Finding

The FCA authorisation with reference 838656 belongs to the genuine Archax Ltd (archax.com), a different company. BaFin describes this website's use of the Archax identity as identity theft. This operation holds no licence of its own. Client protection: None for users of this website. The authorisation protects clients of the genuine Archax Ltd, not anyone dealing with the clone.

Most Popular Questions

Stop sending further funds immediately. Preserve every record you hold: transfer receipts, card or bank references, account statements, emails and chat logs. Raise a chargeback or recall with your card issuer or bank as quickly as possible, since those routes are time limited, and report the matter to the financial crime or fraud authority in your own country. Ignore anyone who contacts you offering to recover the money for an upfront fee.

Unknown. The operation publishes no reachable terms, onboarding form or restricted country list, so WIKILIX records no accepted or refused jurisdictions rather than inferring any.

No protection could be confirmed. Without a licence there is no supervised segregation requirement, no compensation scheme and no regulated complaints route covering money sent to this operation.

WIKILIX rates it as high risk and likely an impersonation operation rather than a genuine broker. The combination of a borrowed corporate identity, no verifiable trading licence and a website that has gone offline is the profile of an operation a retail client should avoid entirely.

No deposit or withdrawal channels, fees, limits or processing times could be confirmed, because no funding page is reachable. With no licence and no working site, anyone holding a balance should assume recovery is difficult.

None could be confirmed. No MetaTrader, cTrader or proprietary platform, and no server name or download link, could be attributed to this operation.

Unknown. No leverage limit is published anywhere WIKILIX could reach, and none is assumed.

Unknown. The operation publishes no reachable account or funding page, so no minimum deposit figure can be quoted. WIKILIX does not estimate figures a broker has not disclosed.

No. During this review archax-finance.com did not resolve in DNS. Neither a direct request nor a full browser could reach any page on it, over https or http.

No connection could be established. The registered UK company of that name is a separate, long standing London financial services business that is publicly associated with a different domain. Reusing a registered company name on an unrelated domain is a brand impersonation pattern, and clients should not assume the two are the same operation.

That is precisely what could not be established. The brand borrows the name of ARCHAX LTD, a real UK company registered at Companies House under number 11302455, but no link between that company and the archax-finance.com website could be confirmed. The party actually behind the trading brand is undisclosed.

No. WIKILIX established no forex or CFD trading licence for the operator of archax-finance.com, and no issuing authority or licence number could be attributed to it. Treat it as an unlicensed operation.

Licence 838656 (belongs to the genuine Archax Ltd, not this operation) was issued by Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the financial authority for United Kingdom.
Archax LTD holds this FCA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the FCA register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
Wikilix rates FCA tier 1 — the strictest band, with high capital requirements, segregated client money and a compensation scheme.
