What FOREXer legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by FOREXer itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: Forexer LLC

FOREXer publishes four legal links that open three files, and none of them is a client agreement. The terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the withdrawal rule you accept at signup are published nowhere. Keeping a trading account open now requires $100,000 in a fund run by another company. The company that holds the licence says its supervision covers clients who register on forexer.com.our.

What the documents say

18 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from FOREXer's own files

01

FOREXer's documents page calls it the best fully regulated forex broker. The Risk Disclosure you accept says you are contracting with Forexer's US registered entity, which the same clause calls a non-regulated forex investment company, and you waive any claim about that.

Why this matters

The protection you are promised on the regulations page does not attach to the company you sign with. Forexer Limited in Labuan publishes its own notice saying supervision covers people who register through forexer.com.our, so a signup anywhere else leaves you outside it.

02

FOREXer's accounts page says you must put $100,000 into its wallet and activate a $100,000 Advanced Elite Contract to open and keep an active trading account. That money goes into the Forexer Gold Fund, and the panel beside it says the trading account has no mandatory minimum deposit.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Why this matters

Your $100,000 leaves your trading account and sits with Dealvester Limited in Mauritius under a contract FOREXer does not publish. The Advance Contract page says the money is committed for 52 weeks, and leaving early needs four weeks of notice plus an exit fee that is printed nowhere.

Exhibit 2CriticalRarely seen$100000

At FOREXer, a trading account is not the sole basis for partnership. Continued cooperation and maintaining an active trading account are contingent upon entering the FOREXer investment structure.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 3The requirement sends the money into a fund, and the fund page is where the capital guarantee is promised, so the two clauses together turn a trading decision into an investment one.
03

The Forexer Gold Fund pages promise returns of up to 50% a year and say your principal is fully protected by a capital guarantee. The Risk Disclosure you accept says guarantees of profit or freedom from loss are impossible to perform.

Why this matters

You are asked to move $100,000 into that fund on the strength of the guarantee, and the only signed document in the set says no such guarantee can be delivered. If the fund loses money, the risk disclosure also says FOREXer is not liable for any damages from trading.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual50%

What it costs50% a year on the $100,000 the accounts page asks for is $50,000. The risk disclosure says a guarantee of that kind cannot be performed.

04

One clause in FOREXer's partner agreement lets it cancel all orders, delete all profits and freeze accounts at its absolute discretion. It applies where FOREXer suspects the introducer or any of their clients of abuse, and it reaches the client's account, not only the partner's.

Why this matters

Profit you have already made can be wiped out because of what FOREXer suspects about the person who introduced you. The clause needs no proof, no notice and no appeal, and the money can be taken back by adjusting your balance.

Exhibit 4CriticalRarely seen

Forexer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Agreement and the Introducer's participation in the Introducing Partner Program and/or detach a Client from the Introducer and/or to cancel all orders and annul all profits and/or Suspend accounts and/or Freeze accounts for legal investigation and proceedings
Clause 3.18 in Introducing Partner (IB) Agreement, p.3
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingProfit voiding on suspicion is common. Letting a third party's suspected conduct trigger it on your account, with a balance adjustment to collect, is not a normal retail term.

05

FOREXer's partner agreement says you may withdraw from your trading account according to the withdrawal rule of Forexer. No document on any FOREXer site sets out that rule. The only description of how money leaves is an answer tucked into the About us page.

Why this matters

Nothing tells you how long a withdrawal takes, on what grounds it can be refused, or what it costs. The partner agreement lists blocking the balance of a trading account as a penalty FOREXer may choose, and no published clause limits how long such a block can run.

Exhibit 5CriticalHarder than usual

Clause 6.4 in Introducing Partner (IB) Agreement, p.5

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client the terms of the service in writing before they trade, including how money is paid back out. FOREXer's published documents point to a withdrawal rule that is not among them.

FOREXer is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 4FOREXer can freeze an account and block its balance under the partner agreement, and no published rule says when a blocked balance has to be paid out.
06

Both FOREXer agreements end with the same sentence: FOREXer will resolve a dispute in good faith and fairness, in line with customary financial market practice. Neither names a court, a regulator, an ombudsman, a deadline or an appeal.

Why this matters

If FOREXer deletes your profit or refuses your withdrawal, the only decision maker named in your contract is FOREXer. You also sign away claims about the company being unregulated, and the risk disclosure says it is not liable for any damages from trading.

Exhibit 6CriticalHarder than usual

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must run a written complaints procedure, answer within set time limits, and tell a retail client about an independent body that can review the answer. These agreements name no procedure, no time limit and no outside body.

FOREXer is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 12FOREXer decides the dispute, and no clause anywhere names the law or the court that would review that decision.

FOREXer's only price table is a Persian appendix for partners

453.12 is FOREXer's published minimum spread on Bitcoin, and it appears only in the Persian appendix to its partner agreement. Its accounts page says zero commission, its About us page says commissions are charged on zero spread instruments, and its risk disclosure says a mark-up sits inside every quote. A carry fee of 0.01% per $100,000 comes off the account every 24 hours under a marketing page.

