SCB is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Most Popular Questions

Support is advertised as 24/7. There is a public help centre at help.b2prime.com, a Cyprus phone line on +357 25 58-21-92, and separate email routes: info@b2prime.com for general questions, sales@b2prime.com for sales, partner@b2prime.com for partners and compliance@b2prime.com for regulatory and complaint matters.

Yes. Demo accounts are opened from the client dashboard by selecting a platform and adding an account.

No. The broker states there is no deposit fee on bank transfer, bank card, alternative payment methods or crypto. Your own bank or payment provider may still charge you, and a currency conversion may apply if your account currency differs.

Under the Cypriot entity, yes to a defined degree: B2B Prime Services EU Limited is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund, which covers eligible retail clients up to a capped amount if the firm fails. That protection does not travel with you to the offshore entities. The Seychelles licence in particular carries no compensation scheme. Negative balance protection is applied on the trading accounts themselves.

Nothing WIKILIX found supports that. The operating company is real and registry-confirmed, the licence numbers it publishes are specific and consistent across its own legal, about and regulatory pages, six offices are named with full addresses, and the commercial terms are disclosed in detail rather than hidden. What holds the rating back is that none of the licences could be checked against the issuing regulators' own registers in this review, that the safeguards differ sharply depending on which entity onboards you, and that a small number of unresolved client complaints about withdrawals and execution sit against the brand. Treat it as a genuine regulated operator with real caveats, not as a scam.

The group says it serves clients in 180+ countries and onboards each client through whichever of its entities is licensed for their jurisdiction. The Cypriot entity's own eligible-country list covers 27 EU and EEA states plus a defined list outside the EU including Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Mauritius, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam and others. The site states plainly that its information is not directed at residents of the United States.

The broker does not publish a swap-free or Islamic account among its account types, so we do not record one. Ask support directly if this matters to you rather than assuming it is available.

The broker states 297 instruments across nine asset classes: forex majors, minors and exotics, precious metals, equity indices, commodities, energies, NDFs traded as CFDs, crypto CFDs, crypto spot and crypto perpetual futures.

The published range is Standard (cTrader, no commission, spreads from 0.8 pips), RAW (spreads from 0.0 pips with 2.5 USD per lot per side on B2TRADER and TradingView or 2.9 USD per lot per side on cTrader), Crypto SPOT, Crypto Perpetual Futures, and a UNIFIED account that combines CFDs, crypto spot and perpetuals in a single balance. Multiple account types can be held at once and funds transferred between them.

Three: cTrader (Standard and RAW accounts, on web, Windows, macOS, Android and iOS), TradingView, and the group's own B2TRADER platform. Institutional and professional clients can also connect over FIX, REST and WebSocket APIs. MetaTrader 4 and 5 appear only as bridge connectivity on the institutional side, not as retail trading platforms.

The broker states it processes withdrawals on its own side within 24 hours. After release, crypto and e-wallet payouts often arrive within a few hours and bank transfers take 3 to 5 business days. Fees are 10 USD/EUR per bank transfer, 2.5 USD/EUR per card withdrawal, 0.5% to 3.5% of the amount through alternative payment methods, and a network-dependent fee for crypto (for example roughly 1 to 5 USDT). No maximum withdrawal is imposed by the broker itself, though your payment provider may cap a transaction.

Up to 1:500 on CFDs and up to 1:55 on crypto perpetual futures. On B2TRADER the maximum available leverage is set by the tier your total notional exposure falls into, and within that tier you choose the level when opening a position. The margin-call level is 40% and the stop-out level is 20%.

There is no minimum deposit to open a trading account on any platform or account type. Per-channel minimums do apply when you fund: from 50 USD/EUR by bank transfer, from 10 USD/EUR by bank card or alternative payment method, and a crypto minimum that depends on the coin and network.

The European operating company is B2B Prime Services EU Limited, a private limited company registered in Cyprus under number HE 357630 on 8 July 2016, with its registered office at Kedron 7, Liberty Tower, Floor 4, Flat/Office 401, Mesa Geitonia, 4004 Limassol. WIKILIX confirmed that entry directly on the Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies register, where the company shows as Active. The group's founder and a director is Eugenia Mykuliak, and the group lists a board and named compliance, legal and support staff on its own site.

Yes, across several jurisdictions, but through different companies. The European entity, B2B Prime Services EU Limited, is authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under licence 370/18 and is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund. The group also names DFSA licence F009446 in the DIFC, FSCA licence 54191 in South Africa, FSC licence C117017139 in Mauritius, FSA licence SD 192 in the Seychelles, and SCB licences SIA-F259 and DARE-DAB-034 in the Bahamas. Which of these covers you depends on your country of residence, so read the entity named on your client agreement. WIKILIX was not able to confirm any of these licences against the issuing regulators' own registers during this review.

Licence DARE-DAB-034 was issued by The Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB), the financial authority for Bahamas.
