FOREXer Broker Overview
FOREXer is the trading brand of Forexer Limited, a Labuan company in Malaysia that operates from a representative office in Dubai and dates itself to 2004. It offers a single live trading tier, the Professional Account, on a platform it brands FOREXer5, alongside a gold denominated account, a managed gold fund and a funded prop programme. The arrangement that defines it is structural rather than commercial: the company states on its own site that trading is not offered as a standalone service, and a live professional account is opened only after a separate investment structure of 100,000 US dollars has been activated.
FOREXer Regulation and License
Forexer Limited appears by name on the money brokers list of the Financial Institutions Directory published by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) in Malaysia, in the directory edition dated 9 September 2026, which also printed a Labuan registered office, a Labuan telephone number and a named director. The licence reference recorded for the company is MB/21/0063. The directory lists money brokers by name and gives no licence numbers, so that reference does not appear on the directory itself. The LL17111 number the broker publishes elsewhere is a Labuan company registration number, not a licence number. FOREXer has no known licence outside Labuan.
A Labuan money broking licence permits arranging transactions between buyers and sellers in the money market for a brokerage fee, rather than dealing as principal against clients. It is a low tier permission: there is no investor compensation scheme behind it, client money protection is limited, and it does not authorise managing a fund. FOREXer's own risk disclosure agreement states that Forexer acts as principal in a privately negotiated contract with the client, and the entry route to a trading account runs through a managed gold fund. Both are wider activities than the money broking category describes, and the company's regulations page goes further still, telling readers they are trading with a fully regulated forex broker whose oversight guarantees the safety of client funds.
Is FOREXer Regulated?
Not in the sense a retail client would mean. WIKILIX does not treat FOREXer as a regulated broker. The only regulatory material the company puts forward is a Labuan money broking listing. That listing is not authorisation to deal in foreign exchange with retail clients, and it carries no compensation scheme. A reader should treat the fully regulated wording on the company's regulations page as marketing rather than as a description of its permissions.
Forexer Limited
Three company names appear in the FOREXer structure. Forexer Limited is the company on the Labuan record and the company the broker's trading server is branded to, and the profile also records a New Zealand registration in the same name under number 4416438. The company's own Introducing Partner Agreement names a second entity, Forexer LLC, as the one with which client trading accounts are opened, and publishes no registration number or place of incorporation for it. The same agreement refers to a United States registered entity of Forexer and describes it as a non regulated forex investment company.
The practical point for a client is that the company that markets the service, the company named on the Labuan record and the company that would hold a trading account are not clearly the same, and the broker's published documents do not reconcile them.
Is FOREXer Safe?
WIKILIX does not class FOREXer as a regulated broker. The only permission it puts forward is a low tier money broking listing, with no compensation scheme behind it. That is the starting point for the question rather than the answer to it, and several further factors bear on it. The entry route to a live account requires 100,000 US dollars to be deposited into a company wallet and a contract of the same size to be activated, so the sum committed at the outset is substantial and it goes into an investment structure rather than into trading. The company's regulations page states that regulatory oversight guarantees the safety of client funds, while its own risk disclosure agreement states that guarantees of profit or freedom from loss are impossible to perform. Its agreements provide that FOREXer itself resolves disputes arising from them, and it publishes no client agreement, no fee schedule and no complaints channel.
None of that establishes misconduct, and the broker does publish a risk disclosure agreement, a carry fee page and unusually detailed account specifications. It does mean that a client would be relying on the company's own statements for the terms that matter most.
FOREXer Account Types
The broker's accounts page publishes one live trading tier, alongside two specialist gold products:
Professional Account. Market execution with no re-quotes, leverage up to 1:500, a minimum spread described as floating from 0.9, swap free pricing and no commission. The trading account itself has no mandatory minimum deposit and may be funded with any amount, but it is opened only once 100,000 US dollars has been deposited into the FOREXer Wallet and a 100,000 US dollar Advanced Elite Contract activated. The stop out level is 50 per cent, the margin call level 100 per cent, and scalping is allowed.