Cost disclosure3 clauses flagged

FOREXer's only published price table sits in the Persian appendix to its partner agreement, where the minimum spread on Bitcoin is 453.12. The Risk Disclosure tells you to go and ask for an explanation of the charges instead of stating them.

Why this matters

You cannot work out what a trade costs you before you place it. The accounts page says zero commission, the About us page says commissions are charged on zero spread instruments, and the risk disclosure says a mark-up is built into every price you are quoted.

Exhibit 7WarningHarder than usual$453.12

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must disclose costs and charges to a retail client before they trade. FOREXer's client facing documents carry no fee schedule, and the one table it publishes is an appendix for partners.

FOREXer is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

FOREXer charges 0.01% per $100,000 of open position and takes it from your trading account every 24 hours, after a grace period of the first 10 days. The charge is announced on a marketing page, and none of the published agreements mentions carry, swap or overnight costs.

Why this matters

Money leaves your account daily under a fee you agreed to in no document. The same page lists no hidden fees or charges as a benefit, and the page does not say whether the 10 free days run from opening the position or opening the account.

Its academy sells certifications up to $1,000, and the only Terms and Conditions link in the academy footer opens the academy home page.

Why this matters

You pay money up front for a funded account and a certificate, with no document setting out what you get or when a refund is due. The academy's course cards now also promise a prop account worth $10,000 or $50,000, and no prop trading terms are published.

A withdrawal request takes FOREXer's bonus back out of your balance

50% of your deposit is the credit FOREXer's bonus page offers, and those terms sit only on its Malaysian site. Any withdrawal or transfer request removes the credit from the trading account balance. FOREXer disclaims liability for a position closed by stop out when that happens.

Credit bonus1 clause flagged

FOREXer credits 50% of a deposit of $1,000 or more as a bonus you cannot withdraw. On any withdrawal or transfer request, it takes that credit back out of your trading account balance, and it is not liable for positions closed by stop out as a result.

Why this matters

Pulling out any money shrinks the equity holding your open trades up, and the trades can be closed at a loss. These terms sit only on the Malaysian site, so a client who signed up elsewhere has no bonus terms at all.

Keeping a FOREXer account open costs $100,000 in a fund

$100,000 into a wallet and a $100,000 Elite contract are what FOREXer's accounts page requires to open and keep an active trading account. The contract that takes the money is not published, and the money's counterparty is Dealvester Limited in Mauritius. FOREXer also offers leverage up to 1:500 and can change the margin it requires whenever it chooses.

Entry conditions2 clauses flagged

Depositing money, logging in, or receiving a code by email, SMS or phone call means you have unconditionally accepted the Risk Disclosure and the other documents behind FOREXer's services. The signup page says registration means acceptance of the rules, and its rules link opens the same page again.

Why this matters

You are bound before you have read anything, and the version that binds you is whatever FOREXer has on its website that day. The contract puts the job of tracking new versions on you, and the partner agreement says you cannot complain about not being told.

Exhibit 9WarningHarder than usual

  • Worse together with Exhibit 10Acceptance covers other documents related to the services, and several of those documents are not published, so the acceptance reaches text nobody can read.

FOREXer offers leverage up to 1:500 and says in its risk disclosure that if a position is closed out at a loss, you are liable for whatever is left owing. It also reserves the right to change the margin required on each symbol.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

You can end up owing FOREXer more than you deposited, because no published document gives you negative balance protection. The margin you must hold can be raised while your positions are open, and the sister site in Labuan caps leverage at 1:100 for the clients it serves.

Exhibit 17WarningHarder than usual500

What it costsAt 1:500, a $1,000 deposit controls a position worth $500,000. A move against you of a fifth of one percent on that position is $1,000.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA, CySEC or other European regulators must give retail clients negative balance protection and cap retail forex leverage at 30 times. This contract makes you liable for the deficit and the site offers up to 500 times.

FOREXer is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

A governing law section that names no law and no court

FOREXer's partner agreement carries a section headed Governing Law and Jurisdiction, and its two clauses name neither. A client who wanted to sue would not learn from either agreement which country's law applies. The office is in Dubai, the entity is described as US registered, and the licensed sister company sits in Labuan.

Governing law1 clause flagged

FOREXer's partner agreement has a section headed Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Its two clauses name neither. One says you are responsible for contracting with a non-regulated US entity, and the other says FOREXer will settle disputes in good faith.

Why this matters

If you ever had to sue, nothing in your contract tells you which country's law applies or which court would hear it. The office you deal with is in Dubai, the entity is described as US registered, and the licensed sister company sits in Labuan.

Exhibit 12WarningRarely seen

Clause 12.1 in Introducing Partner (IB) Agreement, p.7
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingAlmost every retail trading agreement names a governing law and a court, because that is what makes the rest of the document enforceable. A section with that exact heading and no law in it is unusual.

