Capped at 50 · High risk, unverified
We checked BingX on 2026-10-29 across its regulation, company record, client terms, trading offer and service, and could verify 88% of its record. Its strongest valid licence is FSC. The score was held at 50 because our investigation rated it high risk and could not verify it. What would move the score: withdrawal rails, all-in eurusd cost, instrument breadth. Our published investigation found it is high risk and could not be verified, with 4.9 years of track record. Its client terms carry high risk, with 7 critical clauses.
Whether a financial authority supervises this broker: the licences it holds, whether we verified them on the official register, how strong that regulator is and what protection it gives clients. Worth 35 points of 100.

BingX Broker Overview
BingX is a crypto exchange and multi-asset trading platform. Its About page says it was founded in 2018 and serves more than 40 million users. It offers spot trading, USDⓢ-M, Coin-M and USDC-M perpetual futures, standard futures, copy trading and trading bots, and a TradFi section with perpetual futures on stocks, indices, metals, commodities and forex, CFD futures on MetaTrader 5 and tokenised stocks. Fees are VIP-tiered maker and taker rates. Leverage depends on the product: up to 150x on BTCUSDT perpetual futures and up to 1000x on gold and silver TradFi perpetual futures. The exchange is contracted through Nieve Cruz PA Corporation, a Panama company for which BingX names no licence. Only the MetaTrader 5 CFD service sits with a licensed company, Bingmex Limited, which holds an Investment Dealer licence from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius.
BingX Regulation and License
BingX names no licence for its main exchange. The customer agreement, last updated on 2 September 2026, is between the client and Nieve Cruz PA Corporation. The BingX page titled Licenses and Authorizations in Panama shows only that this company was registered with the Public Registry of Panama on 11 March 2025, with tax number (RUC) 155764276-2-2025. A company registration is not a financial licence.
The CFD service is different. The BingX MetaTrader 5 terms say it is provided by Bingmex Limited, a Mauritius company at Standard Chartered Tower, Cybercity, Ebene, and call Bingmex the regulated entity for CFD services. The public register of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius lists Bingmex Limited at the same address with an SEC-2.1B Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting) licence dated 29 February 2024. That licence covers the CFD account only, not spot, perpetual futures or the rest of the exchange.
BingX also says that BingX EU has applied to the Austrian Financial Market Authority for authorisation under the EU MiCA rules and that no authorisation has been granted yet (update of 16 June 2026). Its customer agreement says StellarExchange Pty Ltd (ACN 670 743 656), a BingX Group entity that supports fiat services, is registered with AUSTRAC as a digital currency exchange provider. That is an anti-money-laundering registration, not a trading licence, and WIKILIX has not checked it on an AUSTRAC register.
Is BingX Regulated?
Only in part. The MetaTrader 5 CFD account is run by Bingmex Limited, which holds an Investment Dealer licence on the Mauritius FSC register. The main crypto exchange, including spot, perpetual futures, standard futures and copy trading, is contracted through Nieve Cruz PA Corporation in Panama, and BingX names no licence for it. The Spanish CNMV (20 February 2023) and the Securities Commission Malaysia (4 December 2023) have listed BingX as not authorised in their countries, and the Financial Intelligence Unit of India issued a non-compliance notice to BingX Limited on 1 October 2025. These are authorisation and anti-money-laundering findings, not findings of fraud.
BingX Limited and the Operating Companies
BingX works through several companies. Nieve Cruz PA Corporation, registered in Panama on 11 March 2025, is the party to the customer agreement, and WIKILIX confirmed its Panama registry record. Bingmex Limited of Ebene, Mauritius provides the MetaTrader 5 CFD service and holds the FSC Mauritius licence. Bingmex Global Technology Limited provides the tokenised stocks in the BingX Stocks and xStocks zones, and trades there are made directly with it. StellarExchange Pty Ltd in Australia supports fiat services. BingX Limited, with an address in Road Town, British Virgin Islands, is the name used in the Indian notice of October 2025; WIKILIX did not find it named on the current BingX site.
Is BingX Safe?