Cash-Gold account. A gold denominated account with a minimum deposit of 10,000 EAU, where 1,000 EAU represents one gram of 999.9 gold and one lot is one kilogram. Balance, profit and loss are all measured in EAU, and the broker states that physical gold can be withdrawn from its treasuries.
GMpFA. A Gold Managed Prop Funded Account for gold only, in two stages. The evaluation stage places 300,000 US dollars of virtual capital against a 0.33 per cent daily loss limit, a 10 per cent overall loss limit and a 6.6 per cent profit target, for a non refundable account fee of 2,000 US dollars. The funded stage carries no fee and splits profits quarterly, with 80 per cent to the trader. It is offered without leverage and described as riba free.
A demo account with 100,000 US dollars of virtual funds is also offered on FOREXer5, and the company states that demo access lasts 30 days and is not renewed if a client does not log in for 30 days.
An older FAQ answer on the About us page still describes three tiers named Trainee, Standard and Pro, with a 100 US dollar minimum on the Trainee account. The accounts page contradicts that, and the older text also points clients at a portal address the site no longer uses, so the three tier structure should not be taken as current.
FOREXer Spreads, Commissions and Fees
The Professional Account is advertised with a minimum spread floating from 0.9 and no commission. Three qualifications matter. The About us page states that commission is charged on instruments quoted with zero spread, so the zero commission description does not hold across the whole range. The broker applies a carry fee of 0.01 per cent per 100,000 US dollars of open position, charged up front and taken from the trading account every 24 hours after a 10 day grace period, with hedged positions charged individually; the company is explicit that this is a carry cost rather than a swap, which is how a swap free account can still accumulate a daily holding charge. And the risk disclosure agreement states that a mark up is included in the price the broker quotes, which is a cost that appears in neither figure above.
No deposit, withdrawal or inactivity fee is published anywhere on the site, and the risk disclosure agreement tells clients to obtain a clear explanation of all commission, fees and other charges before trading without stating any rate. On the gold side, physical delivery may be requested within three working days of full settlement and carries a 10 per cent fee on the trade value. The Introducing Partner Agreement provides for up to 40 per cent of net spread to be paid to an introducing broker.
FOREXer Leverage
Leverage on the Professional Account is published as up to 1:500, falling to a range of 1:100 to 1:200 on balances above 100,000 US dollars, which is the balance the broker's own entry structure tends to produce. The GMpFA prop account is offered without leverage. The risk disclosure agreement adds that a client who does not meet a demand for additional funds may have positions liquidated at a loss and remains liable for any resulting shortfall.
FOREXer Trading Platforms
FOREXer trades on a single platform, which it brands FOREXer5 and which its own risk disclosure agreement identifies as MetaTrader 5. It is reached through a browser terminal the broker runs at and through the standard MetaTrader 5 applications, with the platform page listing Windows, Mac, web, Android and iOS. Orders are routed to the broker's own FOREXer-Server. MetaTrader 4 is not offered.
FOREXer Deposits and Withdrawals
The company names credit cards, debit cards and wire transfers as its payment methods, in a funding answer on its About us page, and has separately announced Skrill and Neteller as available wallets. Withdrawals are requested through the client portal and returned to the account the money came from, and the company states that requests are handled in the order the funds arrived. It also warns that withdrawing while positions are open reduces the margin supporting them and can lead to liquidation.
No deposit or withdrawal fee, minimum, maximum or processing time is published on the public site, and the live list of payment methods is visible only after logging in to the client portal. The gold account is described as fundable with any fiat or digital currency, without naming a channel or a network. The acceptance wording of the risk disclosure agreement also refers to transactions in a client to client transfer system that the site describes nowhere else. A deposit bonus offered on the Malaysian site is removed from the account balance when a withdrawal or transfer is requested.
FOREXer Support
Support is offered by telephone on +971 4 236 6160, by email at info@forexer.com, on WhatsApp on the same number, through a Telegram bot and by live chat, with a call back request form on the contact page. That page states live support hours in Greenwich Mean Time of 05:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday and 05:00 to 13:00 at weekends. The same page also advertises support around the clock, which the published hours do not bear out. No complaints address is published.
