ABC 123

Overview

ABC 123 is a foreign exchange and CFD brand that presented itself as a Cyprus operation trading under the name ABC 123 GROUP, with a public contact number on a Cyprus dialling code and a website at abc123prime.com. As of this review the website does not resolve at all: the domain fails DNS lookup from every route we tried, both with a plain request and with a full browser. A second domain associated with the brand, abc-123.co, is equally unreachable. There is therefore no live product to examine, no client portal, and no published legal documentation.

Regulation and licensing

ABC 123 holds no forex or CFD licence that we could establish anywhere. No authority, licence number or supervisory permission is on record for this brand, and with the website offline the brand publishes no regulatory disclosure of any kind. A firm that accepts retail deposits without authorisation gives its clients none of the protections that come with supervision: no segregated client money requirement, no capital adequacy oversight, no complaints ombudsman and no compensation scheme.

The company behind the brand

The brand claims a Cyprus corporate identity, and that claim does not survive checking. We searched the Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property for both ABC 123 and ABC123 and found no registered company under either spelling, while a broader search on ABC returned more than two hundred live records, confirming the register itself was answering normally. The only corporate record we could tie to the brand is ABC123 LIMITED, New Zealand company number 6214267, incorporated on 23 January 2017 with a registered office at 32 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland. That company has been removed from the New Zealand Companies Register, its record was last updated in November 2017, and its recorded industry classification is business consultancy rather than financial services. In other words, the jurisdiction the brand advertises has no company for it, and the one company it can be traced to is a long-dead shell in a different country that was never in the brokerage business.

Trading conditions, accounts and platforms

Nothing can be reported. With the site offline, ABC 123 publishes no account tiers, no minimum deposit, no leverage figures, no spreads or commissions, no execution model, no instrument counts and no trading platform. We do not fill these gaps with assumptions.

Funding and withdrawals

No deposit or withdrawal channels, fees, limits or processing times are published. Anyone holding a balance with this brand has no documented withdrawal route and no supervised body to escalate to.

The contact details on record are an email address at the dead domain, info@abc123prime.com, and a Cyprus telephone number, +357 25350170. Neither is backed by a verifiable office: no registered address in Cyprus exists for this brand because no Cyprus company exists for it.

Assessment

ABC 123 combines the three things that most reliably precede a total loss of client funds: no regulation, a corporate identity that cannot be found where it says it is, and a vanished website. There is no realistic prospect of recovering money through a supervisory channel, because there is no supervisor. Do not deposit. Anyone already holding a balance should stop sending funds immediately, gather every transaction record and communication, and report the matter to their bank or card issuer and to the police or financial-crime authority where they live.
