Reputation
8/10 · CriticalA regulator warning, Japanese legal and consumer publications documenting victim cases, and a sharply split review page with 38 percent one star ratings and an empty middle band.
Website claims
7/10 · HighPresents a Comoros registration as being authorised and regulated, and continues to advertise a licence whose recorded term expired in March 2025, though it publishes no fake awards, no invented founding year and a proper risk warning.

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
Two findings carry this verdict, and they come from completely different directions: a government regulator, and the clients themselves.
- A regulator has named this exact company. On 19 December 2025 Japan's Kanto Local Finance Bureau published a warning against Bullfxo Ltd of P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Comoros, for conducting financial instruments business without registration while soliciting over the counter derivatives online. The entity name, the address and the service name all match the company behind bullfxo.com exactly.
- Clients are being asked to pay more money to get their money back. This is the single most telling pattern in this field, and it appears here in three separate places. A reviewer in September 2026 describes a blocked login, an account placed under review, roughly 20,000 dollars unreachable, and support demanding further fees to unlock the account. A Japanese law firm that took client enquiries describes withdrawals met with sudden demands for margin, audit fees and taxes. A Japanese consumer publication records the same demand for fees and tax before release, with deposits escalating from about 27,000 yen into the hundreds of thousands.
- The regulatory claim does not mean what the site implies. Bullfxo states it is authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority. The Central Bank of the Comoros declared in June 2022, and again in December 2025, that structures of this kind issuing licences in the Comoros are fictitious, and banking and financial supervision belongs to the Union government alone. A Mwali registration is not financial regulation and protects no deposit.
- The licence it advertises has run past its recorded end date. The registrar's own verification record for BFX2024046 shows a term from 19 March 2024 to 19 March 2025, with no renewal shown, yet the site continues to present the licence as current.
- Solicitation continued after the warning. The Japanese language version of the site is still live and taking registrations, nine months after Japan acted.
- The address is a cluster. The Japanese notice itself records that this registered address is the same as, or closely resembles, that of eleven other operators it has warned, among them WM Markets Ltd, Trade Tide Ltd, Proxtrend Ltd and Fxonet Ltd. The bureau is explicit that any relationship between them is unknown, so we record this as context rather than proof of common ownership.
The operating history is short and gives no offsetting record: the oldest domain dates from 30 January 2024, and the company cannot be older than its March 2024 registration, so this is an operation of about two and a half years. Because the Mwali company file carries no incorporation date, that figure is an upper bound resting mainly on the domain.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1Japan's Kanto Local Finance Bureau warned Bullfxo Ltd of P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Comoros on 19 December 2025 for conducting financial instruments business without registration while soliciting over the counter derivatives online, naming the service as Bullfxo.
E2Clients report that withdrawals were blocked and further payments were demanded to release funds. A September 2026 reviewer describes a blocked login, an account placed under review, about 20,000 dollars unreachable, and support demanding more fees to unlock the account.
Hard proofCustomer review page for bullfxo.comE3A Japanese law firm that received client enquiries about Bullfxo describes recruitment through social media advertising into messaging groups, an app showing profits that accumulate rapidly, and withdrawal attempts met with sudden demands for margin, audit fees and taxes. The firm reported the matter to the financial authorities in December 2025.
StrongART Law Office, JapanE4A Japanese consumer fraud publication naming bullfxo.com records the same mechanism independently: users told that fees and tax must be paid before withdrawal, deposits escalating from about 27,000 yen into the hundreds of thousands, and further payments justified by claims of hacking or money laundering suspicion.
E5The registrar's verification record for licence BFX2024046 shows a term from 19 March 2024 to 19 March 2025 with no renewal recorded, while the company continues to present the licence as current on its website.
E6The Central Bank of the Comoros declared in June 2022, republished in December 2025, that structures issuing financial licences in the Comoros such as the Mwali International Services Authority are fictitious and have no legal basis, since banking and financial supervision belongs to the Union government alone.
StrongFinance MagnatesE7The Japanese language version of the trading site remains live and open for registration in September 2026, nine months after Japan warned the company over soliciting Japanese residents.
E8The Japanese warning notice records that the registered address used by Bullfxo Ltd is the same as, or closely resembles, that of eleven other operators the bureau has warned, including WM Markets Ltd, Trade Tide Ltd, Proxtrend Ltd and Fxonet Ltd, while stating that any relationship between them is unknown.
