- Not accepted: nothing is accepted now. The company has no licence, no working website and no way to open an account
- Age claim: the site said 'Established in 2003'. Its October 2004 licence supports an early-2000s start, so the age claim is broadly honest. The regulatory claim was not

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
Two findings from the regulator's own records decide this case, and a third from the company's own website makes it worse.
- The licence is gone, by enforcement. Bappebti lists PT. ETERNITY FUTURES on its published register of futures brokers whose licence has been revoked, with the exact licence number 504/BAPPEBTI/SI/X/2004 and the exact Jakarta address, phone number and entity name the company itself used. There is no room for confusion about which firm this is.
- The reason was client harm. The Ministry of Trade announcement is blun. The licence was withdrawn on 26 January 2024 by decision of the Head of Bappebti after the company was suspended, given 90 days to put things right, and did not. The announcement adds that losing the licence does not remove the company's responsibility for client losses or for the fines against it. A regulator does not write that sentence about a firm that has settled up with its clients.
- It kept selling anyway. A capture of the company's own legality page from 13 April 2024, nearly three months after the revocation, still told readers that PT Eternity Futures operates under a Bappebti licence with number 504/BAPPEBTI/SI/X/2004. A capture of the home page from 22 February 2024 still carried Sign Up, Real Account, How To Deposit, and the words Legal and Easy Withdrawal. Continuing to invite deposits on the strength of a licence a regulator has taken away is not an administrative slip.
- It is now absent from the live register. We read all 67 entries on Bappebti's current licensed futures-broker list. Eternity Futures is not among them.
- The operation has vanished. eternityfutures.co.id returns a no-such-domain answer from the global address system, not merely an error page. eternityfutures.com, registered in March 2011, no longer serves the broker site. An independent broker-review platform recorded the site as inaccessible from 15 January 2026.
- The client-side reports fit. One report we found is specific: USD 1,000 deposited, the account inaccessible after six months, login blocked, requests for a refund and emails left unanswered. Another describes an agent promising a guaranteed return within three months. The public review trail is thin rather than overwhelming, so we treat it as supporting evidence and not as the basis of the verdict. The regulator's record carries this report.
We stopped short of calling this a confirmed scam for one reason, set out below: the licence was real and long held, and the same regulator rated the firm highly only months before suspending it. On the age question, our figure of roughly 15 years is an upper bound taken from the 2011 domain, because the Indonesian company registry could not be searched and the incorporation date could not be established.

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1Bappebti's published register of futures brokers whose licence has been revoked lists PT. ETERNITY FUTURES with licence number 504/BAPPEBTI/SI/X/2004, the address Gd Sahid Sudirman Center lantai 40 unit B, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav 86, Jakarta Pusat 10220, and phone 02139520955. Searching the list for ETERNITY returns exactly one result.
E2The Ministry of Trade announcement records that Bappebti revoked the business licence of PT Eternity Futures on 26 January 2024 by decision of the Head of Bappebti, after the company failed to carry out ordered remedial measures within 90 days of having its business activity suspended, and states that the revocation does not remove the company's responsibility for client losses or for related fines.
E3The company's own legality page, as captured on 13 April 2024, nearly three months after the licence was revoked, still stated that PT Eternity Futures operates under a licence supervised by Bappebti with number 504/BAPPEBTI/SI/X/2004, and listed its exchange and clearing memberships as current.
E4We read every one of the 67 entries on Bappebti's register of licensed futures brokers. PT. Eternity Futures does not appear, including in the alphabetical run between PT. Didi Max Berjangka and PT. Equityworld Futures where it would sit.
E5The home page captured on 22 February 2024, a month after the revocation, still carried Sign In, Sign Up, Real Account, How To Open Real Account and How To Deposit, promoted the firm as Legal with Easy Withdrawal, and claimed it was established in 2003.
E6The main website domain eternityfutures.co.id no longer exists in the domain name system. A lookup returns status 3, meaning no such domain, with no address records at all. This is a domain that has been removed, not a site that is merely down.
E7The registry record for the secondary domain eternityfutures.com shows it was registered on 26 March 2011, last changed on 4 March 2024, with an Indonesian hosting provider's name servers. It is the oldest domain we could date for this operation and it no longer serves the broker site.
E8An independent broker-review platform, matched to this operation by the website eternityfutures.co.id, records it as unregulated, notes that the site became inaccessible on 15 January 2026, and flags the gap between the claimed 2003 founding and a later domain creation date.
