Is Bexton Capital a scam?

Likely scamMEDIUM confidence
Updated September 18, 2026
Withdrawal trap / advance-fee (unregulated offshore)

Bexton Capital shows the hallmarks of a withdrawal-trap scam, and we assess the risk of fraud as high. It is unregulated, its only licence expired in April 2025, and traders report money taken and then extra 'fees' demanded before their withdrawals were blocked.

  • The only licence ever on record is an offshore Comoros (MISA) registration, number T2023235, which expired on 12 April 2025 and gave no real client protection even while valid.
  • Turkish investors describe the same pattern: profits shown on MetaTrader 5, then demands for 'commission', 'tax' or 'verification' fees before any withdrawal, followed by account closure and silence. One reported loss is over $35,000.
  • The operator runs its own 'is it reliable', 'whose is it' and 'complaint' websites about its brand to bury genuine complaints in search results.
  • Its main website, bextoncapital.com, no longer serves a trading platform and now redirects to an unrelated application.
  • We found no authorisation from any mainstream regulator such as the FCA, ASIC or CySEC.

Risk scorecard

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: Critical
SeverityLowModerateHighCritical

Regulation

8/10 · Critical

Only licence is a Comoros MISA registration that expired 12 April 2025; MISA is a disavowed offshore registrar with no real client protection, and no mainstream authorisation exists.

Identity & transparency

7/10 · High

Entity, number and offices are disclosed, but the operator runs deceptive look-alike reputation domains and falsely disclaims Turkish clients; the Sofia operating address is unverified.

Withdrawals & conduct

9/10 · Critical

Consistent fund-integrity reports: extra fees ('commission', 'tax', 'verification', 'lot refund') demanded before withdrawal, then accounts closed and contact cut; reported losses over $35,000.

Reputation

8/10 · Critical

Overwhelmingly negative across a Turkish complaint platform and law-firm case pages; the only positive content is the firm's own SEO blogs.

Website claims

7/10 · High

Presented itself as a licensed multi-asset broker while relying on an expired, worthless offshore registration and self-run 'your funds are protected' pages; a false no-Turkey claim.

Operational history

6/10 · High

Main domain dates to March 2023 (about three and a half years, an upper bound as the Comoros entity could not be dated); the operation is now defunct with its main site redirecting away.

Who they are

A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

  • Legal entity: Bexton Capital LTD, Comoros company number HY00323309

  • Not accepted: the site states it does not accept clients from Turkey, yet its complaints and marketing are almost entirely Turkish

Archived Bexton Capital homepage (December 2025) showing Comoros registration HY00323309, a Mohéli registered office and a Sofia, Bulgaria address.
The broker's own domain, bextoncapital.com, no longer serves a trading site and redirects to an unrelated third-party application.

Licences the broker publishes

Mwali International Services Authority (MISA)

Expired 12 Apr 2025 (register still displays Active)Tier 4
An offshore brokerage registration from an autonomous-island registrar in the Comoros that provides no meaningful supervision or client-fund protection; the Comoros central bank has publicly disavowed MISA licences. The register still displays the entry as 'Active', but the licence term ended on 12 April 2025.
Protection: None in practice: no compensation scheme and no meaningful supervisionOfficial register
Mwali International Services Authority licence record for Bexton Capital Ltd, licence T2023235, showing an end date of April 12, 2025.
Bexton Capital Ltd on the MISA brokerage list, licence T2023235 dated 12/04/2023, still flagged Active although the licence term ended in April 2025.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We reached a likely-scam verdict because the evidence points the same way across every check that matters.

  • No real regulation. The only licence on record is a Comoros MISA registration that expired on 12 April 2025. MISA is a non-recognised offshore registrar whose licences the Comoros central bank has publicly disavowed, so it offered little protection even before it lapsed. The registrar still displays the entry as 'Active', but the licence term ended in April 2025 and no mainstream authorisation exists.
  • Money that does not come back. On a Turkish consumer-complaint platform and several independent law-firm case pages, clients describe the same sequence: small 'profits' appear on MetaTrader 5, then a fee ('commission', 'tax', 'verification' or a 'lot refund') is demanded before any withdrawal, and once it is paid the account is closed and contact stops. A demand for an extra payment to release your own funds has no legitimate explanation.
  • Deception built in. The operator registered three look-alike domains about its own brand on the same day (the Turkish words for 'is it reliable', 'whose is it' and 'complaint') and filled them with reassuring 'your licence protects you' articles, to push real complaints down in search.
  • A contradiction. The site formally says it does not serve Turkey, while its entire footprint is Turkish.
  • The trail goes cold. The main site no longer serves a broker platform and redirects elsewhere, and the licence has lapsed, consistent with an operation that has moved on after taking client money.

