Eliprime

Eliprime is the trading name of Eliprime Finance Limited, a Seychelles company registered with the Seychelles Business Registry under number 8429443-1 and holding Securities Dealer Licence SD 081 from the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles. Its registered office is Suite 18, Third Floor, Vairam Building, Providence, Mahé, Seychelles.

Eliprime is not a conventional retail broker. Its own site describes an execution-only, business-to-business liquidity service aimed at institutional brokers, professional counterparties and eligible retail clients. The company states plainly that it provides no investment advice, no managed accounts and no discretionary trading.

What it offers. Aggregated multi-venue pricing across more than 80 FX pairs, spot gold and silver, crypto CFDs, global indices, energy and commodities, routed through a straight-through-processing bridge with no dealing desk. Infrastructure is described as hosted in Equinix data centres for low-latency routing, with smart order routing and VWAP execution logic on larger tickets. Pricing is described as volume-based with no hidden platform fees, though no public rate card, spread table or commission schedule is published.

What it does not publish. There are no retail account tiers, no minimum deposit, no leverage figures, no trading platform downloads and no deposit or withdrawal methods anywhere on the site. Onboarding runs through email contact and a KYC/AML process rather than an online sign-up. Anyone expecting to open a personal trading account here should understand that this is not the service on offer.

Honest caveats. The Seychelles FSA is an offshore, low-tier supervisor: it authorises the dealing activity but offers no compensation scheme, no client-money insurance and limited practical recourse compared with an onshore regulator. Eliprime's public disclosure is thin for a firm of this type, with no audited financials, no ownership disclosure, no telephone number and no published commercial terms. The company was incorporated in November 2020, so it has a relatively short operating history.

Who it suits. Licensed brokers and professional firms sourcing liquidity who can perform their own counterparty due diligence and negotiate terms directly. It does not suit retail traders looking for a regulated place to hold their own money.
