin is an empty anchor and no country selector or country data request exists on that page.
  5. 5The site publishes no terms and conditions, client agreement, AML policy, privacy policy or deposit and withdrawal page on which a further restriction could appear. Every candidate path returns the site's 404 page.
  6. 6The homepage market widgets are served from the India-localised TradingView domain while the same page's footer names India among the jurisdictions the company does not serve.
Recorded by WIKILIX research, not published by the broker, and not a guarantee. A country listed nowhere above is not thereby accepted — check Syntex Capital's own terms before you open an account.
