Does IndiFunded pay out?

The verdict, the risk score and the figures behind them.

We found something serious: a payout pattern, a severe clause, or regulator action.

We could not evidence a single payout from IndiFunded, and the firm's own leaderboard says it has none.

  • The homepage and payouts page display more than twenty named payouts with rupee amounts, but the leaderboard page, described as ranked by verified lifetime payouts, reads 'Leaderboard coming soon' and invites you to be one of the first funded traders.
  • The site publishes no terms and conditions, no privacy policy and no refund policy, yet the FAQ repeatedly refers buyers to terms that do not exist. Checkout asks for no agreement to anything.
  • The operating company is real and registry verified: BRVS Education Private Limited, CIN U85500GJ2025PTC158869, Surat, incorporated 14 February 2025. Its paid up capital is Rs 1,00,000, less than one funded account it advertises.
  • Independent trader data is almost non existent: two Trustpilot reviews in total, on an unclaimed profile the firm has never replied to.
  • No regulator has acted against this firm, and we found no report of a payout being refused.

Risk breakdown

Six axes, each scored 1-10. Higher means more risk.

Six axes, scored 1 to 10, where a higher number means more risk. Being unregulated is normal for a prop firm and is not scored against them.

  • Identity & transparency6/10

Legal entity named on every page and verified on the corporate register with four directors and a matching address, which pulls this down; offset by no individual named anywhere on the site, an entity registered for educational support services, and a Facebook page giving a personal Gmail and a different phone number.

  • Payout7/10

Zero evidenced payouts against more than twenty claimed, and the firm's own leaderboard states it has no funded traders to rank; not higher because no trader anywhere reports a refusal and part of the emptiness reflects an 18 month old firm.

  • Terms & rug-pull risk9/10

No terms, privacy or refund policy is published at all, so nothing binds the firm, while the rules page carries an undefined profit accuracy requirement assessed after trading and every plan card promises no hidden rules.

  • Trading conditions8/10

The footer states accounts are simulated while the marketing promises a real funded trading account and displays five retail broker logos with no disclosed agreement; the execution model is left contradictory rather than stated.

  • Reputation6/10

Two Trustpilot reviews in total on an unclaimed profile the firm has never replied to, no Reddit or directory presence, so there is too little independent data to read either way.

  • Operational & social8/10

YouTube has 291 subscribers and no content, Facebook has one follower, there is no Discord or Telegram, the leaderboard is a placeholder and the one public complaint reports phones switched off and email unanswered; the site itself is maintained and current, which keeps this off the top of the scale.

Payout reality

Whether the money actually arrives, and what we could evidence.

Nothing we opened evidences money leaving this firm, and the strongest source for that is the firm itself.

  • The leaderboard, which the page describes as ranked by verified lifetime payouts and updated in real time, displays 'Leaderboard coming soon' and 'Be one of our first funded traders to appear here'. Read against the payout walls elsewhere on the same site, this says the firm has no funded traders to rank.
  • The homepage carousel lists ten payouts dated 24 August 2026 and the payouts page lists twelve more with relative ages from one to six days. The two sets share names but not amounts. One homepage entry reads 'Amit Patel STATER, STATER' where a date belongs, and the plan label is repeatedly misspelt. These are marketing components, not records.
  • One Trustpilot review, posted 3 August 2026 for an experience dated 21 March 2026, says a payout arrived in 24 hours. It names no amount and no method, the account has no other activity, and it was posted four months after the fact. We count it as a positive report, not a payout record.
  • We found no Reddit discussion, no prop directory payout entry, and no Discord or Telegram channel where payout proofs are customarily posted.
  • This is unevidenced, not a confirmed failure. We found no trader anywhere reporting that IndiFunded refused to pay. Part of the emptiness is a young firm with little volume.
  • Payouts are requested through a form asking for name, account ID, plan and UPI details, capped between Rs 5,000 and Rs 55,000, then verified manually by the team. There is no dashboard withdrawal and no published schedule beyond the 24 hour claim.

How the program works

The evaluation, the funded phase and what the firm keeps.

A buyer pays a one off, non refundable challenge fee by UPI and trades a simulated account on Nifty and BankNifty options and other Indian segments. Pass, complete KYC, and the firm says a funded account follows within 24 hours with a 70% profit split.

  • Stater Rs 1,00,000 account, fee Rs 4,999, target 550 points, 8 minimum and 10 total days
  • Standard Rs 2,00,000, fee Rs 7,999, 650 points, 10 and 12 days
  • Pro Rs 3,00,000, fee Rs 14,999 reduced from Rs 18,999, 750 points, 10 and 12 days
  • Elite Rs 5,00,000, fee Rs 14,999, 900 points, 10 and 15 days
  • Master Rs 7,00,000, fee Rs 19,999, 1000 points, 12 and 15 days

Maximum loss is 20% of account size across all plans, with 3 trades per day rising to 4 on Master. Note that Pro at Rs 3,00,000 and Elite at Rs 5,00,000 carry the same Rs 14,999 fee. The plans advertise no time limit, while each carries a total day count, and the rules page states a flat 10 day minimum inside a 15 day window that matches none of them.

