Finding

A Seychelles securities dealer licence, the standard offshore permission to deal in securities and derivatives as principal or agent. It is a real licence issued under the Securities Act 2007, but it is low tier: there is no investor compensation scheme, enforcement reach outside the Seychelles is minimal, and it offers a client in Europe or Latin America no practical protection over a deposit. Client protection: Very low. No compensation scheme and no realistic route to recover funds through the regulator..

FSA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about this licence

Answered from this register entry and the authority’s own record.

Most Popular Questions

Service level and pricing discounts, not trading capability. All three carry the same maximum leverage of 1:200, the same 5% stop-out level and the same 0.01 minimum lot size. Silver is pitched at newcomers with no spread or swap discount. Gold adds a dedicated account manager, an education hub, a 50% spread discount and a 40% swap discount against Silver. Platinum adds a personal manager, a 75% spread discount and a 20% swap discount. Since no base spread is published anywhere, a percentage discount against an unknown number cannot be evaluated. Note also that first-hand client accounts repeatedly describe pressure to deposit more in order to change account type as a precondition of withdrawing.

They are steep and they escalate. Clause 2.10.1 of the Client Agreement sets monthly inactivity fees by the number of days without sufficient trading activity: nothing for 1 to 30 days, then USD 35 for 31 to 60 days, USD 55 for 61 to 90, USD 155 for 91 to 120, USD 255 for 121 to 150, USD 300 for 151 to 180, and USD 500 per month beyond 181 days. Accounts with a zero balance are not charged. A dormant balance left with this firm can therefore be consumed by fees within months.

According to its own contract, yes. Clause 24.3 of the Client Agreement lists the circumstances in which the Company may terminate the relationship without prior notice, and two of them are that the client submits a complaint to the Company or to a regulator (limb e) and that the client files a complaint (limb i). WIKILIX regards this as the single most serious disclosure on the site. A term that makes complaining a ground for termination discourages exactly the escalation route a wronged client depends on, and it sits directly alongside the pattern of withdrawal complaints on the record.

It reserves the right to be a market maker. The Client Agreement devotes a whole section (13.0) to market making and states that where the Company acts as market maker it is the customer's immediate counterpart to the transaction. In other words it can take the other side of your trade, so your loss can be its gain. That is legal and common among offshore CFD firms, but it is a structural conflict of interest and the site does not disclose it in its marketing pages.

By email only: support@seemarket.com for support and info@seemarket.com for general enquiries. The site publishes no telephone number on any page including its contact page, offers no live chat, no help centre and no ticketing portal, and links no social accounts. The Complaints Handling Policy allows the firm seven business days to respond to a formal complaint. For a firm taking leveraged retail deposits, email-only contact is thin.

Not in any way you should rely on. A Seychelles FSA licence carries no client-money compensation scheme, so if the firm becomes insolvent there is no fund that repays you. The Client Agreement adds that any interest earned on client money held in segregated accounts is retained by the Company rather than paid to you (clause 9.1.5). Compare that with an onshore-regulated broker, where segregation is supervised and a statutory compensation scheme covers a defined amount per client.

The footer disclaimer states the site is not intended for residents of the United States or of jurisdictions on the FATF and EU/UN sanctions lists. Beyond that, nothing is restricted in writing: none of the six legal documents contains a prohibited-country or eligibility clause, and the registration form does not even ask for your country of residence. The footer also notes the Company maintains no local presence in Switzerland, Colombia or Brazil, which is a statement about presence rather than a refusal to onboard. In practical terms the onboarding is close to unrestricted, which is itself a signal about the firm's compliance posture rather than a convenience.

The site advertises more than 350 CFD instruments across forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies, indices and shares. It publishes no instrument list, no per-class breakdown and no spread table, so the composition of that 350 cannot be checked. Everything is a contract for difference, meaning you never own the underlying asset.

Only its own. There is no MetaTrader 4, no MetaTrader 5 and no cTrader. Trading is done through a proprietary browser terminal the site calls WebTrader, which needs no download, plus companion iOS and Android apps. The site advertises one-click trading, stop-loss, market and instant orders and trade history. A proprietary-only platform is worth noting because it means no independent record of your trades exists outside the broker's own system.

The homepage says so, in a banner reading that all accounts carry 0% deposit commission. The Client Agreement says something different: clause 9.1.1 reserves a deposit charge of 3% of the deposited value plus USD 0.25, to be borne solely by the customer and charged in addition to the amount deposited. Both documents are published by the same firm on the same site. The agreement is the contract you sign, so treat the 3% as the operative term and the banner as marketing.

No processing time is published for any channel. On fees, the Client Agreement (clause 9.2.1) puts every cost on you: all bank and payment-provider charges plus any currency conversion. More importantly, several conditions gate a withdrawal. If you hold open positions your margin level and free margin must both stay above 100% after the payout. Withdrawing to a bank account you have not previously disclosed triggers a fresh identity check. And clause 2.10.1 treats a new account that requests a withdrawal inside its first 30 calendar days as inactive, charging it a dormancy fee. Numerous first-hand client accounts report withdrawals delayed for weeks, cancelled after approval, or made conditional on further payments.

Up to 1:200 on FX pairs. That figure is the same across all three account tiers, so upgrading from Silver to Gold or Platinum buys you service and pricing discounts, not more leverage. Bear in mind that at 1:200 a market move of half a percent against a fully-margined position wipes out the margin, and the stated stop-out level is 5%.

The site does not publish one. None of the three account pages, and none of the six legal documents, states a minimum deposit figure for any tier. The Client Agreement instead reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at the Company's sole discretion and to change them from time to time. If you are quoted a figure by a salesperson, get it in writing before you transfer anything.

WIKILIX rates it likely to be a scam and does not recommend depositing with it. The licence is genuine, which is the strongest thing that can be said in its favour, but it is outweighed by what else the record shows. A substantial and consistent body of first-hand client accounts describes deposits taken, a small test withdrawal honoured to build confidence, then escalating demands for insurance, tax and processing payments while the real withdrawal never arrives. That is the advance-fee pattern. The operator's own Client Agreement then does something we very rarely see: clause 24.3 lets the Company end the relationship without notice if the client submits a complaint to the Company or to a regulator. A firm confident in its own conduct does not write that clause.

SuxxessFX Ltd, a company that its own Client Agreement says is formed and registered in the Republic of Seychelles under the Companies Act 1972. Its registered address is given as F2-2A, 2nd Floor, Oceanic House, Providence Estate, P.O. Box 6075, Mahe, Seychelles. The footer of every page reads that seemarket is a trading name of that company. No directors, shareholders or beneficial owners are named anywhere on the site, and no company registration number is published.

Partly, and the detail matters. The platform is operated by SuxxessFX Ltd, which states on its own site that it holds licence number SD204 from the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles. WIKILIX confirmed that this licence exists and is in force. But a Seychelles FSA derivatives licence is a light-touch offshore permission, not equivalent to authorisation by an onshore regulator: there is no compensation scheme covering your deposit, no negative-balance guarantee, and no statutory ombudsman. One further point a reader should know is that the licence record for SD204 names the operator's other consumer brand and domain, not seemarket.com.

Licence SD204 was issued by The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), the financial authority for Seychelles.
seemarket holds this FSA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the FSA register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
Wikilix rates FSA tier 3. Supervision is lighter-touch and client protections vary.
Yes, FSA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
This page links straight to the FSA register. Search it for SD204, and for the name seemarket rather than the trading brand.
