Cyber Futures: BAPPEBTI licence 1295/BAPPEBTI/SP/7/2007

Yes. The registration flow offers a demo account alongside a live one, and login credentials are emailed after signup. The firm states new live account verification takes a maximum of two hours.

WIKILIX found no evidence of fraud, and several things point away from it: a genuine registered Indonesian company at a verifiable Jakarta business address, segregated client accounts at three named Indonesian banks, an operating client area and a working support line. What WIKILIX could not do is confirm the regulatory permit the firm advertises, because no licence number is published. That is the central unresolved risk. Our verdict is high risk, unverified rather than scam.

The broker publishes no country policy at all: nothing in its terms, FAQ, privacy policy or footer names an accepted or a restricted jurisdiction, and its registration form has no country field. In practice the site, the client area and the funding rails are entirely Indonesian, so this is a domestic Indonesian offering. Absence of a stated block is not the same as acceptance, so contact the firm directly if you are outside Indonesia.

Standard Lot quotes spreads from 10 pips with a USD 5 per lot commission and a 1 lot minimum trade. Mini Lot quotes spreads from 20 pips with a USD 10 per lot commission and a 0.1 lot minimum trade. Both are wide compared with international retail pricing, and the smaller account is the more expensive of the two per unit traded.

The broker states a maximum of two business days from request to payment. WIKILIX has not independently tested that timeframe, and the broker publishes no withdrawal fee schedule, so ask what your bank and the firm will charge before you request a payment.

Bank transfer only. Deposits go to segregated company accounts held at BCA, CIMB Niaga and Mandiri in Jakarta, in Indonesian Rupiah or US dollars. The firm states it charges no transfer fee on deposits and that funds clear within a maximum of three business days. Withdrawals are requested through the client area or by email or telephone and are stated to be processed within a maximum of two business days. Money must arrive from a bank account held in your own name. There are no cards, e-wallets or crypto channels.

The firm states it offers around 20 currency pairs, Loco London gold, multilateral commodities including olein, and Hang Seng index products. Its FAQ notes that stock index trading is currently unavailable. There are no cryptocurrencies and no single-stock CFDs.

MetaTrader 4 only, published for Windows, Android and iOS. There is no MetaTrader 5, no cTrader, no web terminal and no proprietary platform. Account administration is done separately through the firm's online client area.

1:200, and only 1:200. The firm's FAQ states this is the single ratio it is permitted to offer, so there is no higher or lower tier to choose. Leverage of that size can wipe out a USD 1,000 account on a small adverse move, so size positions accordingly.

USD 1,000. Both published live accounts, Standard Lot and Mini Lot, carry the same USD 1,000 minimum. That is high relative to most international retail brokers, which commonly start between USD 10 and USD 250.

The operating company is PT Cyber Futures, an Indonesian limited liability company at Menara Sudirman floor 22, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 60, Jakarta Selatan 12190. Its Indonesian business registration number is 8120414021685 and the entity is confirmed active on the Global LEI record 894500AJZZNJN5AXSE39. Beneficial ownership is not disclosed on the website.

Not verifiably. The broker's own site carries a Legalitas panel naming the Indonesian commodity futures regulator, the Jakarta Futures Exchange, the Indonesian futures clearing house and an industry association, and its privacy policy states the firm has held an official brokerage permit since 2004. But no licence number, licence type, issue date or expiry date is published anywhere on the site, and WIKILIX could not confirm the permit against an independent record in this review. Treat the regulatory status as claimed rather than established, and ask the firm for its permit number in writing before you deposit.
