FONDEX Broker Overview
FONDEX is a CFD trading brand that has been on record since 2017, built around a single platform, cTrader, with a recorded minimum deposit of 1 USD and maximum leverage of 1:500. The Seychelles company behind the brand carries registration number 8424819-1 and is now recorded on the Seychelles register under the name TopFX Global Ltd, having previously been Fondex Limited.
Two licence numbers are associated with the brand, one in Cyprus and one in Seychelles. Both were confirmed on the issuing authority's own register on 16 October 2026, and both are held by companies trading as TopFX rather than by a Fondex-branded entity. The FONDEX website itself is not currently serving.
FONDEX Regulation and License
Licence number 138/11 appears in the register of Cypriot investment firms kept by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and is held by TopFX Ltd, a Cyprus company registered under number 274180. The approved domains recorded on that entry are www.topfx.com and topfx.eu, and fondex.com is not among them.
Licence number SD037 appears on the Securities Dealer register of the Financial Services Authority in Seychelles, held by the company registered 8424819-1 and now listed under the name TopFX Global Ltd, with the trade name TopFX and the website topfx.com.sc. Both entries were checked on their own registers on 16 October 2026 and both were active.
The regulation behind these numbers is therefore real, and it is recorded in the TopFX name. A licence is granted to a specific legal company and, on the Cyprus entry, to specific approved domains, so neither entry establishes cover for an account opened under the FONDEX brand.
Is FONDEX Regulated?
Not in its own name. The licences exist and are confirmed, but each names a TopFX company, and the Cyprus entry's approved domains do not include the FONDEX site.
The two regimes are also not equivalent. CySEC supervises investment firms within the European Union framework, with client-money segregation and investor-compensation obligations attached. The Seychelles Financial Services Authority licenses securities dealers in an offshore jurisdiction with lighter requirements and no compensation scheme.
TopFX Global Ltd (formerly Fondex Limited)
The operating company recorded for this brand is a Seychelles company, registration number 8424819-1, confirmed on the Financial Services Authority's Securities Dealer register on 16 October 2026 under the name TopFX Global Ltd and previously named Fondex Limited. Its registered address is Office No. A18D, Providence Complex Building, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles.
TopFX Ltd, the Cyprus company holding licence 138/11 under registration 274180, is a separate legal company from the Seychelles one. The two sit in different regulatory regimes, so which of them would hold a given account decides what protection applies to it.
Is FONDEX Safe?
Regulation exists here, but it does not attach to the FONDEX brand, and that is the material point for anyone weighing a deposit. A licence claim is in any case not evidence of safety.
On client money specifically, the Cyprus authorisation brings segregation and investor-compensation duties, but licence 138/11 attaches to TopFX Ltd and to the domains recorded on that entry, so it does not reach a FONDEX-branded account. The Seychelles Securities Dealer licence carries no compensation scheme at all. Establishing which legal company actually holds a balance is what settles the protection available.
FONDEX Leverage
The maximum leverage recorded for FONDEX is 1:500. That is well above the 1:30 retail cap applying under the European Union framework CySEC operates within, so trading at 1:500 would not be taking place under the Cyprus licence entry.
FONDEX Trading Platform
cTrader is the only trading platform on record for FONDEX, as a desktop application and as a browser version. No other platform is recorded for the brand.
FONDEX Deposits and Withdrawals
Four funding channels are on record: credit and debit cards, bank wire transfer, electronic wallets and cryptocurrency. One fee figure is recorded, a 0.9 per cent charge on bank wire withdrawals below EUR 1,000, and card, wallet and cryptocurrency transfers are recorded as processed immediately.
None of the four carries a current source, so they describe the brand's offering as it stood rather than terms that can be relied on today. A payment provider's own charges can apply on top of anything the broker charges.
FONDEX Pros and Cons
In the brand's favour, the two licence numbers are genuine register entries rather than inventions, one of them in an EU jurisdiction, and the operating company's Seychelles registration is confirmed on an official register. cTrader is a capable platform and the recorded entry minimum of 1 USD is very low.
Against that, neither licence entry names a FONDEX-branded operation, the Seychelles licence carries no compensation scheme, the FONDEX website is not serving, and the recorded 1:500 leverage sits outside what the Cyprus regime permits for retail clients.
FONDEX Review and Assessment
FONDEX is a brand whose operating company and whose licence entries now carry the TopFX name. The Seychelles company that was Fondex Limited is registered as TopFX Global Ltd under the same number, the Cyprus licence belongs to TopFX Ltd on TopFX domains, and the FONDEX website is not serving.
For anyone with a balance or an open position under this brand, the step that matters is establishing which TopFX company holds the account and which register entry covers it. The trading terms listed for TopFX, a 1 USD minimum, 1:500 leverage and cTrader, describe the offering as it stood. They cannot be confirmed against the brand's own pages today.