FOREXer Pros and Cons
Strengths:
The operating company appears by name, with a registered office, on an official Labuan authority directory, so the entity behind the brand is traceable.
Unusually detailed account documentation, including stop out and margin call levels and the full prop programme rules.
A swap free professional account with market execution, no re-quotes and scalping permitted.
A gold denominated account with stated physical delivery of metal.
Limitations:
No confirmed financial regulation on the profile; the only permission put forward is a low tier money broking listing, narrower than the business the broker describes itself as doing.
A 100,000 US dollar investment structure must be funded before a live trading account is opened.
A daily carry fee and a price mark up apply despite the account being described as swap free and commission free.
No client agreement, fee schedule, funding limits or processing times are published, and the payment list sits behind a login.
The marketing company, the company on the Labuan record and the company holding client accounts are not clearly the same.
Disputes are resolved by FOREXer itself and no complaints channel is published.
FOREXer Review and Assessment
FOREXer is best understood as an investment business with a trading account attached rather than as a conventional retail broker, which is in substance what its own statement that trading is not offered as a standalone service amounts to. Its Labuan money broking listing is a real entry on a real authority's directory, but it is one of the narrowest permissions in the industry, it is not retail dealing authorisation, and it sits awkwardly beside a business that prices trades as principal and gathers 100,000 US dollars per client into a managed gold fund. The specifications it publishes for the Professional Account and the GMpFA programme are precise, and the carry fee is disclosed openly rather than buried in a fee table.
Against that, the terms a client would most want in writing, namely the client agreement, the fee schedule and the funding limits, are not published at all. The decisive question before funding an account is therefore not the spread or the platform, but whether a client is willing to commit 100,000 US dollars to a gold investment structure in order to reach the trading account at the end of it.

How we know — 10 sources
1The United States is refused: FOREXer's Risk Disclosure Agreement (clause 13) and its Introducing Partner Agreement (clause 12.1, under the heading Governing Law and Jurisdiction) both state that the client is solely responsible for entering into a contract with "Forexer's US registered entity (not for US residents)". Both documents are published on the broker's own regulations page, https://www.forexer.com/regulations
2Recorded and not silently resolved: the signup form's country selector does offer United States, which disagrees with the two agreements above. That selector (https://www.forexer5.club/public/portal/signup?m_id=14&lang_id=1) is the phone dialling-code picker on the first registration step. It lists 232 of the 249 countries and territories, missing only those with no dialling code of their own, and the form asks for no country of residence before a phone number or email is given. It is therefore read as dialling-code furniture rather than a statement of onboarding policy, and the explicit, twice-repeated exclusion in the broker's own agreements decides the United States.
3American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the US Minor Outlying Islands and the US Virgin Islands fall under the United States refusal as dependent territories. The agreements name US residents generally, and no FOREXer page names any of these territories separately.
4Iran is recorded as explicitly served, resting on four of the broker's own pages. https://www.forexer.com/11 states that the FOREXer5 platform "is customized to fully meet the needs of Iranian international traders". https://forexer5.com/transactions lists, in Persian, a rial rail among its deposit and withdrawal methods, translating as "rial - direct deposit to a rial bank account", alongside USDT, dirham and dollar. https://forexer5.com/ is a Persian-language FOREXer site whose own text offers Persian-language support. The registration form at https://www.forexer5.club/public/portal/signup?m_id=14&lang_id=4 (Persian) and at lang_id=1 (English) opens with its country selector already set to Iran (+98), a chosen default rather than the first entry in the list.
5No dedicated countries page is published. Pages such as /restricted-countries, /prohibited-countries, /accepted-countries, /where-we-operate, /terms, /terms-and-conditions, /legal, /client-agreement, /documents, /privacy, /privacy-policy, /aml, /faq, /help, /support, /deposit, /funding, /withdrawal, /partners and /ib do not exist, and the site's sitemap at https://www.forexer.com/sitemap.xml (575 URLs) lists no restricted-countries page, no FAQ and no help centre.
6https://www.forexer.com/regulations names "our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy" in its prose but links none of the three. The four documents it does link are the Risk Disclosure Agreement (linked twice, the second time under the label Trading Conditions), the Introducing Partner Agreement and the Introducing Partner Agreement Appendix. The site publishes no AML or KYC policy document.
