Does Bulenox pay out?

The verdict, the risk score and the figures behind them.

Identity and terms hold up, though the payout record is thinner than our top rating requires.

Yes, Bulenox pays. Independent traders posted dated payout confirmations as recently as late August 2026, and the operation has a verifiable five and a half year history rather than a marketing claim of one. The reservation is a payout-denial mechanic that lives in a document you only receive after you pass.

  • BULENOX LLC is a real Delaware company, formed 4 January 2021, four days after the domain was registered. The dates corroborate each other.
  • Multiple traders evidenced payouts in August 2026, including one naming $4,500 and another describing an eighth consecutive payout.
  • The consistency rule is published as a hard number, 40% on Master accounts and 20/25/30% on Fast Track, with worked examples. That is better disclosure than most of this industry offers.
  • A recurring minority complaint describes payouts refused for 'flipping trading days', a rule that appears nowhere in the public help pages.
  • No regulator has acted against the firm, and no leadership is named anywhere on the site.

Risk breakdown

Six axes, each scored 1-10. Higher means more risk.

Six axes, scored 1 to 10, where a higher number means more risk. Being unregulated is normal for a prop firm and is not scored against them.

  • Identity & transparency4/10

Entity verified on the Delaware registry with a formation date that matches the domain age, but the business address is a mail suite and no founder, officer or staff member is named anywhere on the site.

  • Payout4/10

Several dated, attributable payouts in August 2026 and a multi-year record, offset by a persistent minority of refusals citing a criterion that is not published.

  • Terms & rug-pull risk6/10

Numeric published consistency thresholds are genuinely good, but the governing Terms date from 2021, reserve the right to refuse profit on suspicion of abuse, and the operative flipping-day rule sits in a post-qualification agreement.

  • Trading conditions2/10

Simulated versus live capital is stated plainly in the glossary, Rithmic and the platform list are named, and the site carries a simulated-performance disclaimer.

  • Reputation3/10

1,769 reviews at 4.7 with 720 in the last year and a payout-positive dominant theme; the deduction is a 4% one-star tail clustered on payout denials that the firm does not answer publicly.

  • Operational & social4/10

Site and Help Center are current and detailed with a named support address, but the official Discord holds only 583 members with no publicly readable payout channel, which is thin for the trading volume implied by the review count.

Payout reality

Whether the money actually arrives, and what we could evidence.

Money leaves this firm, and the evidence for that is dated and attributable rather than promotional. What follows is what could actually be opened and read.

  • 21 August 2026 a reviewer trading as Canadian Prop Trader recorded being paid $4,500 'quickly and without issue'.
  • 16 August 2026 a reviewer recorded an eighth payout since starting with the firm, with fast support responses.
  • 17 August 2026 another recorded that money 'arrives quickly every Wednesday', matching the published Master processing schedule exactly.
  • 27 August 2026 a reviewer recorded a third consecutive payout, describing them as small but consistent, and a long-standing Italian trader recorded three years of numerous payouts without incident.
  • Across 1,769 reviews, 720 of them in the last twelve months, 90% are five star and the dominant theme is that payouts arrive on schedule.

What could not be evidenced, and what qualifies the above: the firm's Discord is not publicly readable and carries only 583 members, so there is no open payout channel to audit. Against the positive record sits a small but persistent set of refusals. Traders in February, May and August 2026 describe payouts denied for 'flipping trading days', a term that appears nowhere in the FAQ, the Help Center or the dashboard and which one trader traced to Section 5.6 of the Master Account Agreement, a document issued only after the evaluation is passed. The firm does not answer these publicly. That is a minority outcome set against a large volume of paid traders, not a systematic denial, but it is the specific risk a buyer here is taking on.

How the program works

The evaluation, the funded phase and what the firm keeps.

Bulenox sells futures evaluations on CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX products, executed through Rithmic on more than twenty platforms including NinjaTrader, R Trader Pro, Quantower, Sierra Chart and MultiCharts.

