We checked DXtrade on 2026-10-26 across its company record, client terms, trading offer and service, and could verify 80% of its record. No retail score applies because our investigation found it is not a broker. What would move the score: withdrawal rails, pricing disclosed per account type, all-in eurusd cost. Our published investigation found it is not a broker, with 23.2 years of track record. Its client terms carry moderate risk, with 2 critical clauses.

DXtrade is a platform, not a broker. Devexperts Solutions IE Limited sells it to brokers and prop firms, and your money stays with whichever one you signed up to. The agreement that binds you to the platform is not on the legal page. It sends every dispute to three arbitrators in London and bars group claims. A clause added in 2024 lets Devexperts cut your access over what it believes about your broker. Its own terms publish two different company numbers for the company.

DXtrade Broker Overview
DXtrade is a multi asset trading platform published by Devexperts Solutions IE Limited, an Irish registered software company that also owns the Devexperts and dxFeed trademarks. It is not a brokerage. The platform is licensed to banks, brokerages, wealth managers and proprietary trading firms, which run it under their own brand and their own regulatory permissions, and the footer of states that Devexperts is a software business that does not provide investment advice or brokerage services.
Because of that model, the figures a trader normally compares between brokers do not exist at this level. Devexperts Solutions IE Limited publishes no account tiers, no minimum deposit, no spreads and no leverage caps, and it holds no client funds. Those terms are set by whichever licensed firm a trader actually opens an account with.
DXtrade Regulation and License
No financial licence is recorded for Devexperts Solutions IE Limited, and the company does not claim one. There is no regulator, licence number or jurisdiction of supervision to report, which is consistent with a software vendor rather than an operator. A platform provider that neither takes deposits nor executes client orders on its own account is not the party a markets regulator authorises.
What does exist is a company registration. The entity is recorded as an Irish company under number 720583. A company registration proves only that a company exists. It is not financial regulation, it confers no client protection, and this review did not confirm the number against the Irish company register.
Is DXtrade Regulated?
No. DXtrade carries no confirmed financial regulation, because the company behind it supplies software and does not act as a broker. The regulation that matters to a trader using a DXtrade terminal is the licence held by the broker whose name is on the account, and that has to be checked against that broker's own regulator rather than against the platform.
Devexperts Solutions IE Limited
Devexperts Solutions IE Limited is the legal company behind the DXtrade brand, and the copyright and trademark notice on its website covers Devexperts, DXtrade and dxFeed together. The company is registered in Ireland, and the operation publishes contact addresses in several countries, including Dublin, Munich, Sofia, Singapore and Jersey City in the United States.
The website also carries a warning worth repeating. The company states that DXtrade is available only through the official channels listed on its own site, and that other websites or channels offering DXtrade solutions are neither endorsed by nor the responsibility of Devexperts. Anyone approached by a firm trading on the DXtrade name should treat that statement as the test.
Is DXtrade Safe?
DXtrade is not where the risk sits, so safety is the wrong question to ask of the platform on its own. The company identifies itself openly, publishes a registration number and states that it holds no client money, so frozen withdrawals and missing deposits, the usual failure modes of an unregulated broker, are not outcomes this entity is in a position to cause.
The exposure sits one step away. A trader's money is held by the licensed firm that licensed the platform, and the quality of those firms varies widely. A familiar and well built terminal says nothing about the solvency, the regulation or the withdrawal record of the company behind the account.
DXtrade Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Devexperts Solutions IE Limited publishes no spreads, no commission schedule, no minimum deposit and no leverage limits. That is not a gap in the research. Pricing, margin and account tiers in DXtrade are configuration, so the licensing broker sets spreads and markups per instrument and per client group, and its own regulator caps the leverage it may offer. Two brokers running identical DXtrade terminals can charge entirely different amounts for the same trade.
DXtrade Trading Platforms
DXtrade is sold in distinct product lines. DXtrade CFD covers FX, CFDs, spread bets and spot and margin crypto. DXtrade XT covers stocks, options, futures, mutual funds and bonds. A separate prop trading configuration is offered to proprietary trading firms. The terminals run in the browser and as mobile apps for iOS and Android, and brokers can present them under their own branding.
TradingView is integrated rather than merely linked. Brokers licensing DXtrade can place TradingView charts in the web terminal and in the mobile apps, and DXtrade can act as the execution backend for brokers whose clients trade from TradingView itself. A separate site at carries the optional extensions, including client support and AI assistance components.
DXtrade Deposits and Withdrawals
Devexperts Solutions IE Limited operates no cashier and holds no client funds, so there is no DXtrade deposit or withdrawal in the ordinary sense. What the platform supplies is the plumbing. Crypto deposits are supported out of the box through BitGo, and B2BinPay is integrated with the Client Portal as a custodian for crypto deposits, withdrawals and fund management.
Everything a trader sees is the licensing broker's. Brokers upload and display their own deposit and withdrawal instructions for each currency, fiat or crypto, and a withdrawal request is reviewed and then approved or rejected by an administrator in that broker's Client Portal. No fees, limits or processing times are published for any channel at the platform level, so the broker's own published terms are what govern.
DXtrade Support
Support from Devexperts Solutions IE Limited goes to the institutions licensing the platform rather than to their traders. The company offers live chat during business hours, publishes regional telephone numbers for several of its offices and works in English, the site itself is published in English and Spanish, and there is a short question and answer section aimed at traders newly onboarded onto a DXtrade terminal. A trader with a problem on a live account is still a client of the broker, and the broker is who has to answer.
DXtrade Pros and Cons
On the positive side, the operator is openly identified, with a named Irish company, a published registration number and a public trademark position across Devexperts, DXtrade and dxFeed. The product line is genuinely multi asset, TradingView is integrated into the terminals, and the company is unambiguous in public about not being a broker.
Against that, there is no financial regulation and no client protection at this level, and nothing about trading cost, leverage or withdrawal reliability can be read off the DXtrade name. The platform's reach also creates the risk the company itself warns about, because an unlicensed operator can advertise a familiar DXtrade terminal to borrow credibility it has not earned.
DXtrade Review and Assessment
DXtrade is best understood as infrastructure rather than as a broker. A trader who sees the name on a terminal should know what it does and does not tell them. Devexperts Solutions IE Limited supplies the software. It is registered in Ireland, holds no financial licence, takes no deposits and sets none of the commercial terms a trader pays.
The practical step is simple. Before funding an account on a DXtrade platform, verify the broker whose name is on the account against the register of the regulator it claims, and confirm that the site offering the platform is one of the official channels listed on dx.trade. The platform is not the counterparty, and it offers no recourse if the counterparty fails.