7The footer risk warning, repeated on every page of https://www.forexer.com, names no jurisdiction the site is not directed at.
8The Persian Introducing Partner Agreement Appendix, https://www.forexer.com/view_file/1/2408/Introducing%20Partner%20Agreement%20Appendix-fa.pdf.pdf, is a seven-page Persian rendering of the partner payment terms and names no country, currency or payment rail, so on its own it adds no country to either list.
9No FOREXer document uses category wording such as sanctioned, prohibited or restricted jurisdictions. So apart from the US dependent territories above, no country is a likely but unconfirmed refusal. The Persian site's claim of investors from more than 100 countries names no country, so it adds none to either list. A dirham deposit method and a Dubai representative office are published, but no FOREXer page explicitly accepts clients from the United Arab Emirates, so the UAE is in neither list.
10No regulator or corporate register was opened for this record, so no permitted-jurisdiction filing contributed to any of these lists.

Processing time is recorded as a unit only because the field requires one - no time is published by the broker. CAVEAT: this is an announcement from April 2023, not a current funding table. The post lists what Neteller itself accepts upstream (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Cartasi, Oxxo, iDeal, Paysafe Card and Boku mobile transfer); those are Neteller's own funding routes, not separate FOREXer channels, so they are not stored as rows. CAVEAT: this is an announcement from April 2023, not a current funding table, and the live payment list sits inside the client portal behind a login.

Company Registration
FOREXer names Forexer Limited as the operating company. We could not confirm that registration on the registry.
FOREXer publishes no complaints address and names no independent dispute scheme. Its own agreements provide that FOREXer itself will resolve any dispute arising from them, in good faith and fairness and in accordance with customary financial market practice, which leaves the company deciding complaints about its own conduct. There is no investor compensation scheme behind its Labuan money broking permission, so the remaining routes are the company's published contact channels and a complaint to the Labuan Financial Services Authority. Those contact channels are a telephone number, an email address, WhatsApp, a Telegram bot and live chat.
FOREXer states that it does. An answer on its About us page says the company complies with Labuan client money rules requiring both separate accounting for all client funds and segregation of funds, and its regulations page says that regulatory oversight guarantees the safety of client funds and the segregation of accounts. Those are the company's own statements. Against them, a Labuan money broking permission carries no investor compensation scheme and only limited client money protection, and the company's own risk disclosure agreement states that guarantees of freedom from loss are impossible to perform, so the guarantee wording is not a protection a client should rely on.
Yes. FOREXer offers a demo account with 100,000 US dollars of virtual funds on the FOREXer5 platform. The company states that demo access lasts 30 days, and that it is not renewed if a client does not log in for 30 days.
The FOREXer Gold Fund is a managed gold investment structure the group runs on a separate site, and in practice it is the route to a live trading account. The broker states that trading is not offered as a standalone service, and that a professional trading account is opened once 100,000 US dollars has entered the FOREXer Wallet and an Advanced Elite Contract of the same size has been activated. The fund site advertises returns of up to 50 per cent a year together with a capital guarantee, and names Dealvester Limited Mauritius rather than FOREXer Limited as the legal counterparty for investment contracts. Those are the company's own claims.
The accounts page publishes one live trading tier, the Professional Account, with market execution, no re-quotes, swap free pricing, a 50 per cent stop out level and scalping allowed. Two specialist gold products sit alongside it: the Cash-Gold account, denominated in EAU units where 1,000 EAU represents one gram of 999.9 gold, and GMpFA, a two stage funded prop account for gold only. Older text on the About us page still describes Trainee, Standard and Pro tiers, which the accounts page contradicts and which should not be taken as current.
FOREXer offers foreign exchange, gold and other precious metals, and cryptocurrency. Its About us page names spot Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Dogecoin and Cardano, and states that forex trades 24 hours a day five days a week while crypto trades every day of the week. The gold account page refers to more than 50 instruments. The broker does not publish exact instrument counts.