Note on operating history: the 3.5-year track record rests on domain registration alone. No company incorporation date could be established, so this is an upper bound rather than a confirmed age.

Evidence ledger

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

7 against2 in favour
  • E1The MISA register lists licence T2023235 for Bexton Capital Ltd with an issue date of 12 April 2023 and an end date of 12 April 2025, so the licence has expired; MISA is a non-recognised offshore registrar disavowed by the Comoros central bank.

    StrongMwali International Services Authority register
  • E2The register entry names this exact company (HY00323309) and website (bextoncapital.com), so the MISA licence genuinely belongs to Bexton and this is not a firm impersonating another company (not a clone).

    StrongMwali International Services Authority register
  • E3bextoncapital.com was registered on 17 March 2023, while the three Turkish satellite domains were all registered together on 4 March 2024, a coordinated batch consistent with a reputation-management set-up.

    ModerateVerisign RDAP (domain registry)
  • E4bextoncapitalguvenilirmi.com is a broker-operated WordPress blog (author account 'bextoncapitalguvenilirmi') full of favourable 'importance of the licence' and 'your funds are protected' articles dated March 2024, categorised under 'is it reliable' and 'complaint', built to bury genuine complaints in search.

StrongArchived copy of the operator's reputation domain
  • E5Independent Turkish sources report the same fund-integrity pattern: fake MetaTrader 5 profits, then demands for 'commission', 'tax', 'verification' or 'lot refund' fees before withdrawal, then account closure and severed contact; reported losses include $35,000 and a $1,000 refund dispute.

StrongTurkish consumer-complaint platform and independent law-firm case pages
  • E6The broker's own domain bextoncapital.com no longer serves a trading platform and returns a 302 redirect to an unrelated third-party application login, so the flagship site is defunct.

ModerateLive check of the broker domain
  • E7The site footer states 'The company does not accept clients from Turkey', which contradicts an almost entirely Turkish complaint base, marketing and reputation-domain network.

    ModerateArchived Bexton Capital homepage
  • E8The site gives an operating address of 79 Nikola Gabrovski Str., Sofia, Bulgaria (inside the EU) while holding only an offshore Comoros registration and no EU authorisation.

    ModerateArchived Bexton Capital homepage
  • E9The company name, number (HY00323309) and Mohéli registered office are disclosed on the site and match the registrar record, showing a real, internally consistent corporate identity.

    WeakMwali International Services Authority register
One of Bexton Capital's own reputation-management blogs, filled with 'is it reliable' and 'importance of the licence' articles dated March 2024, used to bury genuine complaints.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

In fairness, we looked hard for an innocent explanation.

  • The MISA licence is genuine and, on the register, belongs to this exact company and to bextoncapital.com. So this is not a firm wearing another company's credentials: it is not a clone.
  • The company name, number and registered office are disclosed and match across the register and the site, which is more than the most brazen scams bother with.
  • Offshore registration on its own is a risk signal, not proof of theft. Some Comoros-registered brokers do let clients trade and withdraw.
  • No mainstream regulator has yet published a warning that names this firm, and the primary complaint pages were read through search extracts and independent reporting rather than in full. If the complaints were planted by rivals, or the fee demands were isolated, the picture would be less severe.

Weighed together, the fee-to-withdraw reports from independent sources, the firm's own reputation-domain network and the now-defunct site outweigh these benign readings.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Our assessment would change if we saw:

  • A current, in-force licence from a mainstream regulator (for example the FCA, ASIC, CySEC or BaFin) naming this company and bextoncapital.com.
  • Clear evidence that clients can withdraw without paying any 'commission', 'tax' or 'verification' fee.
  • Confirmation that the fee-to-withdraw complaints were fabricated or refer to a different operation.
  • Removal of the operator's own 'is it reliable' and 'complaint' reputation domains, with a credible explanation.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

13 questions
Is Bexton Capital a scam?