BingX is a large, working platform. It publishes its fee schedules, says it holds 100% proof of reserves, and says its Shield Fund exceeds 150 million USD. Against that, the main exchange has no named licence, its contracting company was registered only in March 2025, and authorities in Spain, Malaysia and India have flagged it. Crypto balances have no regulator, ombudsman or compensation scheme behind them. The CFD account sits with a Mauritius-licensed company, but that licence comes with no investor compensation scheme comparable to those in the EU or UK.
BingX Account Types
BingX has no account tiers in the forex-broker sense. One BingX account holds several sub-accounts, including a main account and a CFD account, and funds move between them by internal transfer. The products are Spot, USDⓢ-M Perpetual Futures, Coin-M Perpetual Futures, USDC-M Perpetual Futures, Standard Futures, TradFi Perpetual Futures and CFD Futures. The CFD account is an MT5 live account with two trading modes. Zero fee mode charges no commission and builds the cost into a slightly wider spread. Ultra-low spread mode has tighter spreads and charges a low commission per lot. VIP levels lower the fee rate; they are not separate accounts.
BingX Spreads, Commissions and Fees
BingX charges VIP-tiered maker and taker fees. At VIP 0, spot costs 0.1000% maker and 0.1000% taker, and crypto perpetual futures cost 0.0200% maker and 0.0500% taker. At the top Supreme VIP level, spot falls to 0.0050% maker and 0.0200% taker, and perpetual futures to 0.0000% maker and 0.0250% taker. Standard futures charge a flat 0.0450% at every level. On the CFD account, zero fee mode builds the cost into the spread and ultra-low spread mode charges a commission per lot. Crypto deposits are free. Each crypto withdrawal pays a flat fee per coin and network, which BingX says can change with network congestion; USDT costs 1 on ERC20, 1.5 on TRC20 and 0.15 on BEP20. The withdrawal screen shows the fee and the amount that will arrive before the client confirms.
BingX Leverage
Leverage depends on the product, the symbol and the position size. On USDⓢ-M perpetual futures, BTCUSDT allows up to 150x for positions up to 300,000 USDT, and the cap falls as the position grows. Coin-M perpetual futures go up to 100x on BTCUSD and ETHUSD, and USDC-M perpetual futures launched in June 2024 with up to 125x. BingX says standard futures offer up to 150x on crypto and 500x on TradFi. The 1000x headline applies only to some TradFi perpetual futures, such as gold and silver, and on gold only for positions up to 500,000 USDT. CFD leverage on MetaTrader 5 is fixed for each instrument.
BingX Trading Platforms
BingX runs its own trading platform in the web browser and in the BingX app for iOS and Android (App Store, Google Play or APK). It carries spot, futures, TradFi, copy trading and trading bots. The CFD account runs on MetaTrader 5: the client gets an MT5 ID, connects the desktop terminal (Windows or macOS) or WebTrader to the Bingmex server, and can run Expert Advisors. A BingX account can also be linked to TradingView and traded from its charts. API access is documented separately on the BingX API documentation site.
BingX Deposits and Withdrawals
Crypto deposits are free, and each coin and network has its own minimum; BingX says a deposit below that minimum is neither credited nor returned. BingX says a crypto withdrawal takes about 10 to 120 minutes to confirm on the blockchain. Card purchases by Visa and Mastercard cost 3.50% for cards issued in the EU and 3.80% elsewhere, from 10 to 4,000 per transaction, and Apple Pay and Google Pay use the same Quick Buy flow. Cards and wallets are deposit-only, and assets bought with them are locked for 24 hours.
Fiat deposits are published at zero fee: SEPA and SEPA Instant in euro from 40 EUR, wire transfer in US dollars and SWIFT in Swiss francs from 50, PIX in Brazil from 10 BRL, SPEI in Mexico from 200 MXN (zero fee for a limited time), and BLIK in Poland. The US dollar and Swiss franc routes run through Legend Trading (Legend Financial Ireland Limited). Euro withdrawals by SEPA or SEPA Instant cost 0.035% plus 0.28 EUR, with SEPA taking 1 to 3 business days and SEPA Instant up to 24 hours. Peer-to-peer trading with merchants carries no BingX fee. The deposit routes are shown on the .
