Is Bexton Capital a scam?

Likely scamMEDIUM confidence
Updated September 17, 2026
Withdrawal trap at an unlicensed offshore broker

Bexton Capital is not a broker anyone should deposit with, and we assess the risk of fraud as high. It took client money while holding no valid licence, and the operation has now disappeared.

  • The only permission it ever held was a Mwali (Comoros) brokerage licence, number T2023235. The registrar's own verification record gives an end date of 12 April 2025.
  • The trading business carried on for about a year after that date, then vanished. bextoncapital.com no longer serves the broker at all: the address now forwards visitors to an unrelated company's staff login, and the old pages return not-found errors.
  • Clients on several platforms describe the same sequence. A withdrawal is requested, a further payment is then demanded before the money will be released, and the account is closed with the balance still on it.
  • The website was a shell. Its About, FAQ and Contact pages were entirely blank, and no director or owner was ever named.
  • Three domains named after the exact phrases a worried Turkish investor would type were registered as a single batch on 4 March 2024 on identical infrastructure. That is reputation management, not customer service.

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: Critical
SeverityLowModerateHighCritical

Regulation

9/10 · Critical

The only licence ever held, Mwali T2023235, passed its end date on 12 April 2025 while the business kept taking deposits, and the issuing body is publicly disavowed by the Comoros central bank. No current authorisation anywhere.

Identity & transparency

8/10 · Critical

Entity, registration number and addresses were disclosed and match the registrar, but no owner or director was ever named, the operating address is a shared office, and three domains were built to intercept complaint searches.

Withdrawals & conduct

9/10 · Critical

Fund-integrity reports across several platforms describe the same mechanism: withdrawal blocked, a further payment demanded before release, account closed with the balance on it. All four pattern axes are met.

Reputation

8/10 · Critical

Uniformly negative across independent verification and review sites, with Turkish law firms advertising for victims, offset only by the absence of any regulator warning naming the firm or its domain.

Website claims

8/10 · Critical

Homepage title copied verbatim from a large US broker, a company registration number presented where a licence belongs, no verification link, and a stated refusal of Turkish clients contradicted by an overwhelmingly Turkish victim base.

Operational history

7/10 · High

About three years from domain registration in March 2023 to abandonment in 2026, an upper bound because the company itself could not be dated, and it ends in the operation vanishing with complaints outstanding.

Who they are

A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

  • Brand: Bexton Capital
  • Legal entity: Bexton Capital Ltd, company number HY00323309
  • Registered: Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Moheli, Comoros Union
  • Operating address: 79 Nikola Gabrovski Street, floor 3, Sofia 1700, Bulgaria, a multi-tenant office building. Contact number +359 (2) 4928460
  • Website: bextoncapital.com, registered 17 March 2023. It no longer serves the broker and forwards to an unrelated business
  • Only licence: Mwali International Services Authority number T2023235, issued 12 April 2023, end date 12 April 2025. No other authorisation anywhere
  • Offered: forex, indices, stocks, ETFs and energies on MetaTrader 5, leverage advertised up to 1:2000, minimum deposit around 10 US dollars
  • Not accepted: the site stated it did not accept clients from Turkey, yet the documented victim base is overwhelmingly Turkish
  • Age claim: the footer carried a 2023 date, which matches the domain registration. The company's own incorporation date is not published by the Comoros registrar
The Bexton Capital homepage as it stood in April 2026, showing a single marketing line and a footer carrying registration number HY00323309 with no licence number and no regulator named.
The Bexton Capital About Us page, which carried a heading and no company information at all.

Mwali International Services Authority (MISA)

Expired. The authority's own verification record for Bexton Capital Ltd gives an end date of 12 Apr 2025 and has not been updated since 8 Jul 2024, although the summary listing still carries Tier 4
An offshore brokerage licence sold by the registrar of the autonomous Comorian island of Mwali. The Comoros central bank has publicly called this body a fictitious structure claiming to issue licences, and financial supervision in the Comoros belongs to the Union government rather than the islands. It is a paper permission, not supervision.
Protection: None. No compensation scheme, no deposit segregation requirement that anyone enforces, and no complaints process a client can use.Official register

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

Five findings drive this, and they reinforce each other.

