Eternity Futures

Eternity Futures is the trading name of PT. Eternity Futures, an Indonesian futures brokerage whose registered office is given as Sahid Sudirman Center Lt. 40 Unit B, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 86, Jakarta Pusat 10220. The firm has marketed foreign exchange, gold, commodity, index futures and contracts for difference to Indonesian retail clients for roughly five to ten years.

Regulation. The only supervisory claim attached to the brand is an Indonesian commodity futures brokerage permit numbered 504/BAPPEBTI/SI/X/2004, issued by Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi. WIKILIX could not confirm that this permit is in force. On the contrary, the evidence available to us indicates the Indonesian forex trading permission attached to this operator has been revoked, and no certificate showing a current, in-force licence could be examined. Treat the firm as unregulated for practical purposes: there is no confirmed authorisation standing behind client deposits.

The website is offline. The broker's stated main site, eternityfutures.co.id, does not resolve at all, and the alternate eternityfutures.com returns a server error. Both were tried directly and through a full browser. A brokerage whose client-facing platform cannot be reached cannot be onboarded with, funded, or withdrawn from, and this is the single most important fact about the firm today.

Offering, as last published. Three live account tiers were advertised: Standard from USD 200 with spreads from 1 point and USD 1 per lot commission, Executive from USD 2,000 with spreads from 2 points and USD 0.75 per lot, and Ultimate from USD 10,000 with spreads from 3 points and USD 0.50 per lot. Pricing was quoted on a fixed rate of IDR 10,000 per point, swap fees were charged on Standard and waived on the two upper tiers, and leverage of up to 1:500 was advertised. Trading ran on MetaTrader 4 and on the firm's own Pro-iTrader platform, published for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. A demo account was offered. No deposit or withdrawal schedule, fee table or processing time is published by the firm, so funding terms are unknown.

Support. A Jakarta telephone line on +62 21 39520955, a client service mailbox at [email protected], and a Facebook presence. No live chat, no published support hours.

Who it suits. Nobody, at present. With no reachable website, no confirmed licence and no verifiable company registration, there is no safe way for a retail client to open or operate an account here. Existing clients who believe they hold a balance should document everything and approach the Indonesian commodity futures authority directly.