FOREXer records every call and publishes no privacy policy

FOREXer records all calls to it, and takes identity documents and proof of address at registration. Its regulations page names a privacy policy as one of the agreements it abides by. That policy is published on none of its sites, so nothing says how long the recordings and documents are kept or who sees them.

Your data1 clause flagged

FOREXer records every call you make to it, and takes identity documents and proof of address at registration. Its regulations page says a privacy policy is one of the agreements it abides by, and that policy is not published on any FOREXer site.

Why this matters

Nothing tells you how long FOREXer keeps the recordings and your documents, who inside the group sees them, or which country they are stored in. The partner agreement lets FOREXer hand a partner's details to the clients they introduced, at its discretion.

FOREXer prices the trade, takes the other side, and pays your introducer

40% of the net spread can go to the partner who introduced you, under the Persian appendix that sets FOREXer's commission rates. FOREXer's risk disclosure says it acts as principal, builds a mark-up into the price it quotes, and has no duty to find a better quote elsewhere. It discloses all of that, and publishes no execution policy or conflicts policy.

Who gets paid2 clauses flagged

FOREXer pays a partner up to 40% of the net spread on the trades of the clients they introduce, and more as those clients deposit more. You are never told this, and the figure appears only in the Persian appendix to the partner agreement.

Why this matters

The person who recommended FOREXer to you is paid out of the spread you pay, and is paid more when you trade more. Trades opened and closed inside 60 seconds do not count toward their pay, which is a reason to prefer you hold positions longer.

FOREXer says it acts as principal in a private contract with you. Its price carries its own mark-up, and it has no duty to look for a better quote elsewhere. It also says you get none of the protections of contracts traded on an exchange.

Why this matters

Your trade is settled against FOREXer, not a market, and the only price source is FOREXer. No best execution policy or conflicts of interest policy is published, so nothing sets out how it manages that position.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC owe retail clients best execution and must publish an execution policy and a conflicts of interest policy. FOREXer's own clause says it undertakes no obligation to obtain competitive quotes from other counterparties.

FOREXer is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Four company names, and the one in the contract is called non-regulated

Four links on FOREXer's documents page open three files, and not one of them is a client agreement. The agreements name Forexer, Forexer LLC and FOREXer Limited, and the risk disclosure describes the client's counterparty as a non-regulated forex investment company. No published FOREXer document says client money is held separately.

Counterparty2 clauses flagged

FOREXer's Regulations and Agreements page offers four links, and two of them open the same Risk Disclosure file. The page says it abides by terms and conditions, a privacy policy and an anti money laundering policy, and none of those three is published anywhere on its sites.

In plain words

Dormancy means an account left unused.

Why this matters

The documents that would tell you about fees, withdrawals, dormancy, account closure and complaints do not exist in public. The partner agreement still requires every introduced client to accept a Client Agreement of Forexer, and the risk disclosure points to a Forexer Trading Agreement and a FOREXer5 and Online Trading Agreement.

What changed quietly

This is the first review of FOREXer's documents, so no changes are listed.

  • REWRITTENClause FXer Fast Track card

The academy's course cards now promise a funded prop account with each course, where they once showed only a figure, and no prop trading terms are published.

The documents this reading is based on

15 files, all published by FOREXer. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording FOREXer publishes.

Who the contract is with

Forexer LLC

The agreements name the party only as Forexer. The Introducing Partner Agreement twice calls it Forexer LLC, and the Risk Disclosure says a client contracts with Forexer's US registered entity, which it describes as a non-regulated forex investment company. The footer of forexer.com says FOREXer Limited, the academy's footer says FOREXer Academy Limited, and the gold fund pages say Dealvester Limited of Mauritius is the legal counterparty for every investment contract. The Dubai address printed on every page is a representative office. A separate Forexer Limited holds a Labuan licence, and its own site says supervision covers people who register through forexer.com.our.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The Risk Disclosure Agreement is blunter than most. It says FOREXer is the other side of your trade, that a mark-up sits inside the price you are quoted, that you get none of the protections of exchange traded contracts, and that most novice traders fail. Its partner agreement also keeps your account statements and trade history away from the partner who introduced you, which many brokers do not promise at all. The Malaysian site publishes a restricted countries list, a maximum leverage figure and readable bonus terms, which forexer.com does not.

Several documents named in FOREXer's own text are not published on any of its sites: the Forexer Trading Agreement, the FOREXer5 and Online Trading Agreement, the Client Agreement, the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the anti money laundering policy, the Elite investment contract and the required margin table. The Persian partner appendix comes out of its file with the letters out of order, so the review relies on its tables and figures and may miss some sentences. No earlier copy of the Introducing Partner Agreement exists, so we cannot tell when its clauses were written. The per symbol carry fee breakdown is published as a picture, so the figures in it stay unread.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the FOREXer file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document FOREXer publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge FOREXer on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 15, 2026.

If you represent FOREXer and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on FOREXer. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