E9The company's own legal page states that Bullfxo Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority under licence BFX2024046, with registration number HA00324745 and an address at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Comoros.
ModerateBullfxo legal pageE10The trading domain bullfxo.com was registered on 30 January 2024 and the corporate domain bullfxoltd.com on 5 April 2024, giving an operation of about two and a half years with no earlier trace.
E11The registrar's list of authorised brokerage companies carries Bullfxo Ltd at entry 180 with licence BFX2024046 dated 19 March 2024 against the website bullfxoltd.com, matching the company under review rather than any other firm, which rules out impersonation of a third party.
E12The registrar's record discloses a named chief executive and ultimate beneficial owner, Muhammed Sait Kilicarslan of Istanbul, Turkey, rather than concealing ownership behind nominees.
E13A sweep of the United Kingdom, Australian, United States, Singapore and Hong Kong warning lists and the IOSCO alerts network returned no entry naming Bullfxo or its domains, as at September 2026. Similarly named firms such as Bullexo and Bull Option are separate operations and were excluded.
E14The public review page shows 32 reviews averaging 3.5 out of 5, with 31 percent five star and 28 percent four star ratings praising the demo account, execution and interface, against 38 percent one star and almost nothing in the middle bands.
E15The trading site offers leveraged CFDs at up to 1:400 with a minimum deposit of 250 dollars, publishes a full CFD risk warning, and states that it does not serve the European Economic Area, the USA or British Columbia, while running English, French, Japanese, Turkish and Hindi versions.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The case against this broker should be read alongside the points in its favour, and there are real ones.
- It is not impersonating anyone. This matters, because most brokers that end up at this verdict are wearing another firm's credentials. Bullfxo is not. The registrar's record lists Bullfxo Ltd against bullfxoltd.com, the exact website the company operates, so the registration it advertises genuinely belongs to it.
- It discloses more ownership than most offshore shells. The register names a chief executive and an ultimate beneficial owner, with a city and country, rather than hiding behind nominees.
- The licence number is real. BFX2024046 exists on the registrar's own list and verification page. The problem is what the issuer is worth, not whether the number was invented.
- Only one authority has acted. We found no entry naming Bullfxo on the warning lists of the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, Singapore or Hong Kong, nor in the IOSCO alerts network. Japan is so far the only regulator on record.
- Not every customer reports harm. On the main review page a majority of ratings are four or five stars, praising the demo account, execution speed and the interface. We treat this cautiously, because the ratings split sharply between five star and one star with almost nothing in between, which is the shape a managed reputation usually takes, but we record it rather than dismiss it.
- The site is not making wild promises. It publishes a proper CFD risk warning, states that it gives no advice, and excludes the European Economic Area, the USA and British Columbia. We found no guaranteed profit language and no invented founding year.
None of this survives contact with the central finding. A disclosed owner and a genuine registration number do not answer a regulator's warning, and they do not answer clients being told to pay a fee before their own balance is released.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
We would revisit this verdict on any of the following, and we would want documents rather than assurances.
- Japan's Kanto Local Finance Bureau withdrawing or amending its 19 December 2025 warning against Bullfxo Ltd.
- Evidence that the withdrawal complaints are wrong: dated payment confirmations showing clients who were told to pay a release fee were instead paid out in full without one.
- A licence from an authority that actually supervises client money, such as Cyprus, Australia, the United Kingdom or South Africa, held by the entity that takes the deposits and verifiable on that regulator's own register.
- The Mwali registration being shown as renewed and current, with the site's claims matched to what the register says.
- An independently confirmed, staffed office and a named, contactable compliance function, rather than a shared registered agent address.
- Evidence that the operation has stopped soliciting residents of jurisdictions where it holds no permission, starting with the Japanese-language site.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is Bullfxo a scam?
We assess Bullfxo as a scam. Japan's Kanto Local Finance Bureau warned the company on 19 December 2025 for taking on Japanese clients without registration, and multiple clients report that withdrawals were blocked and extra payments were demanded before any money would be released. Its only credential comes from a Comoros body that the country's own central bank calls fictitious.
Is Bullfxo a fraud?
We do not state that as a legal fact, because no court has ruled on it. What we can say is that a Japanese regulator has formally warned this company for unregistered solicitation, and that we assess the risk of fraud as high. The conduct clients describe, money accepted and then held back behind further fee demands, is the pattern that matters most, and we would treat the platform as unsafe.