  • Qualification: one-time fees of $145, $175, $215 and $325 for $25k, $50k, $100k and $150k, valid for 30 days. Profit targets $1,500 to $9,000, drawdown $1,500 to $4,500, no minimum trading days. A failed account resets for $78.
  • Risk model: chosen at purchase and locked for the life of the account. Option 1 is a real-time trailing drawdown on peak equity including unrealised profit. Option 2 is an end-of-day drawdown with a daily loss limit and a scaling contract plan.
  • Master stage: a separate one-time activation of $143 to $498, no monthly fee. The drawdown locks permanently once the account reaches starting balance plus $100.
  • Fast Track: skips qualification for a one-time $338 to $788 and starts in a simulated funded environment with per-cycle profit goals.
  • Payouts: minimum $1,000, capped for the first three payouts, subject to a Safety Threshold Reserve, the consistency rule, ten completed trading days on Master, and signed W-9 or W-8BEN. Paid by ACH, wire or PayPal.

Why this verdict

How the findings add up to this verdict.

The firm clears the bar for a favourable read on longevity, disclosure and evidenced payment, and falls short of the top band because of one unpublished rule applied at payout time.

  • Identity is genuinely verifiable. The Delaware entry, the formation date and the domain registration date are mutually consistent, which is uncommon in this sector.
  • Payouts are evidenced by several independent, dated reports within the last two weeks and by a three-year track record from a repeat trader.
  • The consistency rule is published as a number with a worked example, which removes the single most common discretionary denial mechanic from the firm's hands.
  • The business model is stated honestly. The Help Center glossary says plainly that Master and Fast Track accounts are simulated and only the later Funded Account is real money.
  • Against that: the 'flipping trading days' criterion is enforced at payout but published nowhere public, the Terms of Use still carry a 2021 date and a clause reserving the right to refuse profit where abuse is suspected, and no individual is named as accountable for the firm.

Counterpoints

The strongest case in their favour, and what would change our mind.

The case in their favour

The strongest honest case for Bulenox is a good one, and it rests on things that can be checked rather than on marketing.

  • Five and a half years of continuous operation with a registry entry and a domain record that agree with each other. Most firms that fail in this industry do not reach three.
  • A published numeric consistency threshold, 40% on Master and 20/25/30% on Fast Track, with arithmetic examples showing how to come back into line. Missing it explicitly does not breach the account.
  • Honest labelling of simulated capital, including a CFTC Rule 4.41 hypothetical performance disclaimer on the site footer and a glossary that distinguishes a simulated Master account from a real Funded Account in one sentence.
  • Trader-friendly rules that many competitors do not offer: news trading permitted with no blackout windows, bots and copiers permitted, no minimum trading days on qualification, and a daily loss limit that pauses the day rather than killing the account.
  • Payout methods are conventional banking rails, ACH, wire and PayPal, with tax paperwork handled properly through W-9 and W-8BEN. That is the behaviour of an operation expecting to still be here next year.

What would change our mind

Specific, checkable things that would move this either way.

  • Upward: publication of the 'flipping trading days' definition, with a number, in the public Help Center alongside the consistency rule.
  • Upward: a refreshed Terms of Use replacing the July 2021 document and removing the clause reserving the right to refuse profit on suspicion.
  • Upward: the firm beginning to answer payout-denial reviews publicly with account-specific detail, and naming its leadership.
  • Downward: denial reports citing undisclosed criteria appearing on a second independent platform in volume, or clustering within a single month.
  • Downward: Wednesday Master processing slipping, payout requests moving into an open-ended queue, or the Discord and support channels going quiet while the storefront keeps selling.
  • Downward: any regulator warning-list entry naming bulenox.com or BULENOX LLC.

  • In favour

E1BULENOX LLC is an active Delaware limited liability company, file number 4611880, formed 4 January 2021, registered agent Resident Agents Inc. of Dover DE. The legal entity named in the Terms is real and traceable.

  • In favour

E2bulenox.com was registered on 31 December 2020 through IONOS, four days before the Delaware formation date. Domain age and corporate age corroborate each other and support a genuine five-year operating history.

  • In favour

E3Dated independent payout confirmations: $4,500 paid on 21 August 2026, an eighth consecutive payout on 16 August 2026, weekly Wednesday arrivals on 17 August 2026, and a third consecutive payout on 27 August 2026.

  • In favour

E4The 40% consistency rule is published with the exact formula and a worked example, and the page states that failing it is not a breach and does not close the account. A discretionary denial mechanic has been replaced by a number.