BingX Support
BingX support runs 24/7 by live chat on the website and in the app, and its help centre gives an average response time of 30 seconds. Clients can also leave a ticket in the chat window or email support@bingx.com. The site is published in 13 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Urdu and Traditional Chinese. BingX links official channels on X, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, Medium and YouTube.
BingX Pros and Cons
Wide product range in one account: spot, three kinds of perpetual futures, standard futures, copy trading, TradFi and CFDs.
Published VIP fee schedules, with free crypto deposits and spot fees falling to 0.0050% maker at the top tier.
Broad funding, including local bank rails in Europe, Brazil, Mexico and Poland, and published SEPA withdrawal fees.
Own web platform and mobile app, plus MetaTrader 5 and TradingView, with 24/7 live chat.
No licence named for the main exchange; only the MT5 CFD service sits with a Mauritius-licensed company.
Flagged by authorities in Spain, Malaysia and India.
The contracting company in Panama was registered only in March 2025.
Card purchases cost 3.50 to 3.80%, and card and wallet funds are locked for 24 hours.
Very high leverage, up to 1000x on some TradFi contracts.
BingX Review and Assessment
BingX is a large, working platform with published fee schedules and a wide product range. Its weak point is supervision. The crypto exchange is contracted through a young Panama company with no named licence, and authorities in Spain and Malaysia have said it is not authorised there. Only the MetaTrader 5 CFD service sits with a licensed company, under the Mauritius FSC. Before funding an account, a client should check which company holds the money for the product they plan to trade, and should not leave more on the platform than they can afford to have frozen.

How we know — 11 sources
1The refused countries come from two of the broker's sources. Its Disclaimer states that BingX has "decided not to seek nor accept customers from certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to" and then names them: Afghanistan, Burundi, Cambodia, Canada, Central African Republic, China (Mainland), Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Hong Kong SAR, Iran, Laos, Macau SAR, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Panama, Singapore, Somalia, United Kingdom, United States (including all U.S. Territories & Minor Outlying Islands), and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine - https://bingx.com/en/support/articles/360034028153
2Where the form and a document disagree the form decides, because it is what enforces onboarding. The "Where do you reside?" step at https://bingx.com/en/register offers a closed 202 entry residence selector. Each entry was selected in turn: 30 return "Sorry, we currently cannot provide services to users in this country/region." with the Create an Account button disabled, and 172 leave it enabled.
3The 30 the registration form refuses are the whole EEA plus the United Kingdom: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Of that group only the Netherlands and the United Kingdom are named in the Disclaimer, and the Netherlands is also missing from the selector, so all 31 are refused (https://bingx.com/en/register).
4Six jurisdictions the Disclaimer names are nevertheless accepted by the registration form: Central African Republic, Panama and Somalia, together with the US territories Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa. The form decides, so these are recorded as accepted rather than blocked. The disagreement is between https://bingx.com/en/register and https://bingx.com/en/support/articles/360034028153
5Dependent territories: the Disclaimer extends the United States block to "all U.S. Territories & Minor Outlying Islands" without naming them individually. Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the United States Minor Outlying Islands are not offered by the residence selector either, so they are treated as covered by the United States refusal (https://bingx.com/en/support/articles/360034028153).
6The accepted list is the 168 recognised countries and territories among the 172 entries the residence selector accepts. For each one, the Create an Account button stays enabled when it is selected. The same 202 entry selector and the same refusals appear on the referral registration flow at https://bingx.com/en/invite/ALFIA7H1U
7No country is attributed to the sanctions wording. The Customer Agreement asks users to warrant they are not on "any trade or economic sanctions lists", and the Risk Disclosure refers to "any restricted jurisdictions which are from time to time listed in US or international sanctions lists such as OFAC, FATF and others". Neither names a country, and the residence selector accepts Syria, Russia, Belarus, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, South Sudan, Yemen and Somalia, so neither adds a country (https://bingx.com/en/support/articles/360033286474 and https://bingx.com/en/support/articles/6466235809561).