Is Bullfxo regulated?
Not in any meaningful sense. It holds registration BFX2024046 from the Mwali International Services Authority in the Comoros. The Central Bank of the Comoros stated in June 2022, and repeated in December 2025, that bodies of this kind issuing financial licences there are fictitious and have no legal basis. No genuine financial regulator supervises this operation.
Can I withdraw my money from Bullfxo?
Several clients report that they could not. The pattern described is a blocked login or an account placed under review, followed by demands for tax, audit or margin payments before the balance is released. One reviewer in September 2026 described roughly 20,000 dollars left unreachable this way. If you hold a balance, request it in writing now and keep all records.
Is my money safe with Bullfxo?
No. There is no supervisor, no segregation requirement you could enforce, and no compensation scheme. A Mwali registration gives you no protected route to recover funds. If the company stops responding, there is no authority in the Comoros that will make it pay you back.
Who owns Bullfxo?
The registrar's verification record names Muhammed Sait Kilicarslan of Istanbul, Turkey, as chief executive and ultimate beneficial owner of Bullfxo Ltd. That disclosure appears on the register rather than on the company's own website, which does not name any individual behind the business.
How old is Bullfxo?
About two and a half years. The domain bullfxo.com was registered on 30 January 2024 and bullfxoltd.com on 5 April 2024, and the Mwali registration was issued on 19 March 2024. The company publishes no founding year, and the Mwali company file shows no incorporation date, so its age cannot be more than the domains suggest.
What is a MISA licence actually worth?
Very little. The Mwali International Services Authority is a company registrar on an autonomous island, not a financial supervisor. It performs no meaningful oversight of trading, holds no client money protections and runs no compensation scheme. The Central Bank of the Comoros has publicly disavowed licences issued under that name.
Is Bullfxo a clone of another broker?
No, and this is one point in its favour. The Mwali register lists Bullfxo Ltd against bullfxoltd.com, the same website the company operates, so it is not wearing another firm's licence number or identity. Note that other brands with similar names, such as BullFx and Bullexo, are separate operations and their records do not belong to this company.
Why did Japan warn about Bullfxo?
On 19 December 2025 the Kanto Local Finance Bureau published a warning stating that Bullfxo Ltd, at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Comoros, was soliciting over the counter derivatives business online without the registration Japanese law requires. The bureau also recorded that this address matches that of eleven other operators it has warned, while noting that any relationship between them is unknown.
Bullfxo asked me to pay a tax or fee before withdrawing. Should I?
No. There is no legitimate arrangement in which a broker requires a separate payment from you before returning your own balance. Taxes are settled with your tax authority, not with a trading platform. Requests of this kind are the clearest sign that the money will not be returned, and paying will not change the outcome.
What should I do if I have already deposited with Bullfxo?
Stop sending money immediately, including any requested release fee. Put a full withdrawal request in writing and save the reply. Screenshot your account, balance and transaction history. Contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback or recall without delay, and report the matter to your national financial regulator.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Find the exact company that will hold your money, then look it up on that regulator's own register rather than on the broker's website. Confirm the licence is current, that it permits dealing rather than only advice, and that the entity name and website on the register match the site you are using. If the only credential comes from an offshore registrar, treat the deposit as money you could lose entirely.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Our advice is to keep your money out of this platform.
- Do not deposit. There is no supervisor standing behind this operation and no compensation scheme, so money sent here has no route home if it is withheld.
- Never pay a release fee. If you are told that tax, audit, margin, insurance or verification money is needed before a withdrawal, that payment will not free your balance. This is the core of the pattern reported here.
- If you already have funds there, act now. Request a full withdrawal in writing, keep every message, screenshot the account and the transaction history, and record names, dates and amounts.
- Go back through your payment provider. Card payments may be reversible through a chargeback, and bank transfers should be reported to your bank immediately. Speed matters more than anything else here.
- Report it. Tell the financial regulator in your own country. Clients in Japan can raise it with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau, which has already warned this company.
- Treat recovery offers as a second scam. Anyone who contacts you promising to recover these funds for an upfront fee should be ignored and reported.
- Check before the next one. Search the regulator's own register for the company that will actually hold your money, and confirm the licence covers dealing, is current, and names the same entity and website.
