Regulation—Not shown

We checked VSCapital on 2026-10-29 across its company record, client terms, trading offer and service, and could verify 88% of its record. The score of 49 is what the checked record adds up to; nothing held it down. What would move the score: all-in eurusd cost, instrument breadth, leverage vs regulated cap. Our published investigation found it is high risk and could not be verified, with 3.4 years of track record. Its client terms carry moderate risk, with 5 critical clauses.

High contract risk

VS Capital issued a new Client Agreement in September 2026 and left the old one published beside it. The two disagree on who covers a losing balance, how long a complaint may take, and whether charges can change without notice. Card withdrawals still cost 10% while deposits are free. The homepage promises Lloyd's of London insurance that no VS Capital document mentions.

Broker Summary

What Wikilix has recorded about VSCapital: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.

VS Capital Broker Overview

VS Capital is the trading name of VS Capital Ltd., a Seychelles company with two separate services. VS Trade offers contracts for difference on more than 300 instruments covering forex, indices, commodities, shares, ETFs and cryptocurrencies, on two platforms: VS MT5 (MetaTrader 5) and VS TE (Trader Evolution). VS Invest, a separate service, is for buying real stocks and ETFs, not CFDs, including fractional shares, through a web platform in the VS Capital Client Portal. The firm holds a Securities Dealer authorisation from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority.

VS Capital publishes a detailed deposit and withdrawal tariff but states no minimum deposit, no spread figures, no commission rate and no maximum leverage anywhere in its public material, so the cost of trading is only partly knowable before an account is opened. The disclaimer on its own site says its services are not directed at residents of the United States, the United Kingdom or Europe, while its account opening form still lists 173 countries of residence, including the United Kingdom and the member states of the European Union. For those European countries, acceptance needs confirmation from the broker.

VS Capital Regulation and License

The Seychelles Financial Services Authority carries VS Capital Limited on the Securities Dealer list of its Capital Markets register, the category under which Seychelles firms deal in securities, including retail forex. VS Capital publishes the licence reference SD179 on its own website. The FSA register gives no licence numbers at all, so that reference cannot be matched against the register entry. The register also publishes no issue date, no expiry date and no status wording for the firm.

Seychelles is an offshore jurisdiction. The FSA is the statutory regulator for non-bank financial services carried on in or from within Seychelles, its framework is light touch by comparison with onshore regimes, and it operates no client money compensation scheme.

Is VS Capital Regulated?

Yes, in Seychelles only. The authorisation sits with VS Capital Ltd. under the Seychelles Financial Services Authority and was confirmed on that authority's own register. VS Capital holds no licence in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia or the United States, so a client outside Seychelles is dealing with an offshore firm and has no recourse to an onshore regulator.

VS Capital Ltd.

VS Capital Ltd., also printed as VS Capital Limited, is the Seychelles company behind the brand and the entity named on the FSA register. It publishes its company registration reference as 8434958-1; that is a corporate registry reference, not a financial licence. Its official legal documents page gives two addresses: the registered address is CT House, Office 9A, Providence, Mahé, Seychelles, and the operating office is Office A19.E, Providence Complex Building, Providence, Mahé, Seychelles, which is also the address the FSA register prints. VS Capital publishes no founding or incorporation date. Its record in the GLEIF legal entity register (LEI 9845007PA9E5452CE452) gives 5 May 2023 as the company's creation date and C8434958 as its Seychelles Business Registry number. Seychelles offers no public company search, so these details come from GLEIF and not from a direct view of the Seychelles registry.

Is VS Capital Safe?

VS Capital is an identifiable company whose authorisation was confirmed on its regulator's own register, which places it ahead of brokers whose licence claims match no register at all. Two things qualify that. Supervision is offshore and low intensity, and the firm does not publish the minimum deposit, spreads, commission or leverage a client would need in order to price the service before funding an account. An authorisation of this kind is not in itself evidence that trading with the firm is safe.

