Risk scorecard
Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
8/10 · CriticalNo confirmed licence. The company is absent from the Belize FSC register, and the licence reference on its site changed and was then replaced by a company number. Held below the top of the scale because no regulator warning exists and an independent assessment reported the registration checked out in the register of the day.
Identity & transparency
7/10 · HighA named entity and a Belize address were always published, but no owners or directors were disclosed, the registered address changed between two agent style addresses, and the address, phone and hosting were shared with other broker brands on a near identical template.
Withdrawals & conduct
4/10 · ModerateOne uncorroborated allegation of blocked accounts from a site that sells fund recovery, with no amounts, dates or ticket numbers, and no independent first hand account anywhere. An independent assessment recorded no withdrawal complaints. The pattern test is not met.
Reputation
7/10 · HighAlmost no genuine client footprint after years of trading. Trustpilot holds no page for the domain, and we found no forum thread or first hand review either positive or negative. For a broker that claimed years of operation, that absence is itself a signal.
Website claims
8/10 · CriticalThe site printed a company registration number under the heading License Number, advertised an IFSC reference whose year suffix changed between versions, promoted trading with high profit, and gave a 2014 registration date that predates its own domain by two years.
Operational history
6/10 · HighThe domain ran from 2016 to 2024 under one consistent brand, which counts in its favour, but the operating company could never be dated because Belize publishes no company search, and the business is now defunct with the domain lapsed.

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
The verdict rests on regulation and on the firm's own published claims, not on client complaints.
- The register does not list it. Belize's Financial Services Commission publishes a searchable register of licensed and registered service providers. A search for Forex Price returns no result, and the complete record set of 389 entries contains no company of this name. The only forex-named licensees are unrelated firms.
- The licence number moved. In August 2019 the About page and terms both gave IFSC/60/487/TS/18 at 16 Hutson St. By March 2022 the footer gave IFSC/60/487/TS/19 at a different Belize address. A genuine licence number does not change its year suffix.
- A company number sold as regulation. The June 2024 homepage carries no IFSC reference at all. In its place sits the line License Number: 147906. That is the format of a Belize company registration number. Incorporation is not authorisation, and presenting one as the other is the clearest single finding here.
- Shell characteristics. An independent broker assessment found this company sharing its registered address, telephone number and server address with other broker brands, including FRM Dealing Ltd, on a near identical site template. A third brand, Aroon Prime Trader, told clients it operated under Forex Price Market Ltd's Belize registration.
- It sold across borders on an offshore registration. The site carried Japanese-language assets and drew Japanese review coverage while relying solely on a Belize registration, which gives a client in Japan no protection.
- It is gone. The domain was created on 22 July 2016, expired on 22 July 2026 and is in redemption. Nothing has been archived since August 2024.
Two things hold the score below the scam band. No regulator has ever warned about this firm, and we found no first-hand client account of money being withheld. The age figure also rests on the domain alone and is an upper bound, because Belize does not operate a public company search, so the 2014 incorporation date could not be confirmed.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The Belize Financial Services Commission register returns no entry for this company. A search of the licensee name field for Forex Price returns no data available, and the register's complete record set of 389 entries contains no company of that name. The only forex named licensees are unrelated firms.
E2The company's own About page in August 2019 gives the company name Forex Price Market Ltd, a registration date of 13 August 2014, licence number IFSC/60/487/TS/18 and the address 16 Hutson St., Suite 304, Belize City. The same licence number and address appear in the terms and conditions updated 23 May 2019.
E3By March 2022 the homepage footer gives licence number IFSC/60/487/TS/19, a different year suffix from the 2019 pages, and a different registered address at New Horizon Building, Suite 105, Goldson Highway. The page also markets trading with high profit and a 100 USD minimum deposit.
E4The June 2024 homepage carries no IFSC reference at all. In its place the footer reads License Number: 147906, which is the format of a Belize company registration number rather than a financial services licence.
E5An independent broker assessment records this company sharing its registered address, telephone number and server address with other broker brands including FRM Dealing Ltd, on near identical site templates differing only in colour, and notes that Aroon Prime Trader told clients it operated under Forex Price Market Ltd's Belize registration.
E6The domain forexpricemarkets.com was created on 22 July 2016, expired on 22 July 2026, and now carries the statuses client hold and redemption period. It no longer resolves.
E7Archived captures of the site run from February 2018 to August 2024 and then stop, showing the operation went dark in the second half of 2024.
E8The Belize commission's cumulative warning list of unlicensed and unregulated entities, published July 2020, names more than a hundred firms. Neither Forex Price Market, FPM nor forexpricemarkets.com appears on it.
E9A May 2021 article names forexpricemarkets.com and alleges the platform blocked accounts and that members could not withdraw. It gives no amounts, no dates, no ticket numbers and no named users, and the page exists to route readers into a paid fund recovery service, so it is treated as an unverified allegation.
E10The same independent Japanese assessment reports that it checked this company's Belize IFSC registration against the official registry of the day and found it present, and records no withdrawal complaints against the firm.
E11The site served a Japanese language audience, carrying a Japanese language asset and drawing Japanese broker review coverage, while relying solely on a Belize registration that gives a client in Japan no protection.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The fair case for this broker, which we actively looked for.
- The Belize licence may once have been real. An independent Japanese broker assessment reported that it checked this company's IFSC registration against the official registry of the day and found it present. Belize replaced its licensing system, and the current register carries records from 2025 onward, so a licence that lapsed earlier would not appear in it whether or not it was genuine.
