Most Popular Questions

Fusion Markets' FAQ asks clients to email help@fusionmarkets.com with their account number, the ticket numbers, a screenshot and a description of the problem, and to allow up to 24 hours for the investigation. The broker publishes no separate complaints address on its contact page, FAQ or terms.

Fusion Markets offers CFDs on forex, metals, indices, energy and soft commodities, US shares and cryptocurrencies. Its trading conditions list 81 currency pairs and 12 cryptocurrencies, and US share CFDs are traded on MetaTrader 5.

Yes, for eligible clients of its Vanuatu (VFSC) and Seychelles (FSA) companies, according to its FAQ: if a balance falls below zero after positions are closed, Fusion Markets resets it to zero, and negative balances are reset once per working day. It is not available to residents of Mongolia, Türkiye, Indonesia, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Vietnam or the People's Republic of China, and further exceptions for certain trading activity are set out in its Negative Balance Protection Policy.

Yes. A Fusion Markets demo account stays active for 30 days and can be extended free of charge once a live account is funded, on request to help@fusionmarkets.com. Demo and live accounts can be held at the same time.

Yes. Its own Fusion+ Copy Trading service copies approved money managers' trades to followers' accounts and is free while the master and each follower trade at least 2.5 lots of forex or metals a month, otherwise it costs USD 10 a month, and masters may charge followers performance fees of up to 30%. cTrader includes cTrader Copy, and DupliTrade, a third-party copy trading service, can copy selected traders into a Fusion MT4 account.

It can. Under its Seychelles Client Services Agreement dated 18 December 2025 (clause 5.2), Fusion Markets may charge an inactivity fee of up to USD 10 a year after 12 months with no transactions.

Yes. The Fusion Markets Swap-Free account charges no swaps and no commission, runs on MT4 and MT5 only, and has a minimum EUR/USD spread of 1.4 pips with no minimum balance. Instead of swaps, an admin fee per lot applies to positions held longer than 7 days, charged once every 7 days, for example USD 50 per lot on EUR/USD and USD 200 on gold. It is opened by contacting the account manager or support, and a client holds either only swap-free or only swap-charged accounts.

Fusion Markets says it was founded in November 2017, launched trading for clients in June 2019 and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. The footer of its website names Fusion Markets Pty Ltd as the owner of the site, FMGP Trading Group Pty Ltd (ABN 74 146 086 017) as the company for Australian clients, Fusion Markets International Ltd in Seychelles, and Gleneagle Securities Pty Limited, a Vanuatu company with company number 40256.

Fusion Markets' current withdrawal page lists no withdrawal route to a card in any country view. Older documents on its site describe card refunds: the Seychelles company's Refund and Return Policy of September 2022 says funds returned to cards arrive in 1 to 5 business days, and the Vanuatu company's Product Disclosure Statement of February 2022 says a card-funded withdrawal may be refunded to the original card at the broker's discretion. Its client agreement says withdrawals should go back by the method used to fund, and that the broker may decline a method and suggest another.

Fusion Markets says 85% of withdrawals are processed within an hour, measured to the end of its internal processing, and its FAQ adds that compliance checks can take up to one business day before the payment provider's own transfer time applies. Its withdrawal page gives estimated arrival from instant for PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and crypto, 1 to 2 business days for Jetonbank, Interac and local bank transfers, and 3 to 5 business days for international bank wires. The broker charges no withdrawal fee and pays only to accounts in the client's name.

Fusion Markets says it charges nothing for any deposit method and lists more than 30 funding options, including Visa and Mastercard, bank wire, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, crypto and local payment providers that vary by country, most with a USD 10 minimum. Card and e-wallet deposits are credited instantly. The broker covers card and e-wallet merchant fees of up to 4% of a deposit, but reserves the right to apply them if the money is withdrawn without significant trading, and international wires to its Australian trust account typically cost USD 20 to 30 in bank charges outside its control.

Fusion Markets offers two live accounts, Zero and Classic, with the same products and different pricing: Zero has spreads from 0.0 pips plus a commission of USD 2.25 per side per standard lot, and Classic has spreads from 0.9 pips with no commission. Neither has a minimum account size. A Swap-Free account is available on MT4 and MT5, and high-volume traders can be invited to the Premium Program, which adds service tiers on top of the regular accounts.

Yes. Fusion Markets says it cannot take clients from Afghanistan, Congo, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Myanmar, New Zealand, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, Spain, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, or the United States and its territories. In Canada, it does not accept clients from Alberta or Ontario.

Fusion Markets says its support team works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by live chat on its website, by email at help@fusionmarkets.com and by phone on +61 3 8376 2706. The Thai version of its contact page lists a separate desk on +66 2 114 7370 and thai.help@fusionmarkets.com. The broker's FAQ says it does not offer support through Telegram, WhatsApp or any channel not listed on its website.

For clients of its Vanuatu (VFSC) and Seychelles (FSA) companies, Fusion Markets gives maximum leverage of 500:1 on forex and metals, 100:1 on index CFDs and 10:1 on cryptocurrencies. The broker says the limit depends on where the client lives and which company holds the account, and its indicative guide lowers the maximum as account equity grows, from 500:1 up to USD 50,000 to 50:1 above USD 1,000,000.

Fusion Markets has no minimum deposit, and commission depends on the account. The Zero account charges USD 2.25 per side (USD 4.50 round turn) per standard lot on forex and metals, with spreads from 0.0 pips, while the Classic account charges no commission and has spreads from 0.9 pips. The broker's Seychelles Client Services Agreement (clause 5.2) describes commission as applying only to CFDs on futures and shares, which differs from the account pages.

Fusion Markets offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader and TradingView. MT4 and MT5 run on Windows, Mac, the web and mobile; cTrader runs on desktop, the web and mobile and takes the Zero account only; and TradingView is traded through a separate TradingView account opened in the Client Hub, with the Zero or Classic account. The broker also runs its own Fusion+ Copy Trading service.

Fusion Markets states that it is regulated through three group companies: FMGP Trading Group Pty Ltd, which it says holds ASIC Australian Financial Services Licence 385620 and serves Australian clients only; Fusion Markets International Ltd, described as a securities dealer regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles under licence SD096; and Gleneagle Securities Pty Limited, a Vanuatu company (number 40256) it describes as regulated by the VFSC. Its FAQ says client deposits are held in a trust account separate from company funds, and that the funds are not guaranteed.