VS Capital Account Types

VS Capital offers two live accounts, VS Capital MT5 and VS Capital TE, each named after the platform it runs on. Neither carries a published minimum deposit, maximum leverage or commission figure, and the broker does not set out what distinguishes them beyond the platform. Both are CFD accounts under VS Trade. VS Invest, the share and ETF service, is opened from the Client Portal and has no published account terms, so none of these CFD account details apply to it.

VS Capital Spreads, Commissions and Fees

VS Capital publishes no spread figures and no trading commission. What it does publish, in a deposit and withdrawal tariff dated 1 July 2026, is its funding charges, and those are its clearest stated costs. Deposits carry no commission on any channel; withdrawals are charged, at rates that vary sharply by method.

VS Capital Trading Platforms

VS Capital offers two CFD platforms. VS MT5 is its MetaTrader 5 build; the site lists netting and hedging, advanced analytical tools, custom tools and coding, and algorithmic trading. VS TE is its build of the Trader Evolution platform; the site lists TradingView charts, Trader Evolution native charts, market depth and advanced settings, custom watchlists and mouse trading. Each has its own live account, VS Capital MT5 and VS Capital TE. No download links and no device specific builds are published for either. VS Invest, the share and ETF service, runs in the browser inside the Client Portal.

VS Capital Deposits and Withdrawals

Four funding channels are published: cards, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and local payment methods for a group of Latin American and African markets. Deposits are free on all four. Withdrawals are not:

  • Cards: 10 percent, minimum EUR 20 per transaction.
  • Bank transfer: 0.75 percent, minimum EUR 20, waived for clients whose cumulative deposits exceed EUR 25,000.
  • Cryptocurrency: three withdrawals per calendar month free, then 0.75 percent with a EUR 20 minimum.
  • Local payment methods: 4 percent to 10.5 percent depending on the country and the option used.

The tariff sets a general minimum withdrawal of EUR 100 and publishes no processing time for any channel. The 10 percent card charge and the 10.5 percent ceiling on some local rails are the largest published costs at this broker and are worth settling before a deposit is made.

VS Capital Support

Support is offered by telephone on +248 4377183, by email at info@vscapital.com and through the enquiry form on the contact page, in English, and the site states it is available 24/7. No live chat is offered on the site. The company's only social media presence is on LinkedIn.

VS Capital Pros and Cons

In its favour: an authorisation confirmed on the Seychelles FSA register, an openly named legal entity with a traceable company registration number, a range of about 300 CFD instruments, a funding tariff that sets out every withdrawal charge, and support it says is available 24/7.

Against it: offshore supervision only, with no onshore licence and no compensation scheme; no published minimum deposit, spreads, commission or leverage; withdrawal charges reaching 10 percent on cards and 10.5 percent on some local rails; no published processing times; and a disclaimer saying its services are not directed at the United States, the United Kingdom or Europe, while its own account opening form still lists the United Kingdom and other European countries.

VS Capital Review and Assessment

VS Capital is an offshore CFD broker whose corporate identity and Seychelles authorisation both hold up, and which is markedly more forthcoming about what it costs to move money than about what it costs to trade. Anyone considering an account should settle the minimum deposit, the spreads, the commission and the leverage with the firm in writing first, and should price the withdrawal route out before the deposit route in.