ModerateBrokersView broker profileE9A client report dated February 2021 states that USD 1,000 was placed with the firm, that the account became inaccessible after six months, that login was blocked, and that requests for a refund and emails to support went unanswered. A separate report from November 2020 describes an agent promising a guaranteed return within three months.
ModerateA third-party broker directory, user reportsE10The licence was genuine and long held. Bappebti's register carries licence number 504/BAPPEBTI/SI/X/2004, issued in October 2004 on the numbering used by the regulator, so the firm operated under real government authorisation for roughly 19 years, and the registered address is a genuine class-A Jakarta office tower that also houses other licensed futures brokers.
E11The same Ministry of Trade announcement records that Eternity Futures held an A+++ rating with a score of 77.04 percent in Bappebti's periodic broker assessment for January to June 2023, months before its business activity was suspended.
E12The broker's own legality page named Bappebti, the Jakarta Futures Exchange, the clearing houses and ICDX with membership numbers, but published no outbound link to any of those registers, so a client had no way to check the licence from the page that asserted it.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The fair case for Eternity Futures, and it is not empty.
- The licence was genuine, not invented. This is the important difference from a typical scam broker. Licence 504/BAPPEBTI/SI/X/2004 is a real permission from a real government regulator, issued in October 2004 and held for about 19 years. We confirmed it on Bappebti's own register. Nobody borrowed another firm's credentials here.
- The company was real and findable. The entity name, the Jakarta address, the landline and the client-service email match across the company's own site and the regulator's register. The address is a genuine class-A office tower on Jl. Jend. Sudirman that houses several other licensed futures brokers. This was not an offshore shell behind a nominee.
- Its own regulator thought well of it shortly before the end. The Ministry of Trade announcement records that Eternity Futures held an A+++ rating with a score of 77.04 percent in Bappebti's periodic assessment for January to June 2023. Whatever went wrong went wrong late.
- It was a member of real market infrastructure. The site named its Jakarta Futures Exchange, Indonesia Clearing House and ICDX memberships with membership numbers. Those are real institutions and the numbers are consistent with a firm that actually cleared trades.
- The stated reason was a compliance failure. Bappebti's stated ground was failure to carry out ordered remedial steps, not a fraud conviction. There is no court judgment for fraud, no clone, no fabricated licence number and no foreign regulator warning naming this operation.
- The complaint trail is genuinely thin. There is no Trustpilot profile for either domain, and we found only a handful of user reports across the platforms we checked, including two positive ones about reasonable costs and a workable platform. We are not going to pretend a flood of victims exists.
None of that undoes the core problem. A licence taken away for harming clients, money left outstanding, a website that went on advertising the dead licence, and then silence.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Concrete things that would move this verdict, in either direction.
- Towards safe: Bappebti restoring PT. Eternity Futures to its register of licensed futures brokers, or publishing a decision reinstating licence 504/BAPPEBTI/SI/X/2004. Nothing less than the regulator's own register would do it.
- Towards safe: a published Bappebti or exchange statement confirming that all client claims against the company have been verified and paid out in full. That would turn the outstanding-funds finding into a closed matter.
- Towards safe: evidence that the post-revocation licence claims on the website were a frozen, unmaintained page rather than a live sales funnel. A dated notice on the site telling clients the licence had been withdrawn would have made a real difference.
- Towards worse: a criminal or civil judgment in Indonesia against the company or its directors for misappropriating client money, which would take this to a confirmed scam.
- Towards worse: a documented set of clients whose verified claims went unpaid, with amounts and dates.
- Towards worse: the brand or its people reappearing behind a new company or a new domain, which would make this a rebrand rather than a closure. We looked and found no successor.
- Open question: the incorporation date of PT. Eternity Futures. The Indonesian company registry was not searchable for us, so our operating-age figure rests on the domain record alone and should be read as an upper bound.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is Eternity Futures a scam?
We rate it a likely scam at 85 percent risk. Indonesia's futures regulator Bappebti revoked PT. Eternity Futures' broker licence on 26 January 2024 because the company harmed clients and did not carry out ordered fixes. The company then kept advertising that dead licence on its website and has since disappeared. We stop just short of confirmed scam only because the licence itself was genuine and held for about 19 years.
Is Eternity Futures regulated?
No. It was regulated, and it is not any more. Bappebti licence 504/BAPPEBTI/SI/X/2004 was permanently revoked on 26 January 2024. The company now appears on Bappebti's published list of brokers whose licence has been revoked, and it is absent from the list of 67 currently licensed futures brokers.