Why this verdict

How the findings add up to this verdict.

The firm is real and we found no evidence of a refusal, but a trader here is paying up to Rs 19,999 into a structure with no written contract and no demonstrated payout.

  • There are no terms. The terms, privacy, refund and disclaimer pages all resolve to an empty page, the footer links to none, and checkout requires agreement to nothing. The FAQ nonetheless tells buyers the payout process is 'clearly outlined in our terms and conditions'.
  • The one substantive discretionary rule is undefined and applied after the fact. The rules page requires 'Minimum 70% accuracy on profitable days over the challenge window', a metric that appears nowhere else, is absent from the plan comparison table, and sits beside a 'No hidden rules' promise on every plan card.
  • The payout evidence contradicts itself in the way described above.
  • Capacity is a real question. Paid up capital of Rs 1,00,000 sits against advertised accounts up to Rs 7,00,000 and a promise to absorb all losses. In a simulated model, payouts come from fee revenue, so the firm's cash position is the trader's counterparty risk.
  • The operation looks thinly staffed. An 18 month old firm with an empty YouTube channel, a Facebook page with one follower listing a personal Gmail address, no community channel and an unanswered support complaint is not a business with capacity to handle a disputed payout.

Counterpoints

The strongest case in their favour, and what would change our mind.

The case in their favour

The fair case for IndiFunded is better than its marketing suggests, and it rests on things we verified rather than things it claims.

  • The company exists and is who it says it is. BRVS Education Private Limited is on the Indian corporate register, active, with four named directors and an address that matches the one on the site. Many firms in this sector cannot survive that check.
  • It makes no false regulatory claim. It does not assert a licence, a registration or a supervised status. Its FAQ explains plainly why it holds no SEBI registration rather than implying one.
  • The domain and the incorporation agree. The site went up in January 2025 and the company was incorporated in February 2025, with no invented trading history layered on top.
  • The footer states the model honestly: 'simulated/funded accounts under profit-share agreements'. That is more candour than several larger competitors offer.
  • Nobody has accused it of stealing money. In 18 months we found zero payout integrity complaints across every source we checked, and one trader who says they were paid.
  • The single negative review concerns support and platform quality, which is a product problem, not a refusal to pay.

What would change our mind

These are specific and checkable.

  • Upward: publication of a real terms and conditions document, with a numeric definition of the profit accuracy rule, the consequences of a violation, and whether the fee or balance is forfeited.
  • Upward: the leaderboard populating with named traders and lifetime payout totals that reconcile with the payout walls on the homepage.
  • Upward: two or more dated payout artefacts from independent traders, with amounts, methods and follow up answers, on Trustpilot, Reddit or a public community channel.
  • Upward: the firm claiming its Trustpilot profile and answering the outstanding support complaint with specifics.
  • Downward: any trader reporting a payout refused, an account breached retroactively, or the profit accuracy rule invoked only once a withdrawal was requested.
  • Downward: the payout request form or the storefront continuing to take fees while support goes unanswered, or a SEBI or RBI listing naming indifunded.com or BRVS Education Private Limited.

8 against2 in favour
  • Against

E1The leaderboard, described on the page as ranked by verified lifetime payouts and updated in real time, reads 'Leaderboard coming soon' and 'Be one of our first funded traders to appear here', directly contradicting the twenty two named payouts displayed elsewhere on the same site.

  • Against

E2No terms and conditions, privacy policy, refund policy or disclaimer is published. Those routes render an empty page, the footer links to no legal document, and the checkout requires no acceptance, while the FAQ tells buyers the payout process is clearly outlined in terms and conditions.

  • In favour

E3BRVS Education Private Limited is verified on the Indian corporate register: CIN U85500GJ2025PTC158869, incorporated 14 February 2025, status Active, Surat, with four named directors and an address consistent with the site.

  • Against

E4The operating company has authorised and paid up capital of Rs 1,00,000, less than the smallest funded account it advertises and one seventh of the largest, while promising to absorb all trading losses and pay 70% of profits.

  • Against

E5The rules page imposes 'Minimum 70% accuracy on profitable days over the challenge window' plus placeholder rules reading 'As per plan days' and 'Max trades are as plan per day', none of which appear on the plans page, while every plan card advertises 'No hidden rules'.

  • Against

E6The footer states 'simulated/funded accounts under profit-share agreements' and step one describes a 'realistic virtual account', while the same pages promise you 'receive your real funded trading account' and display Zerodha, Angel One, Upstox, Dhan and Groww under 'works with your preferred broker' with no agreement disclosed.