How we know — 8 sources
1No country policy is published on this site, because the operator does not onboard trading clients. The Traders' FAQ states "Devexperts is not a broker, and does not provide any services to traders" and that the demo account offered here "is not for traders. It is a service designed for brokers and prop firms to trial the DXtrade software" (https://dx.trade/traders-faq/). All four lists are therefore recorded as empty: no jurisdiction is named as refused, and none is named as accepted, anywhere on the site.
2Client agreement and terms: https://dx.trade/terms-of-use/ holds no eligibility or restricted-jurisdiction clause and states "Our Site is aimed to Brokers and not Consumers"; its only jurisdiction wording is the governing law of England and Wales. The DXtrade Platform End User License Agreement at https://dx.trade/end-user-agreement/ grants a "non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferrable, worldwide, term-limited right to Access the Platform in accordance with the terms and conditions set between You and Your Broker", and its "Restrictions" clause covers software use only (reverse engineering, transfer, misuse), naming no country. No /terms, /terms-and-conditions, /legal, /client-agreement or /documents path is served.
3No dedicated countries page exists: /restricted-countries, /prohibited-countries, /accepted-countries and /where-we-operate are not served, the site's own page index at https://dx.trade/page-sitemap.xml lists 52 pages and none is a countries or restrictions page, and a site search for "restricted countries" (https://dx.trade/?s=restricted+countries) returns one editorial article and no policy page.
4There is no client signup form, so there is no onboarding country list to read. The only form on the site is the business demo request at https://dx.trade/request-a-demo/, whose fields are first and last name, company website, phone dialling code, phone, email and company name; the dialling code is a free-text box, and the form offers no country selector and loads no country list behind it. The demo portal at https://demo.dx.trade/ is a username and password login with no registration form.
5No AML or KYC policy, no deposit or withdrawal page and no partner or introducing-broker terms are published, consistent with a company that handles no client money: https://dx.trade/partners/ is a directory of technology, clearing and liquidity partners and carries no terms document, and https://dx.trade/dxtrade-privacy-policy/ carries only data-protection transfer wording with no onboarding restriction.
6The standing footer disclaimer excludes no market: every page carries "DXtrade is only available through the official channels listed on this website" and "Devexperts is a software business that provides software products and services. Devexperts does not provide any investment advice or brokerage services". The site publishes English and Spanish only (https://dx.trade/es/).
7Iran is neither accepted nor refused. The site's own search for "Iran" (https://dx.trade/?s=Iran) returns no results, no page mentions Iran, rial or local-exchange funding rails, and the site publishes no Persian-language variant, partner page or registration flow; the only locale variant published is Spanish.
8No regulator filing was read for this section, and a filing could not set a block in any event, since it states permitted rather than refused jurisdictions. The operator describes itself on https://dx.trade/terms-of-use/ as a software business whose site is aimed at brokers and not consumers.

