Broker Summary
Summary of the broker
Cyber Futures, trading online as CFForex, is an Indonesian futures brokerage operated by PT Cyber Futures from Menara Sudirman in South Jakarta. Its own site states the firm has been in business since 2004 and that it operates under the Jakarta Futures Exchange and the Indonesian futures clearing house. The company exists as a real Indonesian limited liability company: its identity, address and Indonesian business registration number 8120414021685 are confirmed on the Global LEI record 894500AJZZNJN5AXSE39.
Regulation. The site displays a Legalitas panel naming the Indonesian commodity futures regulator, the Jakarta Futures Exchange, the clearing house and an industry association, and states the firm has held an official brokerage permit since 2004. It publishes no licence number, no licence type and no issue or expiry date, and WIKILIX was not able to confirm the permit against an independent record. Readers should treat the regulatory claim as unverified rather than established, and should ask the firm directly for its permit number before depositing.
What they offer. Around 20 currency pairs plus Loco London gold, multilateral commodities and Hang Seng index products. Stock index trading is described in the FAQ as currently unavailable. Leverage is fixed at 1:200, which the firm describes as the only ratio it is permitted to offer. Two live accounts are published, both requiring a USD 1,000 minimum deposit: Standard Lot (1 lot minimum trade, spread from 10 pips, USD 5 per lot commission) and Mini Lot (0.1 lot minimum trade, spread from 20 pips, USD 10 per lot commission). Those spreads are wide by international retail standards, though they are quoted in the pip convention Indonesian futures brokers use. A demo account is available.
Platform and funding. MetaTrader 4 only, for Windows, Android and iOS. Funding is by bank transfer only to segregated company accounts at BCA, CIMB Niaga and Mandiri, in Rupiah or US dollars. The firm states it charges no deposit transfer fee, that deposits clear within a maximum of three business days and that withdrawals are processed within a maximum of two business days. Money must arrive from a bank account in the client's own name. There are no cards, e-wallets or crypto channels.
Support. Telephone and email from Jakarta, Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00, plus an online client area. There is no live chat, and the site and client area are published in Indonesian only.
Who it suits, and the caveats. This is a domestic Indonesian futures broker rather than an international retail CFD house, and it reads that way: local bank rails, local language, local hours, a single platform and one leverage setting. It may suit an Indonesian resident who wants a locally domiciled counterparty with segregated bank accounts. Against that: the regulatory permit is claimed but not evidenced with a number, the minimum deposit of USD 1,000 is high, spreads are wide, there is no international funding channel, and a former brand domain associated with the firm no longer resolves. Anyone outside Indonesia has little reason to choose it, and anyone inside Indonesia should verify the permit number with the firm and with the regulator before funding an account.

Country availability
Where Cyber Futures says it will and won't take clients
No country restrictions on record. We looked and found nothing published — which is not the same as being open to everyone. Check Cyber Futures's terms.
How we know
- 1Terms and conditions (http://cfforex.com/termsofuse.html) were read in full: the document covers deposit procedure and official communication channels only and names no restricted or prohibited jurisdiction.
- 2No dedicated countries page is published; the site is a small static set of pages and no accepted or restricted countries page exists on any candidate path.
- 3The registration form at https://clientarea.cfforex.com/auth/register was opened and its fields read. It contains no country selector at all: it asks for full name, email, password, place and date of birth, marital status, phone number and a referral code. No country list therefore exists to accept or refuse a jurisdiction at onboarding.
- 4The FAQ (http://cfforex.com/faq.html) and the privacy and security policy (http://cfforex.com/privacyandsecurity.html) were read: neither states a jurisdictional restriction. The FAQ requires deposits to arrive from a bank account in the client's own name and accepts Rupiah and US dollars, but names no country.
- 5The footer risk warning names no jurisdiction the site is not directed at. The site is published in Indonesian only, with no language variants, which points to a domestic Indonesian client base without stating a restriction.
- 6No code was written to any list: the broker publishes no country policy, and absence of a stated block is never treated as acceptance.
Recorded by WIKILIX research, not published by the broker, and not a guarantee. A country listed nowhere above is not thereby accepted — check Cyber Futures's own terms before you open an account.
