What DeltaFX legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by DeltaFX itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

DeltaFX names 18 legal documents on its legal page and publishes one of them. Nothing it publishes tells you how or when you can withdraw your money. The one contract it does publish lets DeltaFX delete your stop loss and suspend your account on suspicion. You have no right to object, and it can change the terms without telling you.

The numbers in this contractFigures taken from this broker's own clauses, so the labels differ from broker to broker. The four in the panel above are the same on every report.

What the documents say

16 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from DeltaFX's own files

01

DeltaFX lists 18 legal documents on its legal page and puts a file behind exactly one, the DeltaFix account agreement. The 17 with no file include the risk disclosure, the KYC and AML policies, the privacy policy and both bonus documents.

Why this matters

No document DeltaFX publishes says how you withdraw your money, how long it takes, or when it can be refused. The withdrawal rules you do get sit on a page DeltaFX says it can change without notice.

All clients are encouraged to carefully review our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure before engaging in trading activities.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client terms of business, a costs disclosure and a complaints procedure before trading. DeltaFX names those documents and publishes none of them.

DeltaFX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingA legal page that names documents and links none of them is unusual. The titles create the impression of a full rulebook while the only text a client can read is an 11 page account specification.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 5No published withdrawal terms, and no right to object, leaves a client with nothing to point at.
  • Worse together with Exhibit 7The withdrawal hours and the payout fee appear only on the page DeltaFX reserves the right to rewrite without notice.
02

If DeltaFX decides you are misusing gaps in the market, the agreement lets it take the resulting profit back out of your account. It can also refuse to pay profit from trades it excludes, and it can do this without telling you.

Why this matters

A gap is an ordinary market event, and the contract never defines what misusing one means. DeltaFX decides, takes the money, and owes you no warning first.

Exhibit 2CriticalHarder than usual

If the company realizes that the customer is misusing the gaps in the market, it can deduct the resulting profit from the customer's account.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC may cancel a trade for clear error or proven market abuse, and must tell the client the basis. This contract sets no test and requires no notice.

DeltaFX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 5DeltaFX takes the profit under one clause, and another removes your right to object to it.
03

DeltaFX tells visitors their trades open and close with no slippage, at exactly the same ask price. The DeltaFix agreement lists slippage as active on the account and names stop loss and take profit orders among the places it happens.

Why this matters

Slippage means you are filled at a worse price than the one you asked for. You are sold a promise that your losses cannot widen on execution, while the contract you sign says they can.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual

Slippage occurs in Market Order, Stop Loss (S / L), Take Profit (T / P), and Pending Orders.

DeltaFX can suspend your account, or several of your accounts, if it suspects you for any reason. It says it is not responsible for what that costs you, and that you will not have the right to object.

Why this matters

Your money sits inside the account being suspended, and the contract gives you no complaint route, no deadline for the review and no appeal. No document DeltaFX publishes sets out how to dispute anything it decides.

If the company suspects the customer (for any reason), it will be able to suspend the customer's account or accounts for some time at the company's discretion, and the company will not be responsible for the possible losses of the customer,

DeltaFX charges $4 for every Tether withdrawal on the BEP20 network, and states it only in an FAQ answer. Its advantages page tells you that you can withdraw without paying any commission using cryptocurrency.

Why this matters

Every BEP20 payout costs you $4, whatever its size. Withdraw $50 at a time and the fee takes 8% of it, on a method DeltaFX advertises as commission free.

DeltaFX can delete your protective orders and change your leverage

The DeltaFix agreement lets DeltaFX's risk team delete a client's stop loss and take profit orders before the market opens, and remove pending orders after a holiday. It can change the leverage on an account without informing the customer, and accepts no liability for a loss that follows. A client the system labels an automatic scalper faces a slower platform, more slippage and wider spreads.

Control of your positions3 clauses flagged

DeltaFX can delete all of your take profit and stop loss orders, or some of them, before the market starts. It can also remove your pending orders after a holiday, and it does not have to tell you.

Why this matters

A stop loss is the order that closes a losing position before it grows. DeltaFX can remove yours at the moment it protects you most, the reopen after a weekend or holiday, when prices gap.

Exhibit 4CriticalRarely seen

Before the start of the market, the risk management team may delete all the Take Profit (TP) and /or Stop loss (SL) of orders or some of them due to certain market fluctuations.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), ASIC (Australia)

Firms licensed by the FCA or ASIC must handle client orders in the client's best interest and must not weaken a client's own risk controls. This contract lets DeltaFX delete them at its own judgement.

DeltaFX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingBrokers commonly widen spreads or raise margin around a gap. A clause letting the firm delete the client's own protective orders shifts the gap risk onto the client and removes the tool they chose to limit it.

DeltaFX advertises leverage up to 1:400, which is borrowed exposure on top of your deposit. The agreement lets it change the leverage on your account without informing you, and says it carries no responsibility for a loss that follows.