8The Customer Agreement carries its own eligibility bar at clause 2: users must warrant that they "are not a U.S or Canada user" - https://bingx.com/en/support/articles/360033286474
9In neither list, because they are not current countries with an official code: "Ascension" and "Netheriands Antilles" as the selector spells them, Kosovo, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine that the Disclaimer names. Ukraine itself is accepted by the residence selector and is on the accepted list.
10BingX publishes no dedicated restricted countries page, and the help centre at https://bingx.com/en/support carries no restriction list. The Customer Agreement's pointer to "the Restricted Jurisdictions within our Disclaimer" was followed to the Disclaimer, where the list was found.
11Worth a reader's attention: the site publishes language variants for markets its own registration form refuses, including German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Romanian. A Persian locale is configured but not served, with /fa and /fa-ir redirecting to the English site on both bingx.com and bingx.pro, and the P2P funding page at https://fiat.bingx.com/en/p2p offers no Iranian rial rails.

BingX charges no deposit fee, and a deposit below the minimum for its coin and network is neither credited nor returned. Each withdrawal pays a flat fee set by the blockchain network, which BingX says can fluctuate with network congestion; the withdrawal screen shows the fee and the amount that will arrive before confirmation. BingX says a withdrawal takes about 10 to 120 minutes to be confirmed on the blockchain (withdrawal tutorial https://bingx.com/en/support/articles/11258095099407); deposit times are not published.

Assets bought with cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay are blocked from internal transfers during the 24 hour T+1 period. The zero fees shown here could not be confirmed on the site.

BingX CardDebit CardAn off-ramp rather than a deposit rail, and listed alongside the fiat services in the site's own Buy Crypto navigation. Applying normally costs 20 EUR, waived for a limited time as a launch promotion, and holding the card costs 1 EUR a month, deducted from the card balance on the 30th of each month at 20:00 UTC; missed monthly fees accumulate and are taken on next use. Neither charge is a per-transaction transfer fee, so the fee fields are left unset. Initially a euro Mastercard. A physical card is posted to the address given on application, typically within 45 working days. Transactions are protected by 3D Secure, a PIN and two-factor authentication.

Company Registration
The operating company is Nieve Cruz PA Corporation. Registered in Panama. Registration number Folio 155764276 (tax ID 155764276-2-2025).
BingX describes itself as a multi-asset trading platform and crypto exchange. It offers spot crypto trading, USDⓢ-M, Coin-M and USDC-M perpetual futures, standard futures, copy trading and trading bots. Its TradFi section adds perpetual futures on stocks, indices, metals, commodities and forex, CFD futures on MetaTrader 5, and tokenised stocks. BingX says it lists more than 1,100 trading pairs and more than 500 TradFi instruments.
The BingX exchange is contracted through Nieve Cruz PA Corporation, a Panama company registered with the Public Registry of Panama on 11 March 2025 (tax number 155764276-2-2025). The MetaTrader 5 CFD service is provided by Bingmex Limited of Ebene, Mauritius, which holds an Investment Dealer licence from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. Tokenised stocks in the BingX stock zones are provided by Bingmex Global Technology Limited, and fiat services are supported by StellarExchange Pty Ltd in Australia. BingX says it was founded in 2018.
The CFD account is an MT5 live account with two modes: zero fee mode, with no commission and a slightly wider spread, and ultra-low spread mode, with tighter spreads and a low commission per lot. VIP levels lower the fee rate; they are not separate accounts.
No. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are deposit only channels on BingX: they buy crypto and cannot be used to take money out. Assets bought through any of them are also subject to a 24 hour holding period, during which withdrawal, peer to peer selling, internal transfers and crypto gifts are blocked on the equivalent balance. To withdraw, clients use a crypto transfer, peer to peer selling or one of the fiat bank rails.
