How the evidence adds up.
Errante clears the test that matters most for an online broker: the licences it advertises exist, they are current, and they belong to it rather than to someone else. What pulls the score to 56 is where it sells and what happens to some clients' profits.
- The licence check passes on every leg. The CySEC register entry for licence 383/20 names Notely Trading Ltd, gives company number 394425, a licence date of 3 February 2020, the phone number and support address the website publishes, and lists www.errante.eu as the approved domain. The Seychelles FSA register entry names Errante Securities (Seychelles) Limited as a Securities Dealer and prints errante.com, errante-global.com, errante.co and errante.io as its own websites. Nothing here is borrowed from another firm.
- Japan's regulator has named this exact company and website. The Financial Services Agency published it on 28 August 2025 as an unregistered entity soliciting over-the-counter derivatives online in Japan, citing the Seychelles address that errante.io's own footer still shows. The classification on the international alerts network is blunt: an unregistered or unlicensed entity offering financial products or services.
- That solicitation has not stopped. errante.io is served in Japanese, advertises Japanese-language support on weekday Japan hours, and omits Japan from its restricted list, while the Cyprus arm's own footer says Errante does not serve residents of Japan. The exclusion applies to the European company only.
- Ukraine's NSSMC lists the brand too. Its investor protection list records Errante at errante.com/ru/ under order 10/21/3139/K04 of 4 November 2025, and the alert record states that the firm offers financial services to Ukrainian consumers without an NSSMC licence and without being authorised by a licensee.
- The complaint pattern is about client money, and it repeats. Across one-star reviews from clients in Malaysia, Vietnam, France, Cyprus, Italy, Ukraine and Turkey, the same mechanism recurs: a winning position, then profits removed or withheld, justified as a breach of internal trading rules or a platform error. The reports carry checkable detail, including an MT4 account number, the 29 January 2026 gold move, and specific sums. That is a fund integrity pattern, not a complaint about spreads or support.
- One arm of the group sits outside both licences. errante.net states that services are provided by Errante Trading LLC and not by any affiliated entity, while the same page carries review quotations describing Errante as multi-regulated and saying that regulation by CySEC and the Seychelles FSA ensures robust compliance and security. A client who signs up there contracts with a company that holds no financial licence, and errante.net appears on neither register's list of approved or recorded websites.
- Scale claims outrun the visible footprint. The Chinese-language site advertises more than a million Errante traders. The public record shows 97 Trustpilot reviews and about 5,000 app downloads.
The arithmetic: regulation 6 and identity 5 and withdrawal complaints 7 each count double, reputation 6, website claims 6 and operational history 2 count once. That is 50 over 9, or 5.6 out of 10, giving 56 out of 100. No upward adjustment applies: the operation is about seven years old and has a substantial public footprint.

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The case for Errante is stronger than the headline number suggests.
- This is a real, supervised business, not a shell. Notely Trading Ltd has been on the Cyprus company register since 13 February 2019 and is listed as active. Its CySEC authorisation is not a token: it covers receipt and transmission of orders, execution, dealing on own account and portfolio management, with cross-border permissions in Austria, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain. The passporting list on Errante's own site matches the register exactly.
- European clients get real protections. As a Cyprus investment firm the company belongs to the Investor Compensation Fund, keeps client money separate from its own, and publishes the MiFID loss disclosure, currently stating that 49.38 percent of its retail accounts lose money. That is the opposite of how a scam presents itself.
- Neither of its own regulators has acted against it. We found no CySEC decision, fine, suspension or settlement naming Notely Trading, no Seychelles FSA action, and no entry on the FCA, ASIC, CONSOB, CNMV, BaFin or MAS warning lists.
- The two regulator listings are about permission, not theft. Both Japan and Ukraine classify Errante as an unregistered or unlicensed entity in their market. Neither alleges that client money was stolen, and dozens of genuine offshore-licensed brokers appear on lists like these for the same reason.
- Most clients report being paid. Trustpilot shows 4.4 out of 5 across 97 reviews, 73 of them five-star, with 65 posted in the last twelve months, and the firm replies to every negative review and invites clients to bring cases to its compliance team. The cTrader app carries 4.6 out of 5 across 160 reviews. Several reviewers specifically praise fast withdrawals and daily crypto payouts.
- The age claim is honest. Errante advertises 2019 and 2019 is what the records show. Many brokers in this risk band inflate their history; this one does not.
- Two caveats on the evidence against it. The five-star side of the Trustpilot distribution is driven by review invitations on a paid subscription, so the 4.4 should not be read as organic sentiment. And the recurring fund complaints are concentrated on a single review platform, which keeps that pattern strong rather than conclusive. One one-star review was posted by an account advertising a fund recovery service, and we discarded it.

Is the Seychelles FSA licence worth anything?
It is genuine but weak. A Seychelles Securities Dealer registration confirms that a real, vetted company exists and is permitted to deal in securities, and Errante is properly on that register. What it does not give you is the protection a European or Australian licence gives: no compensation scheme, far higher permitted leverage (up to 1:1000 through this arm), and limited practical recourse if you are in a dispute from another country.
Is Errante a clone of another broker?
No. On the registers, both licence numbers resolve to Errante's own companies, not to someone else's. The Cyprus register lists www.errante.eu as the approved domain, and the Seychelles register lists errante.com, errante.io, errante.co and errante-global.com as the licensee's own websites, with matching phone, email and address. That company holds no financial licence, and errante.net is not among the websites recorded on either regulator's register. The page nonetheless carries review quotations describing Errante as multi-regulated.
What should I check before depositing with Errante?
Four things. Which legal entity the client agreement names. Whether your country is on that site's restricted list. What the terms say about voiding profits and about dormant or inactivity fees, since both appear in complaints. And whether the licence covering your account actually includes a compensation scheme. Verify the licence yourself on the CySEC and Seychelles FSA registers rather than trusting a badge.
What do I do if Errante cancelled my profits or blocked my withdrawal?
Put the complaint in writing to the firm's compliance team with your account number, dates and amounts, and keep the reply. If your account is with Notely Trading Ltd, escalate to CySEC and then to the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman. - If you live in the European Economic Area, use errante.eu and nothing else. It is the only domain the CySEC licence covers.
- If you are in Japan, do not open an account. Japan's Financial Services Agency has named this firm as unregistered there, which means no local recourse if something goes wrong.
- Read the trading-rules clause before you trade size. The repeated complaint is profits being voided for an alleged rule breach. Ask the firm in writing, before depositing, what conduct voids profits and get the answer saved.
- Keep your own records. Save statements, ticket numbers and chat logs. The clients who got the furthest were the ones who could quote account numbers, dates and exact amounts.
- If profits were cancelled or a withdrawal is being held: file a written complaint with the firm's compliance team first.