The evidence points that way. It is unregulated, its only offshore licence expired in April 2025, and multiple Turkish sources report the same withdrawal trap: extra fees demanded before a payout, then the account is closed. We rate it a likely scam and advise against depositing.

Is Bexton Capital a fraud?

We assess the risk of fraud as high. Clients report deposits taken and withdrawals then blocked behind 'commission' and 'tax' demands, which is the advance-fee pattern. No regulator or court has ruled on it, so we describe the conduct rather than label the company, but the warning signs are serious.

Is Bexton Capital regulated?

No, not in any meaningful sense. Its only licence was a Comoros MISA registration that expired on 12 April 2025, and MISA is a non-recognised offshore registrar the Comoros central bank has disavowed. We found no FCA, ASIC, CySEC or other mainstream authorisation.

Can I withdraw my money from Bexton Capital?

Many clients report they could not. The common account is that a 'commission', 'tax' or 'verification' fee is demanded before a withdrawal, and after it is paid the account is closed and support goes quiet. Do not pay such fees.

Is my money safe with Bexton Capital?

We do not believe so. There is no valid regulator, no compensation scheme, and a pattern of blocked withdrawals. An offshore MISA registration does not protect client funds even when current, and here it has expired.

What is a MISA licence worth?

Very little. The Mwali International Services Authority is an autonomous-island registrar in the Comoros, not a functioning financial supervisor, and its licences have been publicly disavowed by the Comoros central bank. It offers no real protection or compensation for clients.

Who owns Bexton Capital and where is it based?

The operator is Bexton Capital LTD, a Comoros company (number HY00323309) with a registered office on the Island of Mohéli. The site also lists an operating address in Sofia, Bulgaria. No named individuals are disclosed.

How old is Bexton Capital?

The main domain was registered in March 2023, so the operation is roughly three and a half years old at most. The Comoros company could not be independently dated, so that figure is an upper bound. The site itself claims it has operated since 2023.

Why does bextoncapital.com not open properly?

The domain no longer serves a trading site. It now redirects visitors to an unrelated third-party application. The last archived copy of the broker site is from December 2025, and the licence lapsed in April 2025.

Are bextoncapitalguvenilirmi.com and bextoncapitalsikayet.com official complaint sites?

No. These 'is it reliable' and 'complaint' domains were registered by the operator itself, on the same day, and filled with favourable articles about the brand. They are a reputation-control tactic to bury genuine complaints, not independent reviews.

Is Bexton Capital a clone of a regulated broker?

No. Its MISA licence genuinely belongs to this company and website, so it is not impersonating another firm. The problem is the licence itself is offshore, worthless and now expired, alongside the withdrawal complaints.

What should I do if I was scammed by Bexton Capital?

Stop sending money immediately and do not pay any 'release' fee. Gather your evidence (transfers, chat logs, statements), contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback, and report the case to your financial regulator and police. In Turkey, complain to the SPK and the prosecutor.

Does Bexton Capital accept clients from Turkey?

Its site states it does not accept Turkish clients, but its complaint base, marketing and self-run reputation domains are almost entirely Turkish. The disclaimer appears to be legal cover rather than a description of who it actually deals with.

What changed since September 17, 2026

The company registration (HY00323309), the domains on record and the MISA licence (T2023235) are unchanged, and that licence remains expired, its term having ended in April 2025. What stands out now is that bextoncapital.com no longer serves a trading platform and redirects to an unrelated third-party application, and the three Turkish-language satellite domains no longer load.

Our advice

For anyone considering or already using Bexton Capital:

  • Do not deposit. Treat any request to pay a fee, tax or 'commission' to unlock a withdrawal as a theft attempt. Paying more never releases the funds.
  • If you have already deposited, stop sending money, save your records (transfers, chat logs, statements) and ask your bank or card issuer about a chargeback.
  • Report it to your national financial regulator and police. In Turkey, the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and the public prosecutor handle investment-fraud complaints.
  • Ignore anyone who contacts you promising to recover your money for an upfront fee. That is a common follow-on scam.

This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears. Review scores are treated with caution when a broker’s reviews look manipulated. Last reviewed September 18, 2026.