Can I still withdraw my money from Eternity Futures?
Not through the company itself. Both of its websites are offline and eternityfutures.co.id no longer exists as a domain. Bappebti has stated that losing the licence does not remove the company's responsibility for client losses, so an outstanding balance becomes a claim you pursue through the regulator rather than a withdrawal you request from a platform.
How do I claim money I had with Eternity Futures?
Approach Bappebti directly with your records. Client claims against revoked Indonesian futures brokers are handled by the regulator together with the Jakarta Futures Exchange. Bring deposit receipts, bank transfer records, account statements and any correspondence. Note that claim windows in these cases have deadlines, so do not delay.
Was my money ever safe with Eternity Futures?
It was better protected than with an unlicensed offshore broker, because Indonesian futures brokers must use segregated client accounts and clear through a licensed clearing house. That protection did not prevent the outcome. The regulator withdrew the licence specifically because clients were harmed, and it put the company on notice that it still owes them.
Who owned Eternity Futures?
The operating company was PT. Eternity Futures, an Indonesian limited company registered at Sahid Sudirman Center, 40th floor unit B, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 86, Jakarta 10220. Bappebti's register records licensed representatives including Imas Suryati Sihombing, Iskandar and Juara Pahala. We could not obtain the incorporation record or a shareholder list, because the Indonesian company registry was not searchable for us.
How old was Eternity Futures?
Its site said 'Established in 2003' and its Bappebti licence was issued in October 2004, so an early-2000s start is credible. The oldest domain we could date, eternityfutures.com, was registered in March 2011. We could not establish the incorporation date, so treat roughly 15 years of verified operating history as an upper bound rather than a confirmed figure.
Is Eternity Futures a clone of another broker?
No. This is not an impersonation case. The entity name, licence number, Jakarta address, landline and client-service email all match between the company's own website and the regulator's register. It was genuinely the firm it said it was. Its problem was conduct, not stolen identity.
What is BAPPEBTI and how much does its licence protect you?
Bappebti is Indonesia's Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, a real government regulator under the Ministry of Trade. It licenses futures brokers, sets rules on segregated client funds, publishes broker ratings and can suspend or revoke licences, as it did here. It is meaningful domestic regulation, but this case shows a licence is a starting point and not a guarantee.
Why was the licence revoked?
Bappebti suspended the company's business activity, gave it 90 days to carry out remedial measures, and revoked the licence on 26 January 2024 when it did not comply. The Ministry of Trade announcement frames it as harming clients and failing to make improvements. PT CCAM Berjangka Indonesia lost its licence in the same announcement.
The website still said it was licensed after the revocation. Does that matter?
Yes, a great deal. A capture of the company's legality page from 13 April 2024, nearly three months after the licence was withdrawn, still stated it operated under Bappebti licence 504/BAPPEBTI/SI/X/2004. The February 2024 home page still offered real-account sign-up and deposit instructions. Inviting deposits on a licence a regulator has cancelled is the single most incriminating thing we found on its own site.
What should I check before depositing with any Indonesian broker?
Open the Bappebti licensed-broker register yourself and find the exact company name, not just the brand. Check the licence number and the registered address match what the website says. Confirm the firm is not on the revoked list. If a broker cannot point you to its own entry on the regulator's register, treat that as an answer in itself.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
If you are dealing with Eternity Futures, treat this as a closed and unlicensed operation.
- Do not send money. There is no licence, no live website and no lawful way for this company to accept a deposit. Anyone contacting you in its name, by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, is not a licensed Indonesian broker.
- If you had an account, pursue it as a claim. Bappebti has stated the company remains responsible for client losses. Client claims in Indonesia are handled through the regulator and the Jakarta Futures Exchange, so approach Bappebti directly with your account records.
- Gather your paperwork now. Deposit receipts, bank transfer records, statements, contract notes, the names of the people who dealt with you, and any messages. Claims fail on missing documents more often than on bad merits.
- Be careful who offers to help. Collapsed brokers attract recovery scams. Nobody legitimate asks for an upfront fee, a tax payment or an unlock payment to get your money back.
- Check any replacement broker on the register first. Bappebti publishes the current list of licensed Indonesian futures brokers. If a firm is not on that list, it cannot legally take your deposit.
- Do not trust a familiar name. If this brand resurfaces on a new website, the licence behind it is still gone.
