Broker Summary
Summary of the broker
seemarket is a contracts-for-difference trading brand operated by SuxxessFX Ltd, a Seychelles company that states on its own site that it is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles under licence number SD204, with a registered address at F2-2A, 2nd Floor, Oceanic House, Providence Estate, P.O. Box 6075, Mahe, Seychelles. The footer of every page confirms the arrangement plainly: seemarket is a trading name, and SuxxessFX Ltd is the company that takes the deposits.
The offering is deliberately simple. The site advertises access to more than 350 CFD instruments spanning forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies, indices and shares, with leverage of up to 1:200 on FX pairs. There is no MetaTrader: trading is done through the firm's own browser-based WebTrader and companion iOS and Android apps. Three account tiers are published, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM, all carrying the same 1:200 maximum leverage and differentiated only by service level and by discounts on spreads and swaps, with Gold quoted at a 50% spread discount and Platinum at 75% against Silver. All accounts share a 5% stop-out level and a 0.01 minimum lot size.
Funding is described only in the Client Agreement, which names bank transfer, SWIFT, e-wallets and debit or credit cards. The same document reserves a deposit charge of 3% of the deposited value plus USD 0.25 and places every withdrawal cost, including currency conversion, on the client. That sits awkwardly beside the homepage's headline promise of 0% deposit commission across all accounts, and the discrepancy is one a prospective client should resolve in writing before funding anything.
Regulation and what it is worth
The licence is real and it is in force, but it should be read for what it is. A Seychelles FSA derivatives authorisation is a light-touch offshore permission. It carries no client-money compensation scheme, no negative-balance guarantee and no statutory route to redress comparable to the protections an onshore regulator provides. It is also worth noting that the licence record for SD204 identifies the operator's other consumer brand and domain rather than seemarket.com, so a client signing up here is contracting with a licensed entity through a channel the licence record does not itself name.
Honest caveats
Several features of the published terms deserve attention before any money moves. The Client Agreement provides that the Company may terminate the relationship without prior notice where the client submits a complaint to the Company or to a regulator. It also treats a brand-new account that requests a withdrawal inside its first 30 calendar days as inactive and charges it a dormancy fee, and it sets monthly inactivity fees that escalate from USD 35 to USD 500. Interest earned on client money held in segregated accounts is retained by the Company. Separately, no minimum deposit, spread table or commission schedule is published anywhere on the site, despite the Best Execution Policy asserting that commissions are disclosed on it, and the firm reserves the right to act as market maker and therefore as the direct counterparty to client trades.
Support is email only, at [email protected] and [email protected]. There is no telephone number, no live chat and no social presence anywhere on the site, and the Complaints Handling Policy allows seven business days for a response. No company registration number is published, and WIKILIX was unable to confirm the entity in any public corporate registry.
Who it suits
Frankly, very few people. The combination of offshore-only regulation, undisclosed pricing, email-only contact, contractual terms that penalise both early withdrawal and complaining, and a substantial body of first-hand client accounts describing blocked withdrawals and escalating demands for further payments makes this a platform WIKILIX would not put retail money into. Traders who need genuine deposit protection should look to a broker licensed onshore, where client money rules and a compensation scheme apply.

The Seychelles Financial Services Authority SeychellesTier 3A Seychelles securities dealer licence, the standard offshore permission to deal in securities and derivatives as principal or agent. It is a real licence issued under the Securities Act 2007, but it is low tier: there is no investor compensation scheme, enforcement reach outside the Seychelles is minimal, and it offers a client in Europe or Latin America no practical protection over a deposit.