  • Against

E7The sitemap and robots file served from indifunded.com list only rubifunded.in addresses, tying the site build to a separate brand, RubiFunded Private Limited of Mumbai, that runs an identical template and makes the same claim to be India's first prop trading firm.

  • Against

E8Trustpilot holds two reviews in total on an unclaimed profile. One from 1 October 2025 reports no support, contact numbers switched off and unanswered email; one from 3 August 2026 reports a payout in 24 hours with no amount or method. The firm has replied to neither.

  • Against

E9The linked YouTube channel has 291 subscribers and no videos at all, the linked Facebook page has one follower and lists a personal Gmail address and a phone number different from the site's, and no Discord or Telegram community exists.

  • In favour

E10The domain was registered 7 January 2025 and the company incorporated 14 February 2025, consistent with each other and with the site's own dating. The firm asserts no licence or regulated status it does not hold.

Questions about IndiFunded

The questions traders actually ask about this firm.

We could not evidence a single payout. The firm displays more than twenty named payouts on its homepage and payouts page, but its own leaderboard, described as ranked by verified lifetime payouts, says 'Leaderboard coming soon'. One Trustpilot reviewer says they were paid in 24 hours but names no amount or method. No trader anywhere reports being refused.
BRVS Education Private Limited, CIN U85500GJ2025PTC158869, incorporated in Surat on 14 February 2025. Four directors appear on the public register. The website itself names no founder, no chief executive and no staff member.
The firm states that as a proprietary trading firm it is not an intermediary and so needs no SEBI registration. Being unregistered is normal for a prop firm. Worth knowing separately: SEBI issued an advisory in November 2024 about platforms offering virtual or paper trading on stock price data. It names no firms and is not an action against IndiFunded.
The rules page requires 'Minimum 70% accuracy on profitable days over the challenge window'. It is not defined numerically in any checkable way, it appears nowhere on the plans page or comparison table, and each plan card advertises 'No hidden rules'. An undefined rule assessed after you have traded is the classic denial mechanic.
No. We found no Discord and no Telegram, which is unusual for this industry and removes the main place traders normally verify each other's payouts. The YouTube channel has 291 subscribers and no videos, and the Facebook page has one follower.
We found no evidence of theft and no regulator has acted against it. The company is real and registry verified. The risk is different: there is no published contract, the payout claims contradict the firm's own leaderboard, and the operating company has Rs 1,00,000 of paid up capital against accounts advertised up to Rs 7,00,000.
No. The terms, privacy, refund and disclaimer pages all resolve to an empty page and the footer links to none. Checkout does not ask you to accept anything. The FAQ nonetheless refers buyers to terms and conditions that are not published.
The footer says 'simulated/funded accounts under profit-share agreements' and the evaluation is described as a 'realistic virtual account'. Elsewhere the site promises a 'real funded trading account' and displays Zerodha, Angel One, Upstox, Dhan and Groww logos. No broker agreement is disclosed and the two descriptions do not reconcile.
Challenge fees run from Rs 4,999 to Rs 19,999, paid by UPI and non refundable. The profit split is stated as 70%, though the site's own calculator uses 75%. Payouts are requested on a form, capped between Rs 5,000 and Rs 55,000 per request, and paid within 24 hours after an undefined verification and settlement period.
They are separate named entities, RubiFunded Private Limited in Mumbai and BRVS Education Private Limited in Surat. They are linked at the infrastructure level: the sitemap and robots file served from indifunded.com list rubifunded.in addresses, and the two sites share a template and wording. Both claim to be India's first prop trading firm, so that claim cannot be true for both.

What we would do

What we would do with our own money.

Treat this as speculative. If you buy a challenge, assume the fee is spent and that you have no written recourse.

  • Start at the smallest plan or wait. There is no reason to pay Rs 14,999 or Rs 19,999 into a firm with no demonstrated payout history.
  • Note that Pro and Elite cost the same Rs 14,999 for a Rs 3,00,000 and a Rs 5,00,000 account. Ask why before assuming it is a bargain.
  • Ask for the terms in writing before paying and ask specifically how 'minimum 70% accuracy on profitable days' is calculated, since it is the rule most likely to be applied to a winning account.
  • Ask what a funded account actually is and whether it executes anywhere real. The site says both 'realistic virtual account' and 'real funded trading account' and names retail brokers it does not claim an agreement with.
  • Test support first. Email and call before you pay. The one public complaint says phones were switched off and email went unanswered.
  • Keep your own records of every rule as published on the day you buy, since nothing is committed in a contract and pages can be edited.
  • Be aware of the sector context. SEBI issued an advisory in November 2024 stating that platforms offering virtual trading or paper trading based on stock price data conflict with the Securities Contracts Regulation Act 1956 and the SEBI Act 1992. It names no firms and is not an action against IndiFunded, but it bears on the model.
