Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about this licence

Answered from this register entry and the authority’s own record.

Most Popular Questions

No. The CySEC register, checked on 28 October 2026, shows licence 350/17 held by AC Markets (Europe) Ltd, Cyprus company HE 348274 (formerly LTTrader Ltd), and does not list ausglobaluk.com among its approved websites. EU rules and the Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund therefore apply only to clients of AC Markets (Europe) Ltd who open accounts through those approved websites. AUS GLOBAL's own website names the licence holder AUS PRIME EUROPE LIMITED, under the same company number.

Yes. A free demo account is available for the STP Standard, ECN and CLA accounts; the VIP Account has none.

AUS GLOBAL's accounts cover forex, precious metals, futures, stock indices and US and European stocks, and its homepage also lists commodities. The minimum trade size is 0.01 lot.

Yes. AUS GLOBAL's AUS SOCIAL app for Android and iOS, which the broker says it offers in partnership with FCA regulated Pelican Trading, lets users link an AUS GLOBAL MT4 or MT5 live account to copy signal providers or become one. Copy subscriptions are charged in full at the start of each month, and providers can charge performance fees on profitable trades. The broker also runs the AUS GLOBAL Social Trading web portal and PAMM and MAM tools for money managers.

The stop-out level is 30% on all four accounts. The broker gives two margin call levels: its account comparison table shows a margin call alert at 100%, while its Client Agreement (Part A, clause 23) says the alert is given when the margin level falls below 50%, with forced liquidation below 30%.

The funding page shows a handling charge of 0 on every deposit and withdrawal method. AUS GLOBAL's Refund Policy (clause 6), however, makes the client bear all bank fees and administrative charges on refunds, so a withdrawal can still carry costs.

AUS GLOBAL accepts Visa, MasterCard and Amex cards, local bank transfers in CNY, MYR, THB, IDR, PHP, VND and INR, the TCPay e-wallet and international wire transfers in USD or AED. Withdrawals take about 1 working day on most local channels, about 2 working days through UnionPay for yuan, about 5 working days by wire and about 7 to 15 working days to cards. Payments must come from the client's own account, and refunds go back to the original deposit method in the deposit currency.

AUS GLOBAL's account pages publish no spread or commission figures. Instead they rate each account's trading fees: High for STP Standard, Medium for ECN, Low for CLA and Ultra low for VIP. The Client Agreement allows commissions and charges to change without prior notice.

AUS GLOBAL offers four USD accounts: STP Standard, ECN and CLA from 50 USD, and VIP from 10,000 USD. All four use market execution, allow Expert Advisors and hedging, and carry the same products; the broker rates their trading fees as High (STP Standard), Medium (ECN), Low (CLA) and Ultra low (VIP). Every account except VIP comes with a free demo.

The company on record for AUS GLOBAL is AUS Global MU Ltd, which the broker's website gives as registered in Mauritius under company number 196141, at Suite 803, 8th Floor, Hennessy Tower, Pope Hennessy Street, Port Louis, and which the FSC Mauritius register lists as a licensed Investment Dealer (Broker), as checked on 28 October 2026. The brand is run by a group: the website also names AUS PRIME EUROPE LIMITED in Cyprus (company number 348274, which the CySEC register shows as AC Markets (Europe) Ltd), AUS GLOBAL ZA PTY LTD in South Africa, AUS MARKETS LIMITED in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and AUSGLOBAL BANK CORPORATION LIMITED in Anjouan, Comoros, and the group's Australian company, AUS Global Financial (AU) Pty Ltd, holds an ASIC licence for wholesale clients only. The website's compliance disclosure says a client's rights and obligations follow the authorisation of the group company the client chooses.

Yes. AUS GLOBAL says it does not provide services to individuals and companies in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States, Cuba, Belgium and North Korea. Its anti-money-laundering policy also refuses clients from high-risk and sanctioned countries without naming them. Iran is not on the broker's list, and its funding page offers TCPay deposits in Iranian rial.

Clients can reach AUS GLOBAL support by email at support@ausglobaluk.com and by phone on +44 203 348 6499 (United Kingdom), +65 3106 0065 (Singapore), +852 4607 4716 (Hong Kong) and +61 37 001 5926 (Australia). The website also offers live chat, which switches to a call-back form when offline, WhatsApp on +1 647 589 2673, a Telegram channel and a Help Center at help.ausglobal.sc. The sign-in page of the client area advertises 24/7 professional support, while the main site's home and contact pages give no support hours.

AUS GLOBAL's accounts page gives leverage from 1:1 up to 1:500, and its homepage advertises leverage of up to 500 times. The broker gives no separate leverage cap for each of its four accounts.

The minimum deposit is 50 USD for the STP Standard, ECN and CLA accounts and 10,000 USD for the VIP Account. Payment channels also set their own minimums: an international wire transfer starts at 200 USD, and some local channels start higher, such as 600 USD for MyPay in Indian rupees.

AUS GLOBAL offers MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, HarmonyOS and the web, and cTrader for Windows, Android, Apple devices through the App Store, and the web. For copy trading it runs the AUS SOCIAL app for Android and iOS and the AUS GLOBAL Social Trading web portal, and money managers can use its PAMM system and MAM software.

AUS GLOBAL's group holds four licences that WIKILIX confirmed on the regulators' registers on 28 October 2026, but only one belongs to the company on record, AUS Global MU Ltd: an FSC Mauritius Investment Dealer (Broker) licence, which comes with no investor compensation scheme for retail traders. CySEC licence 350/17 is held by AC Markets (Europe) Ltd and does not cover accounts opened on ausglobaluk.com, which is not among its approved websites; FSCA authorisation 52171 of AUS Global ZA (Pty) Ltd covers advice and intermediary services only; and ASIC licence 427848 of AUS Global Financial (AU) Pty Ltd is for wholesale clients only. The website's statements that AUS MARKETS LIMITED is regulated by the SVG Financial Services Authority under number 1668, the same digits as its business company number, and that AUSGLOBAL BANK CORPORATION LIMITED holds an Anjouan offshore banking licence are the broker's own.