  • Against

E5Payouts refused on a 'flipping trading days' criterion in February, May and August 2026, described by traders as absent from the public documentation and located only in Section 5.6 of the post-qualification Master Account Agreement.

  • Against

E6The governing Terms of Use are dated July 2021 and state that if abuse is suspected 'we reserve the right to refuse to claim any profit', alongside a sole-discretion right to deny access without notice or liability.

  • In favour

E7The Help Center glossary states plainly that a Master Account and a Fast Track Account are simulated and that only the Funded Account is a real brokerage account traded with real money. No attempt is made to imply live execution earlier.

  • In favour

E8No deposit apparatus exists. Pricing and account pages carry only non-refundable one-time evaluation fees, there is no cashier, wallet or live-account option, execution is via Rithmic with no MT4 or MT5 server, and payouts are a profit split rather than a return of principal.

  • In favour

E9The Belgian FSMA warning list, the most productive regulator source for this sector, returns no entry for Bulenox or bulenox.com, and no enforcement action naming the entity was identified.

  • Context

E10The official Discord server, Bulenox Official, holds 583 members with 76 online and requires an account to read. There is no publicly auditable payout channel, which is thin relative to a firm with 1,769 reviews.

Questions about Bulenox

The questions traders actually ask about this firm.

Yes. Independent traders posted dated confirmations through August 2026, including a $4,500 payout on 21 August and an eighth consecutive payout on 16 August, and a long-standing trader records three years of payouts without incident.

Your best single day divided by total profit for the payout period. The cap is 40% on Master accounts, and 20% for the first Fast Track payout, 25% for the second and 30% from the third. Missing it does not close the account; you keep trading until the ratio evens out.

On a Master account, ten completed trading days, then requests submitted by 11:59 PM CT Friday are processed the following Wednesday. Fast Track and Momentum have no minimum days and requests before 12:01 PM CT are ordinarily processed the same day.

BULENOX LLC is registered in Delaware, file number 4611880, formed 4 January 2021. The domain was registered 31 December 2020, which corroborates the formation date. No individual owner or officer is named publicly.

No action was found. The Belgian FSMA warning list returns no entry for Bulenox or bulenox.com, and no enforcement action naming the entity was identified.

Qualification, Master and Fast Track accounts are simulated. The Help Center glossary states this directly. Only the later Funded Account, offered after three successful payouts and at the firm's discretion, is a real brokerage account funded by Bulenox.

It is a criterion the firm has used to refuse payouts. It appears nowhere in the public FAQ or Help Center; one trader traced it to Section 5.6 of the Master Account Agreement, which is only issued after you pass. Ask support to define it in writing before you buy.

You keep 100% of the first $10,000 paid out across your profile, then 90% with Bulenox taking 10%. The minimum request is $1,000 and the first three payouts are capped by account size.

News trading is allowed with no blackout windows and bots and copiers are permitted, though a third-party Rithmic API connection adds $100 a month. Positions cannot be held overnight and must be closed by 3:59 PM CT.

Hitting the drawdown suspends rather than deletes the account. A Qualification reset costs $78 and restores the starting balance; a Master reset is priced case by case through support. Reaching the Option 2 daily loss limit only pauses trading for the session and is not a violation.

What we would do

What we would do with our own money.

Treatable as a working firm, with one precaution that costs nothing.

  • Before you buy, ask support in writing for the definition of a flipping trading day and for a copy of the Master Account Agreement. Keep the reply. This is the one rule you cannot read in advance and the one that generates the refusals.
  • Spread your best day. The 40% Master threshold and the 20% first-payout Fast Track threshold are the published gates, and a single outsized session is what delays a payout.
  • Take the first payout early and small. A $1,000 request that lands is worth more as information than a large balance you have never tested.
  • Complete the identity and tax paperwork before you need it. Payouts are gated on a hand-signed W-9 or W-8BEN and mismatched beneficiary details delay transfers.
  • Choose the drawdown model deliberately. It is locked for the life of the account and the trailing option counts unrealised profit against you.
  • Do not treat a Master account as live money. It is simulated, so your counterparty risk is the firm's cash flow, not a segregated balance.