- No regulator ever warned about it. The Belize commission's own cumulative warning list of unlicensed operators, published in July 2020, names more than a hundred firms. This company is not among them, and we found no alert from any other regulator naming the company or the domain.
- No victim has been documented. The one article alleging blocked accounts carries no amounts, no dates and no ticket numbers, and it exists to funnel readers into a paid fund recovery service, which is a business with every reason to call a broker a thief. The same Japanese assessment that flagged the shell characteristics recorded no withdrawal complaints at all.
- It ran for years under one name. The domain carried consistent branding from 2018 to 2024. A pure churn and burn operation does not keep one brand alive for six years.
- It disclosed a real entity and address. The company name and a Belize street address appeared on every page, and it published regional restrictions excluding the United States and other jurisdictions rather than selling to anyone.
- A quiet wind-down is possible. A small broker that simply closed and let its domain lapse looks much like this from the outside.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Concrete things that would move this verdict in either direction.
- Toward safe: a Belize Financial Services Commission record showing IFSC/60/487/TS/19 issued to Forex Price Market Ltd, with dates and a status, would confirm the licence was genuine and lift the regulation score.
- Toward safe: a documented, orderly wind-down in which clients were repaid in full would largely settle the matter.
- Toward safe: an explanation tying the 2014 incorporation date to a registry record would remove the age question.
- Toward scam: a regulator alert naming this company or forexpricemarkets.com would be decisive.
- Toward scam: two or more first-hand client accounts, on separate platforms, giving amounts and dates for deposits that were never returned, would establish a fund integrity pattern and push this into the scam band.
- Toward scam: evidence that the operators relaunched the same book of clients under a new brand would carry this history onto the successor.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is FPM (Forex Price Market) a scam?
We rate it high risk and unverified rather than a confirmed scam. No regulator has warned about it and we found no documented case of a client losing money. But its only licence claim cannot be confirmed on the Belize register, and by 2024 its own site was presenting a company registration number as a licence number.
Is FPM a fraud?
We found no evidence of fraud in the legal sense. There is no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no fraud related court record naming Forex Price Market Ltd. What we did find is a licence claim that changed over time and then disappeared, which is why we assess the risk as high rather than clearing the firm.
Is FPM regulated?
Not as far as any register shows. Belize's Financial Services Commission publishes a searchable register of licensed and registered service providers, and Forex Price Market Ltd does not appear in it. The site advertised the number IFSC/60/487/TS/19, which we could not confirm.
What is the FPM licence number IFSC/60/487/TS/19?
It is the Belize licence number the broker printed on its site from about 2022. An earlier version of the same site gave IFSC/60/487/TS/18 instead. A genuine licence number does not change its year suffix, and neither version appears on the Belize register today.
What is licence number 147906 on the FPM website?
That is the number the site displayed from around 2024 in place of the IFSC reference. It has the format of a Belize company registration number, not a financial licence. Forming a company proves a company exists. It grants no permission to hold client money.
Can I withdraw my money from FPM?
Almost certainly not through the website, because forexpricemarkets.com no longer resolves and the domain has lapsed. If you hold a balance, collect your deposit records and correspondence, approach your bank or card issuer about a chargeback, and complain to the Financial Services Commission of Belize.
Is my money safe with FPM?
No. A Belize registration of the kind this firm claimed carries no compensation scheme and no segregation guarantee you can rely on, and the licence itself is unconfirmed. On top of that the business appears to have ceased operating.
Who owns FPM?
The site named Forex Price Market Ltd of Belize as the operating company and gave a Belize City address, but no directors, shareholders or beneficial owners were ever disclosed. Belize does not run a public company search, so ownership could not be established.
How old is FPM?
Its domain was created on 22 July 2016 and the site ran until about mid 2024. The About page claimed the company was registered on 13 August 2014, two years before the domain existed, and that date could not be confirmed. Treat the age as an upper bound.
Is FPM a clone of another broker?
No. It did not use another firm's name, licence number or identity. Note that other brokers use the letters FPM, including an unrelated Mauritius regulated operation at fpmtrading.com and the Australian broker FP Markets. Neither has any connection to this Belize company.
Is the FPM website still online?
No. The domain forexpricemarkets.com does not resolve, it expired on 22 July 2026 and it is in the redemption period. No page has been archived since August 2024. Any site using the name now is not the original operation.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Find the licence number, then search it on the regulator's own register rather than trusting a badge on the broker's page. Confirm the licensed entity name matches the company taking your deposit, check the licence is current, and prefer regulators that protect client money and offer compensation.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
What we suggest for anyone who encounters this name.
- Do not send money to anything trading as FPM or Forex Price Market. The company's website has been gone since 2024 and the domain has lapsed, so any site or person using the name today is not the original operation.
- Treat the licence number as unconfirmed. If you are shown IFSC/60/487/TS/19, search it yourself on the Belize commission's register before acting on it.
- Learn the difference between a company number and a licence. A registration number such as 147906 proves only that a company was formed. It says nothing about permission to hold your money.
- If you hold a balance with this broker, gather your deposit records, statements and all correspondence now, contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback, and file a complaint with the Financial Services Commission of Belize.
- Be wary of recovery offers. Firms that promise to retrieve losses for an upfront fee target people in exactly this position, and some of the pages ranking for this broker's name exist to sell that service.
- Before any broker gets your deposit, confirm the licence on the regulator's own register, and prefer a regulator that protects client money.
