2 licences are on record for Errante. 2 have been checked against an official register.
Back to ErranteCounts of what is on record, not a rating. Each figure describes the register entries Wikilix holds and the checks it has run against them.
Errante has 2 licences on record with Wikilix, issued by 2 authorities across 2 jurisdictions. One of them was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority — the regimes with the strictest capital, reporting and client-money rules. We located 2 of 2 on the issuing authority’s own register.
One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.
The registers print these licences under Notely Trading Ltd, Errante Securities (Seychelles) Limited. Searching a register for the trading brand alone may return nothing — use the name above.

Each authority below publishes a register you can search. The name a register prints is often a separate legal entity, not the trading brand — search for the name given here.

It depends on the website you register through, and the brand is split across three companies. Errante Securities (Seychelles) Ltd, company number 8425493-1, is the entity this profile covers and operates errante.com together with the Japanese and Chinese language sites.
Notely Trading Ltd operates errante.eu under Cyprus licence 383/20, and Errante Trading LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and domiciled in Antigua and Barbuda, operates errante.net. Visitors from the European Economic Area who type the main address are redirected to the Cyprus site, so check the footer of whichever site you sign up on to confirm which company you are dealing with.
Errante states on its contact pages that its staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
One exception is published on its own site: Japanese language support runs Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 24:00 Japan time. The broker's pages are also not entirely consistent, with one footer describing support as 24 hours a day five days a week, so the round the clock claim is worth testing before you depend on it.
Errante's own support widget offers 14 languages: English, Arabic, Bosnian, Chinese, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Malay, Persian, Portuguese, Serbian, Spanish, Thai and Vietnamese.
The broker runs separate websites for Japanese and Chinese speaking clients. Not every language is necessarily staffed at the same hours, so it is worth checking cover for your own language before you rely on it.
Errante publishes a support telephone number on +44 203 519 4635, an email address at support@errante.com, and a contact form on its contact page. A live chat window and a WhatsApp channel on that same number both load on the contact page, and the broker also runs a Facebook Messenger channel.
Clients in Japan are directed to a separate address, supportjp@errante.com.
Errante offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader and TradingView. All four are listed on the broker's own websites, alongside a copy trading service and MAM and PAMM account management aimed at money managers.
Errante Securities (Seychelles) Ltd states on its own websites that it is regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority under licence number SD038, and gives its company number as 8425493-1. That is the entity this profile covers.
The Errante brand also operates under Cyprus licence number 383/20, but that licence belongs to a separate group company, Notely Trading Ltd, which runs errante.eu for clients in the European Economic Area. The company you contract with, and the investor protection that comes with it, depends on which site you register through, and a Seychelles licence carries materially weaker protection than an onshore European one. This update did not check either licence against the regulators' own registers.