CryptocurrenciesCryptocurrencyThis is a capability of the DXtrade software that a licensing broker switches on, not a cashier operated by Devexperts, which states it is a software business and provides no services to traders and holds no client funds. Crypto deposits are powered by BitGo out of the box; B2BinPay is additionally integrated with the Client Portal as a custodian for crypto deposits, withdrawals and fund management (https://dx.trade/news/dxtrade-multi-asset-trading-platform-april-updates/). Brokers upload and display their own sets of deposit and withdrawal instructions per currency, fiat or crypto, and a withdrawal request is reviewed and then approved or rejected by the Client Portal admin, so the stored instant processing bucket is not a figure the site publishes. Cash accounts, labelled SPOT, exchange assets without leverage. No fees, limits or processing times are published for any channel.

Through your broker, not through DXtrade. A withdrawal request made in the Client Portal is reviewed and then approved or rejected by an administrator at the broker, using the withdrawal instructions that broker publishes for each currency. No processing times, limits or fees are published at platform level, so the broker's own terms govern how long it takes.
Yes. Brokers licensing DXtrade can offer TradingView charts inside the web terminal and the mobile apps, and DXtrade can also act as the execution backend for brokers whose clients trade from TradingView itself. Whether you get it on a particular account depends on what your broker has enabled.
That depends on the product line the broker licensed. DXtrade CFD covers FX, CFDs, spread bets and spot and margin crypto, while DXtrade XT covers stocks, options, futures, mutual funds and bonds. A given broker will usually enable only part of that range, so the tradable list on any particular DXtrade account is the broker's choice.
DXtrade publishes no leverage cap of its own. Leverage on a DXtrade terminal is set by the broker running it and limited by that broker's regulator, so the same platform can show very different caps in different jurisdictions. Check the figure against the broker's own documents rather than against the platform.
There is none at platform level. Devexperts Solutions IE Limited publishes no minimum deposit and no account tiers, because it takes no deposits. The minimum is whatever the broker licensing the platform requires, so expect it to differ from one DXtrade broker to the next.
Nothing on the record suggests that. The operator is openly named, publishes a company registration number and is explicit in public that it sells software rather than brokerage services, which is a very different profile from an anonymous operator. The real caution is secondhand use of the name: the company warns that DXtrade is available only through the official channels listed on its own site, and that other websites or channels offering DXtrade solutions are not endorsed by it. A recognisable terminal is not evidence that the firm offering it is legitimate.
No. Devexperts Solutions IE Limited sells software to firms and does not offer accounts to the public, take deposits or hold client funds. To trade on a DXtrade platform you open an account with a broker that licenses it, and that broker's own terms, regulation and protections are the ones that apply to you.
DXtrade belongs to Devexperts Solutions IE Limited, an Irish registered company that also holds the Devexperts and dxFeed trademarks. The company gives its registration number as 720583 and publishes contact addresses in several countries, including Dublin, Munich, Sofia, Singapore and Jersey City in the United States. This review did not confirm that registration against the Irish company register.
DXtrade is a trading platform, not a broker. It is multi asset trading software published by Devexperts Solutions IE Limited and licensed to banks, brokerages, wealth managers and proprietary trading firms, which run it under their own brand. If you are trading on a DXtrade terminal, your counterparty is the firm whose name is on the account, not DXtrade.
DXtrade provides multi-asset trading platform technology for brokers and prop firms. The platform supports web and mobile access, customizable branded apps, advanced charting, and risk-management tools.
Devexperts Solutions IE Limited offers live chat during business hours, publishes regional telephone numbers for several of its offices and works in English. That support is aimed at the institutions licensing the platform rather than at their traders, and the company states it provides no services to traders. A trader with a problem on a live account is a client of the broker, so the broker is who has to answer.
DXtrade sets no trading costs at all. It publishes no spreads, no commission schedule and no minimum deposit, because pricing in the platform is configuration: the broker licensing it sets spreads and markups per instrument and per client group. Two brokers running identical DXtrade terminals can charge different amounts for the same trade, so the cost question has to be put to the broker.
None of its own. Devexperts Solutions IE Limited operates no cashier and holds no client funds, so deposits and withdrawals are handled by the broker licensing the platform, using the payment instructions that broker uploads for each currency. At platform level the only funding rail on record is cryptocurrency, supported out of the box through BitGo, with B2BinPay integrated into the Client Portal as a custodian. No fees, limits or processing times are published for any channel.
No, and it is not a broker either. DXtrade is trading platform software published by Devexperts Solutions IE Limited, which holds no financial licence and states on its own site that it is a software business providing no investment advice or brokerage services. The company is registered in Ireland under company number 720583, but a company registration is not financial regulation and confers no client protection. The licence that matters is the one held by the broker whose name is on your account.
