ATFX: FSCA licence 55142

It depends on how the client is classified. AT Global Markets (UK) Limited holds an elective professional client's money under the FCA Client Money Rules, without paying interest on it. Money that a per se professional client or an eligible counterparty pays in to cover margin passes to the firm by title transfer, outside those rules, so that client has no proprietary claim and ranks as a general creditor if the firm becomes insolvent.

ATFX Connect publishes no leverage figure for any of its accounts. The Agency account requires no margin because it runs on the firm's credit facilities for clients with their own prime broker, while the Margin and Bridge accounts are for clients who post margin with ATFX.

By bank wire. The client terms name bank wire for deposits and withdrawals, in GBP, USD or EUR or another currency the firm specifies, with no cash or cheques unless agreed, and the site publishes no processing time or limits. The firm may withhold or refuse a withdrawal where open positions show a loss, where it would take the balance below the margin requirement, where the client owes the firm, or while a dispute is unresolved.

The site publishes no spreads; prices come as tailored aggregated streams from Tier 1 bank and non-bank liquidity providers. The Agency account charges no commission, the Margin account charges a commission at rates it does not publish, and the Bridge account states none. The firm's other fees, including payment fees, are set in Financial Terms that the site does not publish, and the client also pays third-party bank charges.

Three institutional accounts: Agency, Margin and Bridge. The Agency account uses the firm's credit facilities to give clients with their own prime broker direct market access to Tier 1 bank and non-bank liquidity, with no margin and no commission; the Margin account is for clients who post margin with ATFX and charges a commission at rates it does not publish; the Bridge account adds CFDs and an MT4 bridge through One Zero, with no commission stated. No minimum deposit, leverage or spread is published for any of them.

No. The ATFX Connect site states that it does not offer services to retail clients, and the FCA register entry for AT Global Markets (UK) Limited, checked by WIKILIX on 21 October 2026, lists its permissions for professional clients and eligible counterparties only, with no retail customer type. ATFX's EU retail site, atfxgm.eu, is run by a different company, ATFX Global Markets (CY) Ltd, under its CySEC licence 285/15.

Yes. The client terms of AT Global Markets (UK) Limited require every client to confirm that it is not a resident of the United States, which covers US-organised entities and accounts held for a US resident. The EU version of the site, run by ATFX Global Markets (CY) Ltd, also lists Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Laos, Syria, Uganda, Vanuatu, Yemen and the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Quebec and Saskatchewan as restricted. ATFX Connect also serves professional clients and eligible counterparties only.

ATFX Connect offers spot FX and precious metals, and CFDs on FX, non-deliverable forwards, precious metals, indices, stocks and commodities, naming gold, silver, Brent and crude oil. Coverage differs by account: the Agency account offers spot FX and gold, the Margin account spot FX and precious metals, and the Bridge account adds CFDs. Spread betting is offered on MT4 where regulation allows, and the client terms limit spread bets to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland.

ATFX Connect, the group's UK institutional site, publishes no minimum deposit for any of its three accounts (Agency, Margin and Bridge), and no leverage or spreads either. The service is open only to professional clients and eligible counterparties.

ATFX Connect, the group's UK institutional site, offers its own ATFX Connect platform, reached through a desktop GUI, a web trader, a FIX API or a bridge configuration. MetaTrader 4 is available on the Bridge account through a third-party One Zero bridge, and the client terms say MetaQuotes provides the MT4 trading access. The UK site names no MetaTrader 5 build and no mobile app.

AT Global Markets (UK) Limited is authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 760555, with the status Authorised since 11 July 2017, as WIKILIX confirmed on the FCA register on 21 October 2026. Its permissions cover professional clients and eligible counterparties only, and its ATFX Connect site says it does not offer services to retail clients. Authorisation is not a guarantee of safety: margin paid in by per se professional clients and eligible counterparties passes to the firm by title transfer, outside the FCA Client Money Rules, so those clients would rank as general creditors if the firm became insolvent.
