Topical Wealth International Ltd holds a single offshore licence from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, licence number SD077, which the company states on its own About page and in the footer of every page. That is a real securities-dealer permission, not a fabricated claim. It is not, however, onshore regulation: there is no client-money compensation scheme, no mandatory negative-balance protection and no statutory ombudsman behind it, and no Tier 1 authority supervises the firm.
