DB Investing is the trading brand of DB Invest Limited, a Seychelles-registered securities dealer operating under DB Group Holding Limited, a financial services holding company registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Founded in 2018, the group obtained its first licence from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) in 2020 and has since added regional entities in the UAE, Mauritius and Canada.

Regulation

DB Invest Limited holds licence SD053 from the Seychelles FSA, an offshore, low-tier authority. Two group affiliates hold further authorisations that are often mistaken for full brokerage licences: DBInvest Financial Services LLC holds a Category 5 licence (No. 20200000197) from the UAE Capital Market Authority that is limited to Introduction and Promotion only and is not authorised to provide brokerage services or execute client trades, and DB Pay Ltd holds a FINTRAC money-services-business registration (No. M22286159) in Canada that covers currency and crypto-asset exchange, not brokerage. A fourth affiliate, DB Invest (MY) Limited, is registered as an Investment Dealer with the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (licence GB25204845). None of these authorities are top-tier regulators, and clients should weigh the offshore nature of the group's primary licence accordingly.

Accounts and trading conditions

DB Investing offers Standard, Raw, Pro and Cent account tiers on MetaTrader 5, each with a swap-free option. The Standard account has a $20 minimum deposit, spreads from 1.0 pip and no commission; the Raw account has a $20 minimum deposit, spreads from 0.0 and a $3 per side commission; the Pro account requires a $5,000 minimum deposit, spreads from 0.0 and a $1.50 per side commission; and the Cent account requires around $10 (1,000 USC), with $0 commission. Leverage is tiered by position size, reaching up to 1:3000 on the smallest trades and stepping down to 1:50 above 50 lots.

Funding and support

Deposits and withdrawals are supported via cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, e-wallets (including PayPal and Skrill), and crypto payments, with no deposit or withdrawal fees stated in most cases; the company advises that withdrawals must generally use the same method as the deposit. Who it suits and caveats

DB Investing may suit traders who prioritise low entry deposits, tiered leverage and a broad account range, but the group's core licence is an offshore one and two of its four cited authorisations do not cover brokerage or trade execution at all. Traders should treat the regulatory picture as mixed rather than robust, and note that DB Investing's own terms state it does not onboard residents of the European Union, the United States, or other jurisdictions where such services would be unlawful.
