AUS GLOBAL Broker Overview
AUS GLOBAL is an online trading brand for forex, precious metals, futures, stock indices and US and European stocks, run by a group of companies in several jurisdictions. The company on record for the brand is AUS Global MU Ltd, which the broker's website gives as registered in Mauritius under company number 196141 and which the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius lists as a licensed Investment Dealer (Broker). Clients trade on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader through four accounts, three of which open from 50 USD, with leverage of up to 1:500.
AUS GLOBAL Regulation and License
AUS GLOBAL's website names five group companies and a regulator or licensing authority for each. WIKILIX checked four of the group's licences on the regulators' own registers on 28 October 2026. Each one is in force, and each one has a limit that matters to a client of ausglobaluk.com:
- FSC Mauritius, AUS Global MU Ltd: the FSC register lists the company as licensed from 20 April 2023 in the SEC-2.2 Investment Dealer (Broker) category, which is narrower than the full-service dealer licence many CFD brokers hold. The register prints no licence numbers; GB23201412 is the number the broker publishes.
- CySEC, AC Markets (Europe) Ltd: Cyprus Investment Firm licence 350/17, in force since 11 December 2017, belongs to the Cyprus company HE 348274, formerly LTTrader Ltd. AUS GLOBAL's website names that company AUS PRIME EUROPE LIMITED, and the CySEC register does not list ausglobaluk.com among its approved websites.
- FSCA, AUS Global ZA (Pty) Ltd: Category I financial services provider authorisation 52171, from 11 March 2022, for advice and intermediary services to South African clients. It is not an over-the-counter derivative provider licence and does not cover acting as a client's CFD counterparty, although the website calls the company a licensed securities dealer.
- ASIC, AUS Global Financial (AU) Pty Ltd (ACN 149 088 988): Australian Financial Services Licence 427848, current since 12 October 2012, for financial product advice and arranging deals for wholesale clients only, so ASIC's retail client protections do not apply to it.
The website also states that AUS MARKETS LIMITED, of Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, is regulated by the SVG Financial Services Authority under number 1668, the same digits as its business company number, 1668 CTD 2024, and that AUSGLOBAL BANK CORPORATION LIMITED, company number 15949 in Anjouan, Union of Comoros, holds Anjouan offshore banking licence L15949/ABCL. Both are the broker's own statements. Other group companies on record are AUS Commercial Limited in Hong Kong and AUS GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC in the United Arab Emirates.
Is AUS GLOBAL Regulated?
Yes, but the protection depends on the group company a client signs with. The broker's compliance disclosure says a client's rights and obligations follow the authorisation of the group company the client chooses, and of the four confirmed licences only the FSC Mauritius one belongs to AUS Global MU Ltd, the company on record for the brand; none of the others gives a client of ausglobaluk.com the full protection of its regulator.
Is AUS GLOBAL Safe?
AUS GLOBAL's licences give a retail client of ausglobaluk.com limited protection, and no licence on its own makes a broker safe. The Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund covers only clients of AC Markets (Europe) Ltd who come through its approved websites, not accounts opened on ausglobaluk.com, and the FSC Mauritius licence of AUS Global MU Ltd comes with no investor compensation scheme for retail traders. The website's headline also calls AUS GLOBAL strictly regulated by CySEC, the SVG Financial Services Authority and the FSCA; for CySEC and the FSCA, that goes further than their registers show. In its favour, the group publishes registration numbers and registered addresses for its companies, refuses third-party deposits and payouts, and returns refunds only to the original payment method. Against that, its own documents disagree on the margin call level and on whether withdrawals carry charges, both set out below.
AUS GLOBAL Account Types
All four accounts are in USD, use market execution, allow Expert Advisors and hedging, stop out at 30% and carry the same products: US and European stocks, forex, precious metals, futures and stock indices. The minimum trade is 0.01 lot.
- STP Standard Account: minimum deposit 50 USD, trading fees rated High.
- ECN Account: minimum deposit 50 USD, trading fees rated Medium.
- CLA Account: minimum deposit 50 USD, trading fees rated Low.
- VIP Account: minimum deposit 10,000 USD, trading fees rated Ultra low, no free demo account.
The account comparison table sets the margin call alert at 100%, while the Client Agreement (Part A, clause 23) says the alert comes when the margin level falls below 50%, with forced liquidation below 30%.
AUS GLOBAL Spreads, Commissions and Fees
The account pages publish no spread or commission figures, only the fee ratings above, and the homepage advertises low spreads without a number. The Client Agreement allows commissions and charges to change without prior notice.
AUS GLOBAL Leverage
The accounts page gives leverage from 1:1 up to 1:500, with no separate cap for each account.
AUS GLOBAL Trading Platforms
MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are offered for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and HarmonyOS and on the web, and their Windows installers are branded AUS Commercial. cTrader comes for Windows, as the AUS GLOBAL cTrader app on the App Store and Google Play, and on the web.
For copy trading, the AUS SOCIAL app for Android and iOS, which the broker says it offers in partnership with FCA regulated Pelican Trading, connects to an AUS GLOBAL MT4 or MT5 live account. Copy subscriptions are charged in full at the start of each month, and signal providers may charge performance fees on profitable trades. A social trading web portal, a PAMM system and MAM software for money managers complete the offer.
AUS GLOBAL Deposits and Withdrawals
The funding page lists Visa, MasterCard and Amex cards (through HyperPay in USD, or KORA in Nigerian naira), local bank transfers in CNY, MYR, THB, IDR, PHP, VND and INR, the TCPay e-wallet, and international wire transfers in USD or AED. Deposits are processed instantly except wires, which take about 2 to 5 working days and start at 200 USD. Withdrawals take about 1 working day on most local channels, about 2 working days through UnionPay, the only withdrawal channel for yuan, about 5 working days by wire and about 7 to 15 working days to cards.
Every payment method shows a handling charge of 0, but the Refund Policy (clause 6) makes the client bear all bank fees and administrative charges on refunds, so a withdrawal can still carry costs. Payments must come from the client's own account, and refunds go back to the original deposit method in the deposit currency.

AUS GLOBAL Pros and Cons
In AUS GLOBAL's favour:
- MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader, plus the AUS SOCIAL copy trading app.
- A 50 USD minimum deposit on three of the four accounts.
- A wide choice of local payment channels, with no handling charge listed on the funding page.
- An FSC Mauritius licence held by the company on record, and group companies named with registration numbers and registered addresses.
Against it:
- The CySEC licence belongs to a differently named Cyprus company and does not cover ausglobaluk.com accounts, the FSCA licence covers advice and intermediary services only, and the ASIC licence covers wholesale clients only.
- No investor compensation scheme for retail traders behind the FSC Mauritius licence.
- No spread or commission figures on the account pages.
- Withdrawal charges and the margin call level are stated differently in different broker documents.
- Card withdrawals take about 7 to 15 working days.
AUS GLOBAL Review and Assessment
AUS GLOBAL pairs the three main retail platforms and copy trading with a low entry deposit and a long list of local payment channels. Its regulation is real but narrower than its website suggests: the company on record holds an FSC Mauritius Investment Dealer (Broker) licence, while the group's CySEC, FSCA and ASIC licences sit with other companies and carry limits the website does not mention. The most important step before funding an account is to confirm which group company will hold it and what that company's licence actually covers.