  • The licence had already run out. The Mwali registrar's verification record for Bexton Capital Ltd shows licence T2023235 issued on 12 April 2023 with an end date of 12 April 2025. The listing still carries an Active badge, but that record has not been touched since 8 July 2024. Archived copies show the trading site still open for business in February, March and April 2026, roughly a year past the end date.
  • Even at its best the licence was worth nothing. The Banque Centrale des Comores issued a public warning in June 2022 describing the Mwali authority as a fictitious structure claiming to issue licences, and repeated it in December 2025. Banking and financial supervision in the Comoros belongs to the Union, not to the individual islands. So client money here was never protected by any supervisor, and there was no compensation scheme behind it.
  • The money did not come back. One client account describes investing more than 35,000 US dollars after being approached by people presenting themselves as the firm, then finding the trading history and balances did not reflect reality, losing positions appearing on the account, and continued pressure to send more. Complaints filed on a Turkish consumer complaints platform describe withdrawals refused under a lot refund pretext, accounts closed to both trading and withdrawal, and demands for a separate payment of commission despite a sufficient balance. A demand for an extra payment before funds are released has no legitimate counterpart in brokerage.
  • The company was a facade. The About Us, FAQ and Contact pages were completely empty. The homepage carried a single marketing line, and its page title is lifted word for word from a large US broker's standard marketing copy. The logo file still carried another site's name in its description. There was no licence verification link, no ownership disclosure, no directors, and no published withdrawal terms behind which five-figure deposits were taken.
  • The complaint searches were deliberately occupied. bextoncapitalsikayet.com, bextoncapitalkimin.com and bextoncapitalguvenilirmi.com translate to Bexton Capital complaint, who is Bexton Capital and is Bexton Capital reliable. All three were registered on 4 March 2024 through the same registrar and point at the same pair of nameservers, and one of them presented itself as Bexton Capital FX. Building the answers to your own bad-news searches is scam infrastructure.

The end of the story matters as much as the beginning. The domain now forwards to an unrelated company's login screen and the old pages are gone, which is what an abandoned operation looks like from the outside. Anyone still holding a balance has no site, no licence and no supervisor to complain to.

Note on operating history: the 3.5-year track record rests on domain registration alone. No company incorporation date could be established, so this is an upper bound rather than a confirmed age.

  • E11bextoncapitalguvenilirmi.com, meaning is Bexton Capital reliable, was registered on 4 March 2024 through GoDaddy on the nameserver pair audrey and kayden. The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

The case against this broker is strong, but several points genuinely cut the other way and belong in the record.

  • It was not a clone. The registrar's entry names Bexton Capital Ltd and records bextoncapital.com as its website. The company registration number on the site, HY00323309, matches the registrar's record exactly. This operation used its own identity rather than wearing another firm's credentials, which is a meaningful difference from the impersonation cases.
  • The licence was real when it started. A genuine Mwali brokerage licence was issued on 12 April 2023, and the domain was registered a month earlier. The company did not fabricate a number.
  • There was a working platform. Independent platform checks record a verified MetaTrader 5 server with a measured average execution speed of around 208 to 241 milliseconds. Real infrastructure existed, so this was not a pure web form.
  • No regulator has acted. We found no warning notice, no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming this company or bextoncapital.com on the international alert networks or the major national lists. That absence is why this is our assessment rather than a regulator's finding.
  • Some complaints are ordinary gripes. Reports of prices lagging real quotes and support answering unhelpfully are service problems. Traders lose money at honest brokers too, and we have not counted those towards the serious findings.
  • The sharpest complaints were read at one remove. The Turkish complaint filings describing the extra-payment demands are indexed publicly by title and substance, but the platform hosting them does not open to outside visitors, so we could not read them line by line. The advance-fee element therefore rests on consistent reporting across several sources rather than on documents we examined in full.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Concrete things that would move this assessment in either direction.

  • A current, in-force licence from a real supervisor, held by the entity that actually takes client deposits, verifiable on that regulator's own register.
  • The Mwali registrar publishing a renewal for T2023235 carrying an end date after today, rather than a record that stopped being updated in July 2024.
  • The company returning to its own domain with a working withdrawal process, and clients confirming on independent platforms that they were paid out in full.
  • Documented evidence that the withdrawal complaints were planted by a competitor, for example the same wording appearing under unrelated brokers, or complainant accounts created in a single burst.
  • An explanation, on the record, of why three domains matching Bexton Capital complaint searches were registered as one batch on shared infrastructure, if they are not connected to the company.
  • In the other direction, a warning notice from any regulator naming bextoncapital.com, or an enforcement action or court judgment, would take this from our assessment to a confirmed finding.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

12 questions
Is Bexton Capital a scam?