How we know — 11 sources
  1. 1Refused: the disclaimer in the footer of every page of the broker's site (https://www.vscapital.com/) reads 'The services of VS Capital Ltd and the information on this site are not directed at citizens/residents of the United States, UK or Europe'. The United States is named, so it is refused; it is also missing from the account-opening country selector.
  2. 2Conflict, not resolved: the same disclaimer names the UK and 'Europe', and the account-opening form at https://clientportal.vscapital.com/pages/registration-page.php (which prints the same disclaimer) still lists the United Kingdom, all 27 EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia and Ukraine (42 codes) as countries of residence. A country in a sign-up form does not prove the broker accepts clients from it, so acceptance from these 42 countries needs confirmation from the broker and they are held out of the accepted list (checked 21 October 2026).
  3. 3'Europe' is a region, not a list of countries. It is not turned into named refusals, and the 42 wholly European countries the form offers are not listed as accepted either. Türkiye, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, which lie only partly in Europe, stay on the accepted list because the form offers them.
  4. 4Accepted list: the countries in the country-of-residence selector on https://clientportal.vscapital.com/pages/registration-page.php (173 as of 21 October 2026), minus the 42 European countries held out above, leaving 131. The list is closed, so a country it does not carry cannot be chosen during registration.
  5. 5The probably refused countries come from that closed selector, not from any text: they are sovereign states the selector does not offer, so an applicant living there cannot complete the form. The broker names none of them, which is why they are not confirmed refusals.
  6. 6Dependent territories: the United States is named as refused, and Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands are neither named by the broker nor offered by the selector, so they are treated as covered by that refusal. American Samoa is the exception and is on the accepted list, because the selector does offer it.
  7. 7The client agreement in force (Version 2, September 2026, published at https://www.vscapital.com/legal-documents) names no country or jurisdiction anywhere; its client-acceptance clause 5.1 refers only to 'jurisdiction, eligibility' checks. The superseded Client Services Agreement on the same page likewise names none, reserving at clause 3.4 only 'additional due diligence requirements to accept Clients residing in certain countries where the risk of money laundering may be higher'.
  8. 8The AML/CFT Policy (July 2026, on the same legal-documents page) names sanctions authorities and FATF categories but no blocked country, and states that a client connected to a FATF grey-listed jurisdiction will not be refused on that ground alone. So it adds no country, because a category the broker only hints at does not name countries.
  9. 9A second source supports the accepted list: the Deposit and Withdrawal Tariff dated 01/07/2026, published on the same legal-documents page, sets local-payment withdrawal commissions for Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. It names those twelve as served markets with local funding rails and names no blocked country.
  10. 10The broker publishes no dedicated restricted-countries page: /restricted-countries, /prohibited-countries, /accepted-countries, /where-we-operate and /faq do not exist, and the site's sitemap lists seven pages, none of them about countries. The FAQ on the home page carries no eligibility or country question.
  11. 11Iran is missing from the closed registration selector, so it is a likely but unconfirmed refusal on that basis alone. No page on the broker's own domains mentions Iran, Persian-language service or rial funding rails; the site publishes no Persian variant (/fa, /fa-ir and a fa. subdomain do not resolve) and vscapital.io redirects to the main site.
Recorded by WIKILIX research, not published by the broker, and not a guarantee. A country listed nowhere above is not thereby accepted — check VSCapital's own terms before you open an account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about VSCapital

Most Popular Questions

VS Capital publishes one set of contact details: the telephone number +248 4377183 and the email address info@vscapital.com, plus an enquiry form on its contact page. Support is offered in English and the site states it is available around the clock. The company's registered office is in Providence, Mahé, Seychelles, and its only social media presence is on LinkedIn.

VS Capital runs two separate services. VS Trade offers contracts for difference (CFDs) on more than 300 instruments across forex, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, stocks and ETFs, on VS MT5 and VS TE, and the site says some perpetual CFDs trade 24/7, weekends included. VS Invest is for buying real stocks and ETFs, not CFDs: the site says it offers fractional shares from small amounts and trading 24/5 including pre- and after-hours, through a web platform inside the VS Capital Client Portal, where orders are placed in the browser. VS Capital's client agreement treats these share purchases as legally and operationally separate from CFDs and offers them on a fully paid basis, without leverage. VS Capital publishes no minimum, fees or list of markets for VS Invest, and no per asset class instrument counts for VS Trade.

No. The only authorisation recorded for VS Capital is the Seychelles one, held by VS Capital Ltd. under the Seychelles Financial Services Authority. There is no licence from the Financial Conduct Authority, from any European Union authority or from a United States regulator, so a client outside Seychelles is dealing with an offshore firm and has no recourse to an onshore regulator or compensation scheme.

