Who they are
A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

Regulation
Who really oversees this broker, and what each licence is worth to you.
Proof of regulation on an official register: No
We could not confirm this broker on any genuine regulator’s register.
Licences the broker publishes
Mwali International Services Authority (MISA)
Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We reached a high-risk rating for four main reasons.
- The licence is not on the regulator's own list. 783fx says it is authorised by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) with licence BFX2025102. MISA's public register of authorised brokerage companies does not contain that number, FX783 Ltd, or the 783fx name, and its most recent entry dates to December 2024. So the one credential the broker offers cannot be confirmed, even on this weak offshore registrar.
- MISA is not real financial protection. It is a company registrar on the autonomous island of Mwali in the Comoros. The Comoros central bank has publicly disavowed these licences. Even a genuine MISA licence would give a client no deposit protection and no compensation scheme.
- Clients describe a managed-loss pattern. On Trustpilot, separate users report that a personal 'account manager' set up their trades, that those trades were liquidated, that they were pushed to deposit more after each loss, and that withdrawals were then blocked. One Nigerian client names a specific amount (about N207,000) and says every trade the manager placed was wiped out. Another says their account was emptied to zero and the adviser then went silent.
- The business is new and thin. Both domains were registered in 2025, the main domain on record is now a disconnected placeholder, and the UK 'paying agent' is a company incorporated in December 2025. There is no named management team and no independently verifiable office.
We did not find a warning from a major regulator, a court record, or proof that this is a clone of a named firm, so we stop short of a confirmed-scam verdict. The complaints sit mainly on one review platform. That is why this is rated high-risk and unverified rather than confirmed. The operation is also under 18 months old, so there is little history to lean on; we keep our confidence capped and do not treat its polished surface as reassurance.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The claimed MISA licence BFX2025102 does not appear on MISA's own register of authorised brokerage companies; the list holds 258 entries, its most recent dated December 2024, and no 2025 brokerage licences or any FX783/783fx entry are present.
E2The only regulator named is MISA, an offshore company registrar on Mwali (Comoros) that is not a functioning financial supervisor; the Comoros central bank has disavowed its licences, so even a genuine MISA registration gives clients no deposit protection or compensation.
E3Trustpilot carries a consistent fund-integrity pattern: an assigned account manager set up trades that were liquidated, clients were pushed to deposit more after losses, and withdrawals were blocked. One Nigerian client cites about N207,000 and names the manager; another says the account was emptied to zero.
E4The broker's main registered domain, fx783ltd.com, does not serve a trading site; it shows a disconnected-domain placeholder, while the live platform runs on a separate domain.
Moderatefx783ltd.comE5Both domains were registered in 2025 (fx783ltd.com on 17 July 2025, 783fx.com on 11 September 2025), making the deposit-taking operation under 18 months old.
ModerateRDAP registration recordsE6The UK paying agent named on the site, Vorras Limited (16930951), was incorporated on 24 December 2025, is classified SIC 66190 (auxiliary to financial intermediation), and has a Romania-resident person of significant control; it is a payment conduit, not an authorised broker.
ModerateUK Companies HouseE7A reputation-padding footprint: the 783fx.com Trustpilot page is bimodal with clustered generic five-star posts (including duplicated reviewer names and one nonsensical entry), alongside a large volume of sponsored 'review' and press-release placements across content sites.
E8A third-party website-trust scanner blacklists 783fx.com with a low trust score, based on a cluster of weak signals.
E9The site honestly discloses its offshore status and risk warnings and excludes the EEA, USA, Canada and Russia; it does not falsely claim a tier-1 licence such as the FCA or ASIC.
E10Some reviewers report smooth deposits and successful withdrawals, including one claiming eight months of use, though these posts are low in specificity and sit among padded five-star reviews.
E11A warning-list and web sweep found no alert from a national regulator naming 783fx.com, fx783ltd.com or FX783 Ltd as of the time of writing; absence from warning lists is not clearance, as such lists lag new operations.