We assess the risk as high and rate it a likely scam. It took deposits with no valid licence, clients report withdrawals being blocked and further payments demanded before release, and the business has since disappeared from its own web address.

Is Bexton Capital a fraud?

No regulator or court has made a finding of fraud against this company, so we do not state that as fact. What we can say is that we assess the risk of fraud as high, and that clients describe deposits taken, balances that did not reflect reality, and money that did not come back.

Is Bexton Capital regulated?

Not now. Its only permission was a Mwali brokerage licence numbered T2023235, and the registrar's own record shows it ended on 12 April 2025. It has never held a licence from a mainstream supervisor such as the FCA, CySEC, ASIC or Turkey's Capital Markets Board.

What is a MISA or Mwali licence actually worth?

Very little. The Banque Centrale des Comores publicly described the Mwali authority as a fictitious structure claiming to issue licences, in a June 2022 warning it repeated in December 2025. Financial supervision in the Comoros is a matter for the Union government, not the individual islands, so this licence carried no client protection and no compensation scheme.

Can I still withdraw my money from Bexton Capital?

Realistically, no. The company website no longer exists at bextoncapital.com and the address forwards to an unrelated business. If anyone contacts you asking for a payment to unlock your balance, that is the scam continuing, not a route to your funds.

Why is the website gone?

bextoncapital.com stopped serving the broker after April 2026. The homepage now redirects to an unrelated company's staff login page and the old pages return not-found errors. An operation that closes this way, while clients still hold balances, is the pattern behind most exit scams.

Who owns Bexton Capital?

No owner or director was ever named. The contracting company is Bexton Capital Ltd, registered in the Comoros with number HY00323309, and the site listed a Sofia office at a shared commercial building. Beyond that the ownership was never disclosed.

How old was Bexton Capital?

Its domain was registered on 17 March 2023 and the licence was issued a month later, so the operation ran for roughly three years. The Comoros registrar does not publish company incorporation dates, so the three-year figure is an upper bound resting on the domain alone.

Is Bexton Capital a clone of another broker?

No. The registrar's record names Bexton Capital Ltd and lists bextoncapital.com as its website, and the registration number on the site matches the registrar exactly. It traded under its own identity. Its homepage title was copied word for word from a large US broker's marketing text, but it did not claim to be that firm.

What do the complaints actually say?

The serious ones follow one pattern. A withdrawal is requested, the account is then closed to trading and withdrawal, and a further payment is demanded, often described as a commission or a lot refund, even though the balance would cover it. One client describes investing over 35,000 US dollars and finding the trading history and balances did not match reality.

What are bextoncapitalkimin.com and bextoncapitalguvenilirmi.com?

They are two of three domains whose names translate to who is Bexton Capital, is Bexton Capital reliable, and Bexton Capital complaint. All three were registered on the same day, 4 March 2024, through the same registrar and pointing at the same nameservers, and one presented itself as Bexton Capital FX. Sites built to occupy your own bad-news searches are a warning sign, not a source.

What should I check before depositing with any broker?

Find the licence number on the regulator's own register, not on the broker's website, and confirm it is current and covers the company that actually holds your money. Check the licence has not expired. Read complaints about withdrawals specifically. And treat any request for a payment before a withdrawal as a reason to stop immediately.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Treat this as an operation that has closed with client money unaccounted for.

  • Do not deposit. There is no valid licence, no supervisor and, at this point, no working company website.
  • If you are asked for a payment to release your funds, stop. Any demand for commission, tax, a lot refund or a verification fee before a withdrawal is the trap itself. Paying it does not release the balance.
  • Collect your evidence now. Save transfer receipts, bank or card statements, account statements, your MetaTrader account number, and every message or call log with the people who sold you the account. Screenshots age badly once a site disappears.
  • Report it. File with your national financial regulator and with the police. Investors in Turkey should file with the Capital Markets Board and lodge a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor, since soliciting Turkish residents for leveraged trading without authorisation is unlawful there.
  • Talk to your bank or card issuer straight away about a recall or chargeback. Timing matters, and older transfers get harder to reverse.
  • Be careful who you ask for help. Firms that promise to recover your money for an upfront fee target people in exactly this position. A legitimate lawyer or your regulator will not ask you to pay a percentage of your losses in advance to unlock anything.

This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears.