Each crypto withdrawal pays a flat fee per coin and network, which BingX says can change with network congestion. USDT costs 1 on Ethereum ERC20, 1.5 on Tron TRC20 and 0.15 on BNB Smart Chain BEP20, and the withdrawal screen shows the fee and the amount that will arrive before you confirm. Sending crypto to another BingX user by internal transfer is free. Euro withdrawals by SEPA or SEPA Instant cost 0.035 percent plus 0.28 EUR, with SEPA taking 1 to 3 business days and SEPA Instant up to 24 hours. Peer-to-peer selling carries no BingX fee.
BingX runs its own platform in the web browser and in the BingX app for iOS and Android. It also offers MetaTrader 5 for its CFD account: opening the account issues an MT5 ID, the desktop terminal (Windows or macOS) and WebTrader connect to the Bingmex server, and Expert Advisors are supported. A BingX account can be linked to TradingView and traded from its charts. API access is documented separately on the BingX API documentation site.
BingX charges VIP-tiered maker and taker fees. At VIP 0, spot costs 0.1000 percent as both maker and taker, crypto perpetual futures cost 0.0200 percent maker and 0.0500 percent taker, and standard futures are a flat 0.0450 percent at every level. At the top Supreme VIP level, spot falls to 0.0050 percent maker and 0.0200 percent taker, and perpetual futures to 0.0000 percent maker and 0.0250 percent taker. On the MT5 CFD account, zero fee mode builds the cost into a wider spread, and ultra-low spread mode charges a commission per lot. Crypto deposits are free, and crypto withdrawals carry a flat fee per coin and network.
BingX does not publish a single account minimum. What it publishes is a minimum per funding method: 40 EUR on SEPA and SEPA Instant, 50 USD by wire transfer, 50 CHF by SWIFT, 10 BRL on PIX in Brazil and 200 MXN on SPEI in Mexico, while card purchases run from 10 USD to 4,000 USD per transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits have their own minimum for each coin and network, for example 1 USDT on Ethereum ERC20 and Tron TRC20 and 0.1 USDT on BNB Smart Chain BEP20.
Yes, for most uses. An unverified BingX account cannot deposit and can withdraw up to 20,000 USDT in 24 hours. Basic verification allows cumulative deposits of 2,000 USDT with the same 20,000 USDT daily withdrawal limit. Advanced verification removes the deposit limit and raises withdrawals to 5,000,000 USDT in 24 hours. Peer-to-peer trading, fiat deposits and card purchases all require identity verification first.
BingX sets leverage per product, per symbol and per position size, so there is no single platform cap. USDⓢ-M perpetual futures allow up to 150x on BTCUSDT for positions up to 300,000 USDT, and the cap falls as the position grows. Coin-M perpetual futures go up to 100x on BTCUSD and ETHUSD, and USDC-M perpetual futures launched with up to 125x.
BingX funds accounts with cryptocurrency transfers, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, peer to peer trading, internal transfers between BingX accounts, and a range of local bank rails: SEPA and SEPA Instant in euro, SWIFT in Swiss francs, wire transfer in US dollars, PIX in Brazil, SPEI in Mexico and BLIK in Poland. A euro Mastercard is also offered as a way of spending a balance.
Fees vary sharply by channel. Crypto deposits are free and the bank rails are published at zero fee, although the Mexican SPEI waiver is described as limited time rather than standing. Cards are the expensive route at 3.50 percent on cards issued in the EU and 3.80 percent elsewhere. Peer to peer trading and internal transfers carry no transaction fee. Taking euro back out by SEPA or SEPA Instant costs 0.035 percent plus 0.28 EUR per withdrawal.
BingX names no licence for its main crypto exchange. The customer agreement is with Nieve Cruz PA Corporation, a company registered in Panama on 11 March 2025, and the BingX page on Panama documents only that company registration and its tax number. The CFD service on MetaTrader 5 is provided by a separate company, Bingmex Limited of Mauritius, which BingX calls the regulated entity for CFDs. The Financial Services Commission of Mauritius lists Bingmex Limited on its public register with an Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting) licence dated 29 February 2024. That licence covers the CFD account only. BingX also says its EU arm has applied for MiCA authorisation in Austria and has not received it yet. The Spanish CNMV and the Securities Commission Malaysia have listed BingX as not authorised in their countries.