The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
In fairness to the company, several points cut the other way.
- 783fx does not pretend to hold a top-tier licence. It openly states that it is offshore, and it blocks clients from the EEA, the USA, Canada, Russia and several other regions, which is what an offshore-only broker is expected to do.
- MISA's register shows no 2025 brokerage licences at all, so it is possible the list simply has not been updated rather than the number being invented. The evidence does not settle that either way.
- Some reviewers report smooth deposits and say they withdrew profits more than once, including one who claims eight months of use.
- The company names a UK paying agent with a real Companies House record, rather than hiding the money trail entirely.
These points do not outweigh the concerns, but they are the reason we did not go further than high-risk.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Our view would improve or harden on concrete, checkable facts.
- Lower risk: MISA publishing FX783 Ltd and licence BFX2025102 on its brokerage register, or a stronger regulator (for example a tier-2 authority) licensing the entity that holds client money.
- Lower risk: a consistent, independently verifiable record of clients withdrawing funds without being pushed into more deposits.
- Higher risk: a warning or alert from any national regulator naming 783fx.com, fx783ltd.com or FX783 Ltd.
- Higher risk: more first-hand, specific complaints on other platforms describing the same blocked-withdrawal pattern, or any demand for an upfront fee or 'tax' to release funds.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is 783fx a scam?
We cannot confirm it is a safe or properly regulated broker, and we rate the risk as high. Several clients describe losing money to an account manager who placed their trades, and the only licence claimed cannot be confirmed on the regulator's own register. Treat it with strong caution.
Is FX783 a fraud?
Fraud is a criminal finding that only a court can make, and we found no regulator action or court ruling against FX783 Ltd. What we can say is that we assess the risk of fraud as high, because several clients report the hallmarks of a trading scam and the firm's regulation could not be verified.
Is 783fx regulated?
It claims a MISA licence from the Comoros (number BFX2025102), but that number is not on MISA's own register. MISA is not a mainstream regulator, and the Comoros central bank has disavowed its licences. In practice there is no meaningful regulation.
Can I withdraw my money from 783fx?
Some users report successful withdrawals, but several others say their withdrawals were blocked or that they were pushed to deposit more first. Given these reports, there is a real risk you may not get your money back.
Is my money safe with 783fx?
There is no deposit protection or compensation scheme behind a MISA registration. The site says funds sit in segregated accounts, but it names no bank and this could not be verified. Your capital would be at high risk.
Who owns 783fx?
The site says it is operated by FX783 Ltd, a Comoros company (registration HV00725472). A UK company, Vorras Limited, is named as the paying agent; its person of significant control is listed at Companies House as Adrian Ancuta. No management team is named on the website.
How old is 783fx?
It is new. The domain fx783ltd.com was registered in July 2025 and 783fx.com in September 2025, so the operation is under 18 months old.
What is a MISA licence worth?
Very little. MISA is a company registrar on the island of Mwali in the Comoros, not a financial supervisor. It offers no real oversight, no deposit insurance and no compensation. Here, the claimed number is not even on its list.
Is 783fx a clone of another broker?
We found no evidence that it copies a specific regulated firm's name or licence number. It appears to be its own young offshore brand rather than a clone.
Why are there so many positive articles about 783fx online?
Many are sponsored placements and press releases, and the five-star reviews include generic, duplicated posts. This kind of reputation padding is common and should not be mistaken for independent endorsement.
What should I do if I was scammed by 783fx?
Stop depositing, request a full withdrawal in writing, and gather your records (amounts, dates, chat logs). Report it to your local financial regulator and to your bank or card provider. Be very wary of anyone promising to recover your funds for an upfront fee, which is a common second scam.

What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Treat 783fx with strong caution.
- Do not deposit money you are not fully prepared to lose, and be especially wary if a 'manager' offers to trade the account for you or presses you to add funds.
- Remember that the only licence claimed is an unconfirmed offshore registration that carries no deposit protection or compensation.
- If you have already deposited, request a full withdrawal in writing and keep records; ignore anyone who contacts you offering to recover funds for an upfront fee, as that is a common follow-up scam.
- Prefer brokers licensed by a mainstream regulator such as the FCA, ASIC, CySEC or similar, whose registers you can check directly.
This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears. Review scores are treated with caution when a broker’s reviews look manipulated. Last reviewed October 2, 2026.