VS Capital does not publish processing times. Its deposit and withdrawal tariff sets out the charge for every channel but states no timeframe for any of them, so how long a withdrawal takes cannot be stated from the broker's own material.

Withdrawal charges depend entirely on the method, and they are the broker's clearest published cost. Cards are charged 10 percent and bank transfers 0.75 percent, cryptocurrency withdrawals are free for the first three in a calendar month and 0.75 percent after that, and local payment methods run from 4 percent to 10.5 percent depending on the country and option. Card, bank and crypto withdrawals carry a minimum charge of EUR 20, the bank transfer fee is waived for clients whose cumulative deposits exceed EUR 25,000, and the general minimum withdrawal is EUR 100. Local methods in Ghana and Kenya have their own minimum charges of GHS 40 and KES 200.

VS Capital does not publish a minimum deposit. Neither of its two live accounts carries a stated minimum and no figure appears in its funding tariff, so the amount needed to open an account has to be confirmed with the broker directly.

VS Capital is the trading name of VS Capital Ltd., also printed as VS Capital Limited, a Seychelles company that publishes its registration reference as 8434958-1. It is the entity named on the Seychelles FSA register. Its official legal documents page gives two addresses: the registered address is CT House, Office 9A, Providence, Mahé, Seychelles, and the operating office is Office A19.E, Providence Complex Building, Providence, Mahé, Seychelles. VS Capital publishes no founding or incorporation date. The company's record in the GLEIF legal entity register (LEI 9845007PA9E5452CE452) gives 5 May 2023 as its creation date and C8434958 as its Seychelles Business Registry number; Seychelles offers no public company search, so this was not checked on the registry itself.

Yes. The disclaimer on every page of VS Capital's site reads: "The services of VS Capital Ltd and the information on this site are not directed at citizens/residents of the United States, UK or Europe". The United States is also missing from the account opening form, so it is recorded as blocked. The same form still lists the United Kingdom, all 27 European Union member states and other European countries as a country of residence, but a country in a sign-up form does not prove the broker accepts clients from it. For the United Kingdom and Europe, acceptance needs confirmation from VS Capital in writing. Another 31 countries, including Iran, Russia and North Korea, are missing from the form, so residents there cannot complete registration.

VS Capital does not publish a maximum leverage figure. No leverage cap is stated for either of its two live accounts, so the limit that would apply should be confirmed with the broker in writing before an account is funded.

VS Capital publishes four funding channels: cards, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and local payment methods for a number of Latin American and African markets. Deposits carry no commission on any of them, but withdrawals do: 10 percent on cards, 0.75 percent on bank transfers and on cryptocurrency beyond three free withdrawals a calendar month, and 4 percent to 10.5 percent on local methods depending on the country. Most channels apply a minimum charge of EUR 20, and the tariff sets a general minimum withdrawal of EUR 100. There is no standalone e-wallet channel, though a wallet option appears among the local methods for some countries, and no minimum deposit figure is published.

VS Capital offers two platforms for CFD trading: VS MT5, its MetaTrader 5 build, and VS TE, its build of Trader Evolution. Each has its own live account, VS Capital MT5 and VS Capital TE, and a demo account is offered on MT5. No download links and no device specific builds are published for either. Real stocks and ETFs are bought separately through VS Invest, a web platform in the VS Capital Client Portal.

VS Capital Ltd is authorised in Seychelles, where the Financial Services Authority carries VS Capital Limited on the Securities Dealer list of its Capital Markets register. That is an offshore authorisation with light touch supervision and no client money compensation scheme behind it, and VS Capital holds no licence from any other authority. VS Capital gives its licence number as SD179 on its own site. The FSA list shows no licence numbers, so that number cannot be checked against the register entry. Appearing on a regulator's register confirms the firm is licensed where it says it is, but it is not in itself evidence that trading with it is safe.