Why this matters

Cutting your leverage shrinks the position your balance can support, which can force your open trades closed. DeltaFX owes you no warning and accepts no liability for the result.

If DeltaFX systems label your account an automatic scalper, the agreement lists what may follow: a slower trading platform, requotes during execution, increased slippage, more commission and wider spreads.

The advantages page promises what the agreement withholds

Three claims on DeltaFX's own pages do not survive its own contract. It advertises trading without a single pip of slippage while the DeltaFix specification marks slippage as active. It advertises accounts with no overnight swaps while the agreement caps swap free at 10 days. It advertises a $10 account opening while its FAQ sets the first deposit at $50.

Promise against contract1 clause flagged

DeltaFX advertises that you can open a real trading account by depositing only $10. Its own FAQ puts the first deposit at $50, and the DeltaFix agreement sets a minimum deposit of $200.

Why this matters

A $4 payout fee, a ten day swap window, and a commission you have to ask for

DeltaFX charges $4 for every Tether withdrawal on the BEP20 network, and states it only in an FAQ answer while advertising commission free crypto payouts. The Islamic swap free account runs 10 days before DeltaFX may add charges without prior notice. The DeltaFix commission has no published rate at all: the agreement tells clients to contact the support department to find out what they pay.

DeltaFX advertises that all of its accounts are without overnight swaps. The DeltaFix agreement gives you swap free for 10 days, then lets DeltaFX add commission charges on positions held longer, with no prior notice.

Bonus profit only counts from trades held five minutes

DeltaFX releases bonus profit only on trades that stay open at least five minutes and close at least 5 pips in profit. That condition appears in an FAQ answer, and DeltaFX publishes neither of the two bonus documents its legal page lists. A rule that decides whether a client is paid sits outside every contract it publishes.

Bonus release1 clause flagged

To withdraw profit you earned with a DeltaFX bonus, each trade must stay open at least five minutes and end at least 5 pips in profit. DeltaFX states this only in an FAQ answer, and publishes neither bonus document its legal page names.

Why this matters

A trade you closed in four minutes, or one that made four pips, does not count towards releasing your bonus profit. The rule that decides whether you get paid sits in no contract at all.

Clause 5.6 of the DeltaFix agreement records only the ask price in the platform's chart history and does not save the bid. Clause 5.4 closes every buy position at that unsaved bid price. DeltaFX publishes no conflict of interest policy and names no outside benchmark, so its own feed is the only reference a client could argue against.

Price records1 clause flagged

DeltaFX records only the ask price in the trading platform's chart history and does not save the bid price. Your buy positions are closed at the bid, so the price that closed them is never kept in the chart.

Why this matters

If you want to challenge the price that stopped you out, the record you would need was never saved. DeltaFX publishes no conflict of interest policy, so its own feed is the only reference.

DeltaFX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingKeeping one side of a two sided price is unusual to state in writing. A buy closes at the bid, so discarding the bid removes the evidence for the half of the dispute a client is most likely to raise.

One of the two registrations DeltaFX names licenses nothing

DeltaFX advertises regulation by international bodies, and its own footer explains that its Saint Lucia licence confirms brokerage services need no separate licence there. DeltaFX Partnership

DeltaFX's own documents give three different homes for the company you contract with. The account agreement names a registered office in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. It then relies on an International Business Companies Act at Chapter 149 of the Revised Laws, 2009. The website footer registers DeltaFX Partnership in Saint Lucia under number 2024-00024. The licence DeltaFX advertises comes from the Finance Authority of Anjouan, Comoros, numbered L16182/DFX. Its FAQ says the global headquarters are in the United Kingdom, and the agreement prints a London head office address. No document we read names a governing law or a court.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

DeltaFX sets no daily withdrawal limit and says so plainly. It refuses payouts to a third party's bank account, which protects you if someone takes over your login. You can lock withdrawals to a whitelist of your own accounts. Its FAQ states the withdrawal hours and the Tether network fee as plain numbers, which many offshore brokers leave unsaid. The account agreement also explains leverage and spread in words a beginner can follow.

DeltaFX publishes one legal file, the DeltaFix Account Agreement, and we read it as far as its text carried. We could not confirm we had reached its end, so we do not report how deep in the document each clause sits. The other 17 documents its legal page names have no file behind them, so nobody could read them. Those include the Account Opening Agreement, the risk disclosure, the order execution and leverage policies, the KYC and AML policies, the privacy policy, the copy trading agreement and both bonus documents. We read DeltaFX's marketing pages, its FAQ and its legal page from dated copies of its own site, and every quotation credited to those pages comes from the copies we opened. Two older account opening agreements from 2023 and 2024 still sit on DeltaFX's own file paths, and we did not read either.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the DeltaFX file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document DeltaFX publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge DeltaFX on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 10, 2026.

If you represent DeltaFX and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.