Yes. The Professional Account is published as swap free, and the GMpFA prop programme is described as riba free and Islamic compliant. One qualification matters: although no swap is charged, the broker applies a carry fee of 0.01 per cent per 100,000 US dollars of open position every 24 hours once a 10 day grace period has passed, so holding a position for a long time still carries a daily charge.
FOREXer does not publish a processing time for withdrawals anywhere on its public site. It states that a withdrawal request is submitted through the client portal, that funds are returned to the account they came from, and that requests are handled in the order the money arrived. The company also warns that withdrawing while positions are open reduces the margin supporting them, and that positions may be liquidated as a result.
The Professional Account is advertised with no commission and a minimum spread floating from 0.9, but that is not the whole cost. The broker charges a carry fee of 0.01 per cent per 100,000 US dollars of open position, taken from the trading account every 24 hours once a 10 day grace period has passed, with hedged positions charged individually. The About us page also states that commission is charged on instruments quoted with zero spread. No deposit, withdrawal or inactivity fees are published anywhere on the site.
The brand is operated by Forexer Limited, a Labuan company in Malaysia. Its company registration was confirmed on 15 October 2026 against the Labuan Financial Services Authority's Financial Institutions Directory, which prints its registered office at Office 5, Kim Business Centre 3, Paragon Labuan; a company registration is a corporate record and not financial regulation. The profile also records a New Zealand registration in the same name under number 4416438, and the company's own Introducing Partner Agreement names a further entity, Forexer LLC, as the one with which client trading accounts are opened. The company that markets the service, the company on the Labuan record and the company that would hold a client's account are therefore not clearly the same.
FOREXer can be reached by telephone on +971 4 236 6160, by email at info@forexer.com, on WhatsApp on the same number and through a Telegram bot, with live chat and a call back request form on its contact page. That page gives live support hours in Greenwich Mean Time of 05:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday and 05:00 to 13:00 at weekends. The same page also advertises support around the clock, which the published hours do not bear out. No separate complaints address is published.
There is no single figure. FOREXer's accounts page states that the Professional trading account has no mandatory minimum deposit and may be funded with any amount, but that it is opened only after 100,000 US dollars has been placed in the FOREXer Wallet and a contract of the same size activated, so 100,000 US dollars is the real cost of entry. The Cash-Gold account has its own minimum of 10,000 EAU, the broker's gold unit, in which 1,000 EAU represents one gram of 999.9 gold. The GMpFA prop programme charges a non-refundable account fee of 2,000 US dollars rather than a deposit, and an older answer on the About us page still quotes a 100 US dollar minimum on a Trainee account that the accounts page no longer offers.
FOREXer publishes leverage of up to 1:500 on its Professional Account. The accounts page adds that leverage falls to a range of 1:100 to 1:200 on balances above 100,000 US dollars, so the headline figure does not apply to the larger accounts the broker's own entry structure produces. The GMpFA prop account is offered with no leverage at all.
The company names credit cards, debit cards and wire transfers as its payment methods, and has separately announced Skrill and Neteller as available wallets. Withdrawals are requested through the client portal and returned to the account the funds came from, and the company says requests are handled in the order the money arrived. No fees, minimum or maximum amounts or processing times are published for any method, and the live payment list is visible only after logging in to the client portal.
FOREXer offers a single platform, which it brands FOREXer5 and which its own risk disclosure agreement identifies as MetaTrader 5. It can be used in a browser through the terminal the broker runs at forexer.live, and through the standard MetaTrader 5 applications for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. Orders are routed to the broker's own FOREXer-Server, and MetaTrader 4 is not offered.
No confirmed financial regulation is recorded for FOREXer. The only regulatory material the company puts forward is a Labuan connection: Forexer Limited appears by name on the money brokers list of the Labuan Financial Services Authority's Financial Institutions Directory in Malaysia, in the edition dated 9 September 2026, and the licence reference recorded for the company is MB/21/0063. A Labuan money broking permission covers arranging transactions between buyers and sellers for a brokerage fee rather than dealing as principal, and it brings no investor compensation scheme with it, so it is not authorisation to deal in foreign exchange with retail clients. The LL17111 number the broker publishes is a Labuan company registration number, not a licence number.
